本发明公开了一种含纳米二硫化钼的水基金属加工润滑液的制备方法,属于润滑剂领域。润滑液的配方由纳米二硫化钼粉末、去离子水、油酸、三乙醇胺、水性硼酸酯、聚丙烯酸钠、十二碳醇酯、硅烷偶联剂KH560、胆酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、双乙酸钠、消泡剂组成。可用于各种钢板的冷轧加工过程中。本发明采用少量的纳米粒子作为添加剂即可达到优秀的润滑效果。此水基润滑液具有良好的抗磨减磨性、耐高温性,并且具有较高的油膜强度、冷却效果优异等特点。在保证润滑效果的基础上克服了传统固体二硫化钼润滑剂在加工后难以清洗的特点,并且此润滑液在使用过程中无异味,对环境无污染。

背景技术
摩擦会造成磨损和能量的浪费,世界上三分之一的能源浪费都是由摩擦造成的。因此,减少摩擦和磨损是所有能源节约计划的关键因素。纳米粒子具有其本身的尺寸效应、高强度、高扩散性等优异的性能,并且根据最新发布的“十三五”项目和纳米科技国家重点研发计划中,研究发展纳米粒子也成为未来材料科技发展的重要方向。将纳米粒子应用于工业润滑中成为一种未来发展必要的趋势。并且现阶段润滑油和润滑脂在工业生产中应用造成的污染不容小视,研制一种清洁环保的润滑加工液势在必行。而固体二硫化钼其摩擦系数小、对大多数金属具有较强的亲和力、屈服强度高、易于成膜、在多数溶剂中稳定等特点常作为固体润滑剂。而纳米二硫化钼由于其尺寸效应,其性能更优异于普通固体二硫化钼。

一种含纳米二硫化钼的水基金属加工润滑液,其特征在于:选用粒径在50nm—100nm的纳米二硫化钼粒子,油酸、三乙醇胺和十二碳醇酯为分散剂并且油酸和三乙醇胺的重量比例范围在1.2—1.5之内,硅烷偶联剂KH560、胆酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠为表面改性剂,聚丙烯酸钠为增粘剂,水性硼酸酯为极压剂,双乙酸钠为食品级防腐败剂加上去离子水或无水碳酸钠软化硬水组成具有润滑性能的水基纳米润滑液。
具体成分按重量百分比计,纳米二硫化钼:0.1%—0.4%、油酸:1.2%—2%、三乙醇胺1%—1.5%、表面改性剂0.5%—1%,水性硼酸酯4%—8%、十二碳醇酯4%—8%、聚丙烯酸钠0.02%—0.04%、消泡剂0.02%—0.1%、双乙酸钠0.1%—1%。余量为去离子水或无水碳酸钠软化硬水。
所述表面改性剂为胆酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH560、十二烷基苯磺酸中任意一种或多种,如果采用硅烷偶联剂KH560与胆酸钠复配,则硅烷偶联剂KH560与胆酸钠重量比例范围为1.5—3、如果采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠与胆酸钠复配,则十二烷基苯磺酸钠与胆酸钠的重量比例范围为1—3、如果采用硅烷偶联剂KH560与十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配,则硅烷偶联剂KH560与十二烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比例范围为1—2。
在制备润滑液前还需对纳米二硫化钼粒子进行预处理,将纳米二硫化钼粒子放在PH=13的NaOH溶液中超声分散30分钟,之后将溶液放在离心机中,以4000r/min的转速充分离心分离,将离心后的粒子放在无水乙醇中清洗两遍,将清洗后的粒子放在干燥箱中进行干燥,即得到所需预处理纳米粉末。
本发明还提供了一种上述水基润滑液的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)称取表面改性剂
用天子天平称取所需质量如上所述的表面改性剂,加入烧杯中。
(2)称取分散剂
用电子天平称取所需质量的油酸、三乙醇胺和十二碳醇酯,保证油酸与三乙醇胺的重量百分比比例在1.2—1.5范围内,先将油酸、三乙醇胺和50%质量的十二碳醇酯加入到烧杯中。
(3)充分搅拌
将称量好的分散剂放入80℃所需质量的去离子水中用磁力搅拌机中进行充分搅拌,搅拌30分钟。在搅拌进行到10分钟时,将剩余质量的十二碳醇酯加入到溶液中。
(4)称取聚丙烯酸钠
用电子天平称取所需量的聚丙烯酸钠,缓慢地加入到搅拌的溶液中。
(5)称取纳米二硫化钼粒子
用电子天平称取所需的纳米二硫化钼粒子,在分散剂搅拌过程中逐步缓慢少量地加入纳米二硫化钼粒子。
(6)称取水性硼酸酯、消泡剂和双乙酸钠
用电子天平称取所需质量的水性硼酸酯、消泡剂和双乙酸钠,待上述溶液搅拌完毕后加入。
(7)再次搅拌
将加入水性硼酸酯的溶液再一次放入磁力搅拌器中在常温下进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为10分钟。即得如上所述的含纳米二硫化钼(MoS2)的水基金属加工润滑液。
其中步骤(1)中,十二碳醇酯必须分两次加入到溶液中。
步骤(2)中各组分的加入顺序,先缓慢的加入所需量的聚丙烯酸钠,再缓慢少量地加入纳米二硫化钼粉末。
制备方法中所述搅拌是采用频率为150-200r/min的搅拌器进行物理搅拌,持续时间为30分钟。
本发明由于采用上述制备方法,制备出的水基润滑液具有下述优点:
1.此润滑液中多数为水,故此润滑液清洁环保,不会对环境造成污染。并且油酸、三乙醇胺和十二烷基苯磺酸钠都是常用的有机物试剂,易被分解。
2.由于加入的纳米粒子量很少仅为0.1%—0.4%,故克服了二硫化钼固体本身易于附着在金属工件表面不利于清洗的这一缺点。并且由于二硫化钼含量少,高温时不会产生大量SO2气体。
3.由于三乙醇胺的加入增加了此润滑液的防腐蚀性能,故不需要再额外添加防腐蚀剂。
4.此润滑液所用组成成分少、所用试剂量少、配制步骤简单,故价格低廉、易于配制,适用于实际加工中。
具体实施方式
实施例一
实施例一配方见下表:

