Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐磨树脂的制备方法,该方法包括:称取聚乙烯120千克、偶联剂15千克、增塑剂10千克、交联剂15千克、抗氧剂5千克、润滑剂5千克和摩擦助剂15千克,采用GB-10型高速混合机,将高速混合机预热至110℃,将上述物质加入在300rpm下搅拌5分钟,然后在900rpm下搅拌50分钟,出料到SK-160型双辊筒炼塑机中,加入两辊开炼机上进行混炼,开炼机前辊180℃,后辊160℃,塑炼20分钟,然后下片;将拉出的片放入QLB-D400X?400X2型平板硫化机中压制片材,平板硫化机模板温度为150℃,模压力为0.5Mpa,模压时间10分钟。

技术领域
本发明涉及树脂领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种耐磨树脂的制备方法。
背景技术
近年随着经济的发展,在矿产开发中的进展也不断深入,因此对工程零部件的要求也越来越高,而耐磨树脂在日本、美国、欧洲等国家的一些企业中得到使用,但是大部分树脂配合技术国外是绝对保密的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨树脂的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种耐磨树脂的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:称取聚乙烯120千克、偶联剂15千克、增塑剂10千克、交联剂15千克、抗氧剂5千克、润滑剂5千克和摩擦助剂15千克,所述偶联剂为γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述增塑剂二甘醇单丁醚己二酸酯;所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂619;所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺;所述摩擦助剂具有下列结构:

性能测试
(1)阿克隆磨耗按GB/T1689-1998测定
(2)静态压缩永久变形按GB/T1683-81测定,测试条件为100℃×22h,压缩30%。
结果
实施例1的样品:

实施例2的样品:

阿克隆磨耗cm3·(1.61km)-10.055
由上述结果可见,在加入摩擦助剂后,阿克隆磨耗得到显著降低,加入前和加入后结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
