本发明涉及一种阅读灯支架模具。包括静模和动模;所述静模和动模上分别设置阅读灯支架的正面模型和反面模型;还包括外部轮廓相同的移动模和移动底板;所述移动模的正面设置电触片的插脚孔以及中心孔;所述移动底板上也相应的设置电触片的插脚孔以及成型旋钮孔的圆柱;当移动模和移动底板外部轮廓对齐扣合时,二者的插脚孔正好一一对准,圆柱紧密插入中心孔;所述静模和动模上设置有限位放置移动模和移动底板的限位孔,所述限位孔贯穿静模;所述移动模和移动底板扣合后依次从静模推入放置于限位孔内;当静模和动模合模时,移动模和移动底板上的插脚孔刚好位于电触片的位置。本模具注塑后电触片的平整度非常高,更换移动模和移动底板的速度快。

一种阅读灯支架模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件模具,尤其涉及一种阅读灯支架模具。
背景技术
轿车内的中间阅读灯主要由底座、阅读灯支架、前盖、透明盖、控制旋扭组成。现有的国产中间阅读灯的质量还没有完全过关,存在使用寿命短,更换频率高的问题;其中不过关的最主要的部件还是阅读灯支架,因为阅读灯支架的结构内设置有多个电接触铜片嵌入件,这就涉及到阅读灯支架所用模具的设计和制作技术。阅读灯支架模具包括动模(反面模)和静模(正面模),目前常规方法是在注塑机上将电接触铜片直接往静模上插入,每插好一个,注塑一个,再插入下一个,如此循环,工作效率极为低下,同时,由于其插入是注塑机上直接往静模上插入,很难把握电触片的平整度。中国专利ZL201020049853.1公开了一种汽车中间阅读灯支架模具,其在常规动模和静模的基础上增加一个用于预装电触片的移动模,移动模限位在静模上,这样就解决了常规制造方法的效率低的问题。但是由于脱模的时候,移动模的中心孔壁贴在产品的旋钮孔内,一方面产品的旋钮孔有外翻毛边,造成产品的品相不太规整,而且电触片的平整度虽然有所提高,但是任然有提高的空间。另一方面,这一点附着力不能保证每次开模移动模都会和产品在一起,导致移动模和产品掉落,给更换移动模造成不便,而且重新装上移动模的速度也是一个技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种阅读灯支架模具,利用其注塑产品电触片平整度非常高,并且开模更稳定、更换移动模更迅速。为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术手段:
一种阅读灯支架模具,包括静模和动模;所述静模和动模上分别设置阅读灯支架的正面模型和反面模型;还包括外部轮廓相同的移动模和移动底板;所述移动模的正面设置电触片的插脚孔以及中心孔;所述移动底板上也相应的设置电触片的插脚孔以及成型旋钮孔的圆柱;当移动模和移动底板外部轮廓对齐扣合时,二者的插脚孔正好一一对准,圆柱紧密插入中心孔;所述静模和动模上设置有限位放置移动模和移动底板的限位孔,所述限位孔贯穿静模;所述移动模和移动底板扣合后依次从静模推入放置于限位孔内;当静模和动模合模时,移动模和移动底板上的插脚孔刚好位于电触片的位置。
所述动模的限位孔底部设置定位推头;静模的限位孔外端设置推块。
本发明的有益效果在于:利用圆柱和移动底板一起成型旋钮孔,使得旋钮孔的正面边缘平整,保证了品相;电触片由移动模和移动底板共同固定,注塑后电触片的平整度非常高;开模后直接从限位孔内推出新的移动模和移动底板,极大的提高了更换移动模和移动底板的速度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明一种阅读灯支架模具的优选实施方式作出详细的描述:
如图1至图5所示,本阅读灯支架模具包括静模1和动模2,静模1上设置成型阅读灯支架4正面的正面模型11,动模2上设置成型阅读灯支架4反面的反面模型21,正面模型11和反面模型21共同组成阅读灯支架4的型腔。动模2上开设注塑口24,注塑口24与反面模型21连通。
