Abstract
本发明公开了一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,包括:打孔装置、支撑传动装置、工作台底架,所述打孔装置和所述支撑传动装置安装于所述工作台底架上,所述打孔装置包含工作台竖板、安装在所述工作台竖板上的电动机、与所述电动机相连接的一级传动齿轮、与所述一级传动齿轮相啮合的二级传动齿轮、与所述二级传动齿轮相连接的打孔轮、安装在所述打孔轮上的打孔刀、打孔轮支座;所述支撑传动装置包含传送架径向导轨、轴向导轨、与所述传送架径向导轨和所述轴向导轨相连接的传送架、与所述传送架相连接的转动传送滚子。本发明提供的一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机具有结构简单,定位准确,工作平稳,连续传动,打孔效率高,稳定可靠的显著优点。
Description
一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种对运动的波纹管进行打孔的装置,具体涉及一种紧凑型波纹管打 孔机。
背景技术
[0002]打孔波纹管是主要由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)组成的一种外型呈波纹状的新型渗排 水塑料管材,透水波纹管是通过在凹槽处打孔,管外四周外包针刺土工布加工而成。打孔波 纹管广泛用于高速公路排水、透水;高速公路各种挡土墙背面及边沟垂直方向、水平方向排 水;隧道、地下道排水、透水;市政工程、净水厂、污水厂、垃圾场的给排水;高尔夫球场、运动 场、公园等绿地给排水。
[0003] 打孔波纹管它与软式透水管、塑料盲沟已成为我国土木工程建设(渗水、排水)中 三大主要产品,因此研宄波纹管的打孔设备不仅可以提高打孔波纹管的生产效率和产品质 量,对打孔波纹管的广泛应用也有重要的推动作用,可以极大有利于公路、铁路路基、地铁 工程、废弃物填埋场、隧道、绿化带、运动场及含水量偏高引起的边坡防护排水和农业、园艺 地下灌溉排水。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的旨在提供一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机。为了满足对波纹管打孔的大量需 求,克服老旧打孔设备的缺点。本发明提供一种结构合理,工作平稳,连续传动,打孔效率 高,稳定可靠的一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机。
[0005] 本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,包括:打孔装置、支撑 传动装置、工作台底架,所述打孔装置和所述支撑传动装置安装于所述工作台底架上,所述 打孔装置中包含工作台竖板、安装在所述工作台竖板上的电动机、与所述电动机相连接的 一级传动齿轮、与所述一级传动齿轮相啮合的二级传动齿轮、与所述二级传动齿轮同轴连 接的打孔轮、安装在所述打孔轮上的打孔刀、打孔轮支座,所述支撑传动装置包含传送架径 向导轨、轴向导轨、与所述传送架径向导轨和所述轴向导轨相连接的传送架、与所述传送架 相连接的转动传送滚子;所述打孔轮的边缘均布着矩形齿,所述矩形齿的齿距与被打孔的 波纹管的纹理距离一致;所述打孔刀安装在所述打孔轮的矩形齿上,每隔一个所述矩形齿 安装一个所述打孔刀;所述打孔轮的所述矩形齿与所述打孔刀相配合既对波纹管的运动提 供动力,又能在波纹管运动过程中实现均匀的打孔。
[0006] 进一步地,所述工作台竖板的中心上开有一个圆孔,所述工作台竖板圆孔的四周 上均布着六台所述电动机的安装孔和六个所述打孔轮支座的安装孔,所述工作台竖板的底 部开有螺纹孔,所述工作台竖板通过螺栓固定安装在所述工作台底架的中间位置上,有利 于从所述工作台底架上方便地拆卸,也有利于对所述工作台竖板上的各部件进行保养、维 修和更换。
[0007] 进一步地,所述电动机有六台,通过螺栓与所述工作台竖板圆孔的四周上均布的 六台电动机的安装孔固定连接;所述打孔轮支座有六个,通过螺栓与所述工作台竖板圆孔 的四周上均布的六个打孔轮支座的安装孔固定连接;所述一级传动齿轮有六个,分别与六 个所述电动机的输出轴通过平键连接;所述二级传动齿轮有六个,所述打孔轮有六套;所述 二级传动齿轮和所述打孔轮同轴连接在所述打孔轮支座上;六台所述电动机同时驱动六个 所述一级传动齿轮转动,每个所述一级传动齿轮带动所述二级传动齿轮转动,每个所述二 级传动齿轮带动所述打孔轮转动,实现六套所述打孔轮的同步转动。
