本发明公开了一种再生砖,涉及建筑材料技术领域,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:以干基计的糖厂滤泥15%~30%,镁碳砖再生颗粒40%-70%,石墨粉5%-8%,红辉沸石粉4%~6%,膨胀玻化微珠10%~20%,酚醛树脂结合剂2%-4%,与现有技术相比,本发明的原料糖厂滤泥、废弃的镁碳砖都是工业废弃物,不仅富含大量的碳酸钙、有机物、纤维,还是优质的混凝土掺和料,既实现了将废弃物资源的循环高效利用,又降低了成本,达到经济效益与生态效益的双赢;采用的膨胀玻化微珠,耐老化性强,具有优异的绝热、防火、吸音、保温等性能;采用的红辉沸石粉,可以吸收原料中的异味。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种再生砖。
背景技术
广西作为正在高速发展的地区,各项事业都在热火朝天的建设中,建筑用材的需求量急剧上升。同时广西又是全国制糖业的龙头,每年产生大量的滤泥等废弃物,由于这些糖厂几乎都是采用碳酸法生产工艺,使得滤泥中除了含有大量有机物外,还富含碱式碳酸钙。这些糖厂滤泥目前资源化利用方式主要是做肥料、饲料、酸性土壤改良剂、制取工业石灰石等。但是由于碱性高、易板结,做肥料和饲料的销量都不大。所以仍存在大量的滤泥利用不完,造成环境污染。
我国钢铁行业产量巨大,每年使用废弃的镁碳砖达到一千多万吨,如此多的废弃镁碳砖如何处理,企业甚是头疼;由于用后的镁碳砖只经过简单的破碎处理,没有进行精加工,限制了它的使用量和适用范围,导致用后镁碳砖的返回利用率较低,一般情况下是废弃掉或当其它行业的基料廉价卖掉,废弃掉的会造成大量的资源浪费并破坏环境的清洁卫生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种再生砖,它不仅可以解决回收掉难处理的甘蔗滤泥和废弃的镁碳砖,而且生产出来的再生砖质量轻、耐压强度高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
以干基计的糖厂滤泥15%~30%,镁碳砖再生颗粒40%-70%,石墨粉5%-8%,红辉沸石粉4%~6%,膨胀玻化微珠10%~20%,酚醛树脂结合剂2%-4%。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述糖厂滤泥含水率≤30%。
发明所说的红辉沸石(Stellerite)其结构是含水的架状铝硅酸盐,其化学成分(%):SiO258.76、Al2O314.13、CaO8.80、K2O0.11、Na2O0.18、Fe2O30.44、H2O+16.87、H2O-1.25,计算化学式为:(K0.017Na0.042Ca1.13)1.189[Al1.997Si7.05O18]·6.75H2O)。天然红辉沸石是一种含水的碱金属或碱土金属的铝硅酸盐矿物,由硅氧四面体和铝氧四面体组成的架状硅酸盐,矿物内部有许多开放性的空洞和通道,具有很强的气体吸附能力。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
1、本发明的原料糖厂滤泥、废弃的镁碳砖都是工业废弃物,不仅富含大量的碳酸钙、有机物、纤维,还是优质的混凝土掺和料,既实现了将废弃物资源的循环高效利用,又降低了成本,达到经济效益与生态效益的双赢;采用的膨胀玻化微珠,耐老化性强,具有优异的绝热、防火、吸音、保温等性能;采用的红辉沸石粉,可以吸收原料中的异味。
2、用本发明的原料制成的再生砖性能好,其主要技术向能指标为:体积密度:2.85±0.2g/cm3,常温耐压强度≥27MPa;W(MgO)≥70.5%;W(C)≥11%。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例,对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
本实施例再生砖由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
含水量为30%的糖厂滤泥9吨,镁碳砖再生颗粒4吨,石墨粉0.8吨,红辉沸石粉0.6吨,膨胀玻化微珠1.2吨,酚醛树脂结合剂0.4吨;
其制作步骤为:
A、将镁碳砖拣选,除去表面粘有的灰尘、泥土和其它夹杂物,再除去变质层,然后进行水化处理;
B、用粉碎机将A步骤所得物进行粉碎,过60目筛,再进行二次拣选,用粉碎机对二次拣选的粉料再次进行粉碎,过200目筛,并进行磁选、水化处理和干燥处理,得到镁碳砖再生颗粒;将红辉沸石粉经粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛;
C、将含水量为50%的糖厂滤泥脱水至含水量为30%;
D、将B步骤所得的镁碳砖再生颗粒和红辉沸石粉、C步骤所得的糖厂滤泥与石墨粉、膨胀玻化微珠、酚醛树脂结合剂混合均匀,加水搅拌均匀,得制作砖坯的熟泥;
E、将步骤D中得到的混熟泥制成砖坯,将压成的砖块进入干燥窑,干燥窑的温度为200~220℃;干燥时间为:81小时;再将干燥窑出来的砖坯进入烧窑里煅烧,烧窑的温度为1200~1400℃,烧窑的时间为1小时。
实施例2:
本实施例再生砖由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
含水量为25%的糖厂滤泥6吨,镁碳砖再生颗粒6.4吨,石墨粉0.5吨,红辉沸石粉0.4吨,膨胀玻化微珠1吨,酚醛树脂结合剂0.2吨;
其制作步骤为:
A、将镁碳砖拣选,除去表面粘有的灰尘、泥土和其它夹杂物,再除去变质层,然后进行水化处理;
B、用粉碎机将A步骤所得物进行粉碎,过60目筛,再进行二次拣选,用粉碎机对二次拣选的粉料再次进行粉碎,过200目筛,并进行磁选、水化处理和干燥处理,得到镁碳砖再生颗粒;将红辉沸石粉经粉碎机粉碎,过60目筛;
C、将含水量为70%的糖厂滤泥脱水至含水量为25%;
D、将B步骤所得的镁碳砖再生颗粒和红辉沸石粉、C步骤所得的糖厂滤泥与石墨粉、膨胀玻化微珠、酚醛树脂结合剂混合均匀,加水搅拌均匀,得制作砖坯的熟泥;
E、将步骤D中得到的混熟泥制成砖坯,将压成的砖块进入干燥窑,干燥窑的温度为200~220℃;干燥时间为:12小时;再将干燥窑出来的砖坯进入烧窑里煅烧,烧窑的温度为1200~1400℃,烧窑的时间为1小时。

1.一种再生砖,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
以干基计的糖厂滤泥15%~30%,镁碳砖再生颗粒40%-70%,石墨粉5%-8%,红辉沸石粉4%~6%,膨胀玻化微珠10%~20%,酚醛树脂结合剂2%-4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生砖,其特征在于:所述糖厂滤泥含水率≤30%。