还包括外部轮廓相同的移动模3和移动底板5,其轮廓都大体呈一条长边为圆弧的矩形,移动底板5上设置一根成型支架旋钮孔42的圆柱13和电触片41的插脚孔33,移动模3的正面设置电触片41的插脚孔33以及中心孔32,当移动模3和移动底板5外部轮廓对齐扣合时,二者的插脚孔33正好一一对准,圆柱13紧密插入中心孔32。
移动模3的正面为成型面,该成型面上设置有10个固定孔31,固定孔31与移动底板5上的固定针12相插接配合,用以成型旋钮孔42周围的小孔。当移动模3和移动底板5扣合时,固定针12正好插入固定孔31内,移动模3和移动底板5之间形成一条成型缝隙,二者的插脚孔33形成的孔洞刚好卡住完整的电触片41。
如图1至图7所示,静模1和动模2上开设一条限位孔23,其形状与移动模3和移动底板5的外形相紧密配合,限位孔23贯通整个静模1,动模2中的限位孔23底部设置一个定位推头25,用以定位移动模3的位置,还能够向外推出移动模3。数对移动模3和移动底板5扣合后依次从静模1推入限位孔23内,静模1的限位孔23外端设置一个推块14,用以将限位孔23内的数对移动模3和移动底板5向动模2的限位孔23推动。当静模1和动模2合模时,移动模3和移动底板5上的插脚孔33刚好位于电触片41的位置。
使用时,将静模1装在注塑机的固定端,动模2装在注塑机的移动端,已经预先插好电触片41的数对移动模3和移动底板5扣合后装入静模1的限位孔23内,移动模3位于动模2的方向,电触片41放置于移动模3和移动底板5的插脚孔33组成的孔洞内。合模,推块14推动数对移动模3和移动底板5向动模2移动,直至被定位推头25顶住定位,此时最右端的一对移动模3和移动底板5形成的成型缝隙刚好与正面模型11和反面模型21组成阅读灯支架4的型腔。再通过注塑口24向型腔内注塑,产品成型。
注塑完成后开模,推块14向右推顶出产品、移动底板5、移动模3以及动模2,此时产品被移动模3和移动底板5夹住,然后定位推头25向左推出移动模3,将产品连带移动模3和移动底板5取下,再摘下移动模3和移动底板5完成脱模。
电触片41由移动模3和移动底板5共同固定,注塑后电触片41的平整度非常高。开模后直接从限位孔23内推出新的移动模3和移动底板5,极大的提高了更换移动模3和移动底板5的速度。由于移动模3位于产品的反面,旋钮孔42直接由圆柱13和移动底板5成型而成,因此注塑时产品旋钮孔42的正面平整光滑,保证了品相。

1.一种阅读灯支架模具,包括静模(1)和动模(2);所述静模(1)和动模(2)上分别设置阅读灯支架(4)的正面模型(11)和反面模型(21);其特征在于,还包括外部轮廓相同的移动模(3)和移动底板(5);所述移动模(3)的正面设置电触片(41)的插脚孔(33)以及中心孔(32);所述移动底板(5)上也相应的设置电触片(41)的插脚孔(33)以及成型旋钮孔(42)的圆柱(13);当移动模(3)和移动底板(5)外部轮廓对齐扣合时,二者的插脚孔(33)正好一一对准,圆柱(13)紧密插入中心孔(32);所述静模(1)和动模(2)上设置有限位放置移动模(3)和移动底板(5)的限位孔(23),所述限位孔(23)贯穿静模(1);所述移动模(3)和移动底板(5)扣合后依次从静模(1)推入放置于限位孔(23)内;当静模(1)和动模(2)合模时,移动模(3)和移动底板(5)上的插脚孔(33)刚好位于电触片(41)的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阅读灯支架模具,其特征在于,所述动模(2)的限位孔(23)底部设置定位推头(25);静模(2)的限位孔(23)外端设置推块(14)。