[0008] 进一步地,所述打孔轮具有不同的型号,更换不同的型号的所述打孔轮实现对不 同孔径的波纹管的打孔和传动工作。
[0009] 进一步地,所述轴向导轨有四条,每两条所述轴向导轨的导轨固定安装在所述工 作台底架的一端,每两条所述轴向导轨的滑槽开在所述传送架径向导轨的壳体上,所述轴 向导轨的导轨上开有均匀的安装孔,通过紧定螺钉实现所述传送架的轴向位置固定,所述 轴向导轨实现所述支承传动装置与所述打孔装置之间的距离调节。
[0010]进一步地,所述轴向导轨上装有传送架径向导轨,所述传送架径向导轨采用一根 丝杠带两个丝杠螺母结构,所述传送架的底座固定在丝杠螺母上;丝杠安装在所述传送架 径向导轨的壳体内,所述调节手轮与丝杠连接,所述调节手轮置于所述传送架径向导轨的 壳体外;转动所述调节手轮带动两个丝杠螺母移动,实现所述传送架的径向位置调节,实现 所述支撑传动装置与所述打孔装置的对心调节。
[0011] 进一步地,所述传送架交叉地装有四个所述转动传送滚子形成一个四边形结构, 波纹管穿过四个所述转动传送滚子所形成的四边形结构进入所述打孔装置,所述转动传送 滚子能自由转动,使波纹管在运动过程中的摩擦方式由滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,减小了运 动过程中的摩擦阻力,使波纹管顺利通过。
[0012]本发明的一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,其有益效果在于:
[0013] (1)更换不同的型号的打孔轮实现对不同孔径的波纹管的打孔,打孔过程平稳可 靠,分布在打孔轮周围的打孔刀实现对波纹管进行均匀打孔。
[00M] (¾支撑传动装置的位置可调,保证了对波纹管的传动流畅、可靠。波纹管从工作 台一端的支撑传动装置进入,经过工作台竖板,打孔工作完成后波纹管进入另一端的支撑 传动装置。在此工作过程中,波纹管两端受力均匀,打孔进程平稳,极大提高了波纹管的打 孔效率和打孔精度。

[0021] 如图1、2、3、4所示,本发明一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,包括:打孔装置、支撑传动装 置、工作台底架\其中所述打孔装置和所述支撑传动装置安装于所述工作台底架8上,所述 打孔装置中包含工作台竖板U安装在所述工作台竖板1上的电动机2、与所述电动机2相连 接的一级传动齿轮3、与所述一级传动齿轮3相啮合的二级传动齿轮4、与所述二级传动齿轮 4同轴连接的打孔轮6、安装在所述打孔轮6上的打孔刀7、打孔轮支座5,所述支撑传动装置 包含传送架径向导轨11、轴向导轨12、与所述传送架径向导轨11和所述轴向导轨12相连接 的传送架10、与所述传送架1〇相连接的转动传送滚子9;所述打孔轮6的边缘均布着矩形齿, 所述矩形齿的齿距与被打孔的波纹管的纹理距离一致;所述打孔刀7安装在所述打孔轮6的 矩形齿上,每隔一个所述矩形齿安装一个所述打孔刀7;所述打孔轮6的所述矩形齿与所述 打孔刀7相配合既对波纹管的运动提供动力,又能在波纹管运动过程中实现均匀的打孔。
[0022] 如图1、2、3、4所示,本发明一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机的具体实施步骤如下:首先调 节轴线导轨使支承传动装置与所述打孔装置之间的轴向距离在合适的位置并通过紧定螺 钉进行定位,再使用调节手轮13调节传送架1〇的位置,使支撑传动装置和工作台竖板1对 心;调节工作完成后,开始打孔工作,波纹管经其他传送装置传送到工作台底架一侧的支撑 传动装置中的传送架10上的转动传送滚子9上,随着波纹管的继续向前传送,当其进入工作 台竖板1中心的圆孔时,电动机2带动一级传动齿轮3及二级传动齿轮4转动,二级传动齿轮4 带动打孔轮6转动,打孔轮6在转动过程中,打孔轮6上矩形齿的齿距与被打孔的波纹管的纹 理距离一致,对波纹管的前进提供动力,同时安装在打孔轮6上的打孔刀7对波纹管进行打 孔工作;随着波纹管的继续前进,经打孔后的带孔波纹管会进入到工作台竖板1另一侧的支 撑传动装置中的传送架10上的转动传送滚子9上,通过支撑传动装置的支撑作用和转动传 送滚子9的转动作用,使得打孔后的波纹管顺利通过整个打孔工作流程。

