Abstract
本发明涉及一种发泡塑料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚碳酸酯50-150份、引发剂10-20份、发泡剂20-50份、发泡助剂10-30份和交联剂1-10份。本发明所述的发泡塑料具有优异的机械性能、耐热性能和成型加工性能,是工程结构选用的理想芯层材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种发泡塑料。
背景技术
为了降低塑料产品的重量,通常的做法是在原料中添加起泡剂,使塑料中形成连续或不连续微孔型结构,从而减少了原料的使用,降低了生产原料成本和产品单重。由于起泡剂是在塑料生产过程中起反应的,微孔型结构一方面减少了重量,使得产品变得轻盈,另一方面,也破坏了原有的致密结构,降低了产品的结构强度,需要在强度方面进行改良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡塑料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种发泡塑料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚碳酸酯50-150份、引发剂10-20份、发泡剂20-50份、发泡助剂10-30份和交联剂1-10份。
优选地,本发明所述的发泡塑料由下列重量份的原料制成:聚碳酸酯80份、引发剂15份、发泡剂30份、发泡助剂20份和交联剂5份。
更优选地,所述引发剂是过氧化二苯甲酰。
更优选地,所述发泡剂是偶氮二甲酰胺。
更优选地,所述发泡助剂为4-((N-(2-氟苄基)-4-(2-氟苯氧基)苯甲酰胺基)甲基)苯甲酸。
更优选地,所述交联剂是甲基丙烯酰胺。
本发明所述的发泡塑料具有优异的机械性能、耐热性能和成型加工性能,是工程结构选用的理想芯层材料。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取聚碳酸酯80千克、过氧化二苯甲酰15千克、偶氮二甲酰胺30千克、4-((N-(2-氟苄基)-4-(2-氟苯氧基)苯甲酰胺基)甲基)苯甲酸20千克和甲基丙烯酰胺5千克,用高速搅拌机搅拌5小时,至混合物呈现酒红色,注入玻璃模具模腔中并密封,置于80℃循环水槽中反应36小时,然后置于发泡工装中,连同发泡工装一起置于电热恒温鼓风干燥箱中进行发泡,发泡温度控制在120℃,发泡时间为30min,然后分别在120℃和150℃下进行热处理3小时,即得所述发泡塑料。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备发泡塑料,不同之处在于不使用4-((N-(2-氟苄基)-4-(2-氟苯氧基)苯甲酰胺基)甲基)苯甲酸。
实验例
按照GB/T1040-2006测试拉伸强度,试样尺寸为150mm×20mm×板厚(8mm),拉伸速率5mm/min。经检查,实施例1的样品的拉伸强度61.6Mpa,实施例2的样品的拉伸强度33.3Mpa,结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可见,发泡助剂的加入大大提高了产品的拉伸硬度。
Claims (6)
1.一种发泡塑料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚碳酸酯50-150份、引发剂10-20份、发泡剂20-50份、发泡助剂10-30份和交联剂1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡塑料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚碳酸酯80份、引发剂15份、发泡剂30份、发泡助剂20份和交联剂5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发泡塑料,其特征在于,所述引发剂是过氧化二苯甲酰。
4.根据权利要求2所述的发泡塑料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂是偶氮二甲酰胺。
5.根据权利要求2所述的发泡塑料,其特征在于,所述发泡助剂为4-((N-(2-氟苄基)-4-(2-氟苯氧基)苯甲酰胺基)甲基)苯甲酸。
6.根据权利要求2所述的发泡塑料,其特征在于,所述交联剂是甲基丙烯酰胺。