按上表所述成分重量配制成水基纳米二硫化钼润滑液。将硅烷偶联剂KH560(0.7g),胆酸钠(0.3g),油酸(1.2g),三乙醇胺(1g),十二碳醇酯(4g)加入烧杯中,在加入去离子水(87.55g)配制成溶液,加热到80℃,放入磁力搅拌器中保持80℃进行搅拌,搅拌10分钟后将十二碳醇酯(4g)加入溶液中,5分钟后将聚丙烯酸钠(0.04g)加入到搅拌溶液中,之后将处理过的纳米二硫化钼粉末(0.1g)逐步缓慢少量地加入到溶液中。待搅拌结束后,加入水性硼酸酯(5g)、消泡剂(0.01g),双乙酸钠(0.1g),再次将溶液在常温下搅拌10分钟。得到黑色溶液即为含纳米二硫化钼(MoS2)的水基金属加工润滑液。
该水基润滑液静置48小时后无明显分层发生,底部有少量黑色沉淀,体系稳定。静置一周后沉淀少量增加,体系稳定。利用MR—S10A四球摩擦试验机,根据行业标准SH/T0762—2005的要求,在392N试验力下,测得摩擦系数为0.0838。
实施例二

按上表所述成分重量配制成水基纳米二硫化钼润滑液。将油酸(2g),三乙醇胺(1.5g),十二烷基苯磺酸钠(1g),十二碳醇酯(4g)加入烧杯中,再加入去离子水(77.98g)配制成溶液,加热到80℃,放入磁力搅拌器中保持80℃进行搅拌,搅拌10分钟后将十二碳醇酯(4g)加入溶液中,再搅拌5分钟后将聚丙烯酸钠(0.02g)加入到搅拌溶液中,之后将预处理后的纳米二硫化钼粉末(0.4g)逐步缓慢少量地加入到溶液中。待搅拌结束后,加入水性硼酸酯(8g)、消泡剂(0.1g),双乙酸钠(1g),再次将溶液在常温下搅拌10分钟。得到黑色溶液即为含纳米二硫化钼(MoS2)的水基金属加工润滑液。
该水基润滑液静置48小时后无明显分层发生,底部有少量黑色沉淀,体系稳定。静置一周后沉淀无明显增加,体系稳定。利用MR—S10A四球摩擦试验机,根据行业标准SH/T0762—2005的要求,在392N试验力下,测得摩擦系数为0.1010。