1. 一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,其特征在于:包括:打孔装置、支撑传动装置、工作台底 架,所述打孔装置和所述支撑传动装置安装于所述工作台底架⑻上,所述打孔装置中包含 工作台竖板(1)、安装在所述工作台竖板⑴上的电动机(2)、与所述电动机⑵相连接的一 级传动齿轮(3)、与所述一级传动齿轮⑶相啮合的二级传动齿轮(4)、与所述二级传动齿轮 (4)同轴连接的打孔轮(6)、安装在所述打孔轮⑹上的打孔刀(7)、打孔轮支座⑸;所述支 撑传动装置包含传送架径向导轨(11)、轴向导轨(12)、与所述传送架径向导轨(11)和所述 轴向导轨(12)相连接的传送架(10)、与所述传送架(10)相连接的转动传送滚子(9);所述轴 向导轨(12)上装有传送架径向导轨(11),所述传送架径向导轨(11)采用一根丝杠带两个丝 杠螺母结构,所述传送架(1〇)的底座固定在丝杠螺母上;丝杠安装在所述传送架径向导轨 (11)的壳体内,调节手轮(13)与丝杠连接,所述调节手轮(13)置于所述传送架径向导轨 (11)的壳体外;转动所述调节手轮(13)带动两个丝杠螺母移动,实现所述传送架(1〇)的径 向位置调节,实现所述支撑传动装置与所述打孔装置的对心调节•,所述打孔轮(6)的边缘均 布着矩形齿,所述矩形齿的齿距与被打孔的波纹管的纹理距离一致;所述打孔刀(7)安装在 所述打孔轮(6)的矩形齿上,每隔一个所述矩形齿安装一个所述打孔刀(7);所述打孔轮(6) 的所述矩形齿与所述打孔刀(7)相配合既对波纹管的运动提供动力,又能在波纹管运动过 程中实现均匀的打孔;所述打孔轮(6)具有不同的型号,更换不同的型号的所述打孔轮(6) 实现对不同孔径的波纹管的打孔和传动工作。
2. 如权利要求1所述一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,其特征在于:所述工作台竖板(1)的中 心上开有一个圆孔,所述工作台竖板(1)圆孔的四周上均布着六台所述电动机的安装孔和 六个所述打孔轮支座(5)的安装孔,所述工作台竖板(1)的底部开有螺纹孔,所述工作台竖 板(1)通过螺栓固定安装在所述工作台底架(8)的中间位置上,有利于从所述工作台底架 (8)上方便地拆卸,也有利于对所述工作台竖板(1)上的各部件进行保养、维修和更换。
3. 如权利要求1所述一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,其特征在于:所述电动机(2)有六台,通 过螺栓与所述工作台竖板(1)圆孔的四周上均布的六台电动机(2)的安装孔固定连接;所述 打孔轮支座(5)有六个,通过螺栓与所述工作台竖板(1)圆孔的四周上均布的六个打孔轮支 座⑸的安装孔固定连接;所述一级传动齿轮C3)有六个,分别与六个所述电动机(2)的输出 轴通过平键连接;所述二级传动齿轮⑷有六个,所述打孔轮⑹有六套;所述二级传动齿轮 ⑷和所述打孔轮(6)同轴连接在所述打孔轮支座⑸上;六台所述电动机(2)同时驱动六个 所述一级传动齿轮⑶转动,每个所述一级传动齿轮⑶带动所述二级传动齿轮⑷转动,每 个所述二级传动齿轮(4)带动所述打孔轮(6)转动,实现六套所述打孔轮(6)的同步转动。
4. 如权利要求1所述一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,其特征在于:所述轴向导轨(12)有四 条,每两条所述轴向导轨(12)的导轨固定安装在所述工作台底架(8)的一端,每两条所述轴 向导轨(12)的滑槽开在所述传送架径向导轨(11)的壳体上,所述轴向导轨(12)的导轨上开 有均匀的安装孔,通过紧定螺钉实现所述传送架(10)的轴向位置固定,所述轴向导轨(12) 实现所述支承传动装置与所述打孔装置之间的距离调节。
5. 如权利要求1所述一种紧凑型波纹管打孔机,其特征在于:所述传送架(1〇)交叉地装 有四个所述转动传送滚子⑼形成一个四边形结构,波纹管穿过四个所述转动传送滚子(9) 所形成的四边形结构进入所述打孔装置,所述转动传送滚子⑼能自由转动,使波纹管在运 动过程中的摩擦方式由滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,减小了运动过程中的摩擦阻力,使波纹管 顺利通过。
