本发明提供一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置，包括框架式装置，框架式装置多层结构设置，对应框架式装置外设有活动框架，活动框架对应汽车保险杠侧面的固定孔设有多个挂钩一，活动框架上横向设有横杆；框架式装置的端面还设有固定装置，其中固定装置为底板上设有支撑板，支撑板上铰接有力臂手柄，力臂手柄上还铰接有弹簧座，弹簧座内通过弹簧连接有挂钩二，挂钩二对应横杆。本发明在框架式装置增加了活动框架和固定装置，平摊了运输成本，也保证了产品的运输质量。

一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件的运输，具体为一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置。
背景技术
汽车车身部件尤其是汽车保险杠在长距离运输时，因为汽车保险杠体积的原因，一般采用可折叠框架式装置将保险杠按长度方向排列平置其中，可以放置5层，每层放置2个；为避免保险杠在运输过程中颠簸、滑动造成零件磕碰变形或表面漆膜划伤，对保险杠两端采用螺栓或压板对进行单独固定；可折叠框架式装置经过回程折叠已经降低了一定运输成本，但前期运输装箱过程仍然耗工费时、单次装运汽车保险杠件数具有一定数量限制。
发明内容
本发明为了能够解决汽车保险杠平置运输固定及单次装运数量问题，特提出一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置。
为此本发明的技术方案为，一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置，包括框架式装置，框架式装置多层结构设置，其特征在于：对应框架式装置外设有活动框架，活动框架对应汽车保险杠侧面的固定孔设有多个挂钩一，活动框架上横向设有横杆；框架式装置的端面还设有固定装置，其中固定装置为底板上设有支撑板，支撑板上铰接有力臂手柄，力臂手柄上还铰接有弹簧座，弹簧座内通过弹簧连接有挂钩二，挂钩二对应横杆。
进一步的改进在于：框架式装置的多层结构设置中，其和平置保险杠的侧面对应设有防滑减震泡沫。
有益效果：
本发明在使用时先将汽车保险杠分层平置在框架式装置中，然后将活动框架从其两端面通过挂钩一挂在汽车保险杠端部的固定孔内，然后对应将固定装置的挂钩二对应横杆，利用力臂手柄下拉，通过弹簧的弹性将活动框架固定，这样就利用外力和活动框架将汽车保险杠固定在框架式装置中。
每层可以放置6件汽车保险杠，按一个框架式装置放置5层计算，较传统方式可以至少增加20个汽车保险杠，按每车整车的容量可以增加36件，平摊了运输成本，也保证了产品的运输质量，同时降低了装运工时成本。
本发明在框架式装置增加了活动框架和固定装置，平摊了运输成本，也保证了产品的运输质量。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1/2/3/4/5/6所示。
一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置，包括框架式装置1，框架式装置1多层结构设置，对应框架式装置1外设有活动框架2，活动框架2对应汽车保险杠侧面的固定孔设有多个挂钩一3，活动框架2上横向设有横杆4；框架式装置1的侧面还设有固定装置，其中固定装置为底板5上设有支撑板6，支撑板6上铰接有力臂手柄7，力臂手柄7上还铰接有弹簧座8，弹簧座8内通过弹簧9连接有挂钩二10，挂钩二10对应横杆4。
框架式装置1的多层结构设置中，其和平置保险杠12的侧面对应设有防滑减震泡沫11。
在使用时先将保险杠12分层平置在框架式装置1中，然后将活动框架2从其两端面通过挂钩一3挂在汽车保险杠12端部的固定孔内，然后对应将固定装置的挂钩二10对应横杆4，利用力臂手柄7下拉，通过弹簧9的弹性将活动框架2固定，这样就利用外力和活动框架将汽车保险杠12固定在框架式装置1中。
框架式装置1在返回时通过折叠销13将其折叠后就可以节约空间运输，同时活动框架2则可以随时拆卸，方便了安装。

Claims (2)

1.一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置，包括框架式装置（1），框架式装置（1）多层结构设置，其特征在于：对应框架式装置（1）端面设有活动框架（2），活动框架（2）对应汽车保险杠端部的灯具固定孔设有多个挂钩一（3），活动框架（2）上横向设有横杆（4）；框架式装置（1）的端面还设有固定装置，其中固定装置为底板（5）上设有支撑板（6），支撑板（6）上铰接有力臂手柄（7），力臂手柄（7）上还铰接有弹簧座（8），弹簧座（8）内通过弹簧（9）连接有挂钩二（10），挂钩二（10）对应横杆（4）；
其使用方法为：在使用时先将保险杠（12）分层平置在框架式装置（1）中，将活动框架（2）从其两端面通过挂钩一（3）挂在汽车保险杠（12）端部的固定孔内，然后对应将固定装置的挂钩二（10）对应横杆（4），利用力臂手柄（7）下拉，通过弹簧（9）的弹性将活动框架（2）固定，利用外力和活动框架（2）将汽车保险杠（12）固定在框架式装置（1）中；
框架式装置（1）在返回时通过折叠销（13）将其折叠后就可以节约空间运输，同时活动框架（2）则可以随时拆卸，方便了安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车保险杠平置运输固定装置，其特征在于：框架式装置（1）的多层结构设置中，其和平置保险杠（12）的侧面对应设有防滑减震泡沫（11）。