按上表所述成分重量配制成水基纳米二硫化钼润滑液。将油酸(1.5g),三乙醇胺(1.2g),硅烷偶联剂KH560(0.5g),十二烷基苯磺酸钠(0.5g),十二碳醇酯(3g)加入烧杯中,在加入去离子水(85.47g)配制成溶液,加热到80℃,放入磁力搅拌器中保持80℃进行搅拌,搅拌10分钟后将十二碳醇酯(3g)加入溶液中,再搅拌5分钟后将聚丙烯酸钠(0.03g)加入到搅拌溶液中,之后将预处理过的纳米二硫化钼粉末(0.25g)逐步缓慢少量地加入到溶液中。待搅拌结束后加入水性硼酸酯(4g)、消泡剂(0.05g),双乙酸钠(0.5g),再次将溶液常温下搅拌10分钟。得到黑色溶液即为含纳米二硫化钼(MoS2)的水基金属加工润滑液。
该水基润滑液静置48小时后无明显分层发生,底部有少量黑色沉淀,体系稳定。静置一周后沉淀无明显增加,体系稳定。利用MR—S10A四球摩擦试验机,根据行业标准SH/T0762—2005的要求,在392N试验力下,测得摩擦系数为0.0964。

Claims (3)
1.一种含纳米二硫化钼的水基金属加工润滑液,其特征在于:选用粒径在50nm-100nm的纳米二硫化钼粒子,油酸、三乙醇胺和十二碳醇酯为分散剂并且油酸和三乙醇胺的重量比例范围在1.2-1.5之内,硅烷偶联剂KH560、胆酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠为表面改性剂,聚丙烯酸钠为增粘剂,水性硼酸酯为极压剂,双乙酸钠为食品级防腐败剂,加上去离子水或无水碳酸钠软化硬水组成具有润滑性能的水基纳米润滑液;
具体成分按重量百分比计,纳米二硫化钼:0.1%-0.4%、油酸:1.2%-2%、三乙醇胺1%-1.5%、表面改性剂0.5%-1%,水性硼酸酯4%-8%、十二碳醇酯4%-8%、聚丙烯酸钠0.02%-0.04%、消泡剂0.02%-0.1%、双乙酸钠0.1%-1%,余量为去离子水或无水碳酸钠软化硬水;
表面改性剂为胆酸钠、硅烷偶联剂KH560、十二烷基苯磺酸中任意一种或多种,如果采用硅烷偶联剂KH560与胆酸钠复配,则硅烷偶联剂KH560与胆酸钠重量比例范围为1.5-3、如果采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠与胆酸钠复配,则十二烷基苯磺酸钠与胆酸钠的重量比例范围为1-3、如果采用硅烷偶联剂KH560与十二烷基苯磺酸钠复配,则硅烷偶联剂KH560与十二烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比例范围为1-2;
所用的纳米二硫化钼粒子必须先经过预处理,具体操作如下:将纳米二硫化钼粒子放在PH=13的NaOH溶液中超声分散30分钟,之后将溶液放在离心机中,以4000r/min的转速充分离心分离,将离心后的粒子放在无水乙醇中清洗两遍,将清洗后的粒子放在干燥箱中进行干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述含纳米二硫化钼的水基金属加工润滑液的制备方法,其特征如下,具体步骤为:
(1)用电子天平称取所需的表面改性剂、油酸、三乙醇胺和十二碳醇酯,放入所需量的去离子水中,将上述溶液加热到80℃,恒温搅拌30分钟;
(2)在搅拌过程中依次加入所需量的聚丙烯酸钠、纳米二硫化钼粉末;
(3)搅拌结束后加入所需量的水性硼酸酯、消泡剂和双乙酸钠,常温搅拌10分钟,最终得到的黑色溶液即为所需的水基纳米二硫化钼润滑液;
步骤(1)中,十二碳醇酯必须分两次加入到溶液中;
步骤(2)中各组分的加入顺序,先缓慢的加入所需量的聚丙烯酸钠,再缓慢少量地加入纳米二硫化钼粉末。
3.根据权利要求2所述含纳米二硫化钼的水基金属加工润滑液的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法中所述搅拌是采用转速为150-200r/min的搅拌器进行物理搅拌,持续时间为30分钟。
