Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂及其制备方法,该柔软剂包括以下组分,以重量份计:改性聚硅氧烷60-90份,氯化铵15-25份,碳酸氢钠5-15份,分散剂5-12份,水30-40份。该柔软剂可以使织物具备优良的柔软性,改善织物的手感,提高质量。同时织物长时间使用后不宜变黄,色牢度高。

技术领域:
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种用于纺织的羊毛染色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的提高,对织物的要求也越来越高,除了对其牢固性,着色度等基本特性有一定的要求外,越来越多的人们开始关注织物的柔软性,舒适度以及环保性等特征。使用柔软剂的织物可以大大改善其手感的柔软性及舒适度,可以提高织物的质感以及商业价值,因此柔软剂已成为纺织后整理所用的重要助剂。
聚硅氧烷类柔软剂经历了不同的发展阶段:第一代聚硅氧烷类柔软剂主要是聚二甲基硅氧烷的机械乳化液,该类柔软剂不能与纤维反应,所以该柔软剂在纺织品上的耐洗性差。第二代聚硅氧烷类柔软剂是端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甲基氢硅氧烷的乳液,这其中阳离子型聚硅氧烷乳液的综合效果较好。第三代即是目前应用较为广泛的是改性有机硅柔软剂,这类产品是通过在硅氧烷侧链上氨基、聚醚、环氧基、羟基等各种活性基团或者在大分子主链上形成聚硅氧烷与改性基团的嵌段共聚物。该类柔软剂可以大大的提高织物的防缩性、亲水性或耐洗性等性能,并且不同基团的嵌入可以使该类柔软剂具有不同的功效,从而给织物带来不同的特性。
中国专利201310746590.8公开了一种糖基改性硅氧烷有机硅柔软剂及其制备方法,该方法包括在顽疾糖苷表面活性剂与碱性催化剂的水溶液中,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基甲基二烷氧基硅烷与八甲基环四硅氧烷在60~100℃下反应,得到半透明乳液状的烷氧基改性聚硅氧烷中间体乳液,将该乳液的pH值调整至0.5~6,加入N,N-二甲基-N’-糖酰基-1,3-丙二胺,在70~95℃反应,得到半透明乳液状糖基改性聚硅氧烷乳液。该柔软剂可以有效的提高织物的耐洗性和平滑性。但是并没有改善织物在使用柔软剂后容易变黄,色彩鲜艳度降低的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂,该柔软剂可以使织物具备优良的柔软性,改善织物的手感,提高质量。同时织物长时间使用后不宜变黄,色牢度高。
本发明的另一目的是提供该柔软剂的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚硅氧烷60-90份,氯化铵15-25份,碳酸氢钠5-15份,分散剂5-12份,水30-40份。
所述改性聚硅氧烷为氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷,乙烯基改性聚硅氧烷,羧基改性聚硅氧烷,环氧基聚醚混合改性聚硅氧烷中的一种或多种混合物。
所述氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷为氨值为0.3和氨值0.6的氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷的混合物。
所述改性聚硅氧烷为氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷与环氧基聚醚混合改性聚硅氧烷的混合物。
所述分散剂为聚乙二醇,硬脂酸单甘油酯或液体石蜡中的一种或多种混合物。
一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将75份改性聚硅氧烷和35份水混合,投入反应釜中,加热至70-90℃,加入20份氯化铵和9份碳酸氢钠,高速搅拌,制得改性聚硅氧烷乳液,加入7份分散剂,混合均匀后,将温度降低至常温,既得用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
采用了改性聚硅氧烷化合物,同时加入氯化铵和碳酸氢钠可以抑制硅垢的形成,分散剂也可以使颗粒分散,不结块。从而使织物的色彩可以保持鲜艳,不暗淡变黄。同时采用不同基团改性的聚硅氧烷的混合物作为柔软剂的主体,多种改性聚硅氧烷可以相互协作,从而提高织物的综合性能,使织物具备更高的商业价值。
具体实施方式:
为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将60份改性聚硅氧烷和30份水混合,投入反应釜中,加热至70℃,加入25份氯化铵和5份碳酸氢钠,高速搅拌,制得改性聚硅氧烷乳液,加入12份分散剂,混合均匀后,将温度降低至常温,既得用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂。
实施例2
一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将68份改性聚硅氧烷和40份水混合,投入反应釜中,加热至85℃,加入23份氯化铵和7份碳酸氢钠,高速搅拌,制得改性聚硅氧烷乳液,加入5份分散剂,混合均匀后,将温度降低至常温,既得用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂。
实施例3
一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将75份改性聚硅氧烷和35份水混合,投入反应釜中,加热至90℃,加入20份氯化铵和9份碳酸氢钠,高速搅拌,制得改性聚硅氧烷乳液,加入7份分散剂,混合均匀后,将温度降低至常温,既得用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂。
实施例4
一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将82份改性聚硅氧烷和40份水混合,投入反应釜中,加热至80℃,加入17份氯化铵和12份碳酸氢钠,高速搅拌,制得改性聚硅氧烷乳液,加入9份分散剂,混合均匀后,将温度降低至常温,既得用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂。
实施例5
一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将90份改性聚硅氧烷和30份水混合,投入反应釜中,加热至75℃,加入15份氯化铵和15份碳酸氢钠,高速搅拌,制得改性聚硅氧烷乳液,加入12份分散剂,混合均匀后,将温度降低至常温,既得用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚硅氧烷60-90份,氯化铵15-25份,碳酸氢钠5-15份,分散剂5-12份,水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂,其特征在于,所述改性聚硅氧烷为氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷,乙烯基改性聚硅氧烷,羧基改性聚硅氧烷,环氧基聚醚混合改性聚硅氧烷中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂,其特征在于,所述氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷为氨值为0.3和氨值0.6的氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂,其特征在于,所述改性聚硅氧烷为氨丙基聚二甲硅氧烷与环氧基聚醚混合改性聚硅氧烷的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇,硬脂酸单甘油酯或液体石蜡中的一种或多种混合物。
6.一种用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将75份改性聚硅氧烷和35份水混合,投入反应釜中,加热至70-90℃,加入20份氯化铵和9份碳酸氢钠,高速搅拌,制得改性聚硅氧烷乳液,加入7份分散剂,混合均匀后,将温度降低至常温,既得用于纺织的改性硅氧烷柔软剂。
