背景技术
子宫癌是妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,子宫癌包括宫体癌(又称子宫内膜癌)和宫颈癌。在全球范围内,每年约有20多万女性死于宫颈癌,在发展中国家,宫颈癌则属于常见多发的妇科肿瘤,排行榜首。子宫癌是指发生在子宫阴道部及宫颈管的恶性肿瘤,宫颈癌的转移,可向邻近组织和器官直接蔓延,向下至阴道穹窿及阴道壁,向上可侵犯子宫体,向两侧可侵犯盆腔组织,向前可侵犯膀胱,向后可侵犯直肠。
目前旨在治疗子宫肿瘤的中药,主要存在几个方面的不足:一是药效不显著;二是见效比较迟缓;三是不能标本兼治。很多子宫癌患者因药物不能有效控制肿瘤的生长、转移和扩散,或不服用药物以后又复发,从而影响了生存的时间。

本发明提供了一种治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂及其制备方法,制得的中药组合物制剂对子宫癌有显著的治疗效果。

一种治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,原料主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成:
蛤蚧3~10份、生甲片4~10份、穿山甲血1~5份、雅胆子1~3份、山豆根1~3份、辣木5~15份、巴西莓5~16份、白背三七5~15份、三七花10~30份、川芎8~25份、当归6~15份、莪术2~8份、血褐2~6份、龙胆1~5份、石斛5~15份、冬虫夏草2~6份、西洋参2~6份、威灵仙4~10份、天花粉7~15份、两面针1~5份、甘草8~40份。
以上所述治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,优选主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成:蛤蚧6份、生甲片7份、穿山甲血3份、雅胆子2份、山豆根2份、辣木10份、巴西莓12份、白背三七10份、三七花20份、川芎17份、当归12份、莪术5份、血褐4份、龙胆3份、石斛10份、冬虫夏草4份、西洋参4份、威灵仙7份、天花粉11份、两面针4份、甘草17份。

优选的,所述辣木选用的为辣木根茎。

(1)按重量份称取下列组分:蛤蚧3~10份、生甲片4~10份、穿山甲血1~5份、雅胆子1~3份、山豆根1~3份、辣木5~15份、巴西莓5~16份、白背三七5~15份、三七花10~30份、川芎8~25份、当归6~15份、莪术2~8份、血褐2~6份、龙胆1~5份、石斛5~15份、冬虫夏草2~6份、西洋参2~6份、威灵仙4~10份、天花粉7~15份、两面针1~5份、甘草8~40份;
(2)生甲片和冬虫夏草分别研磨成粉末;
(3)鸦胆子提取制成鸦胆子油,备用;
(4)巴西莓提取制成巴西莓提取物,备用;
(5)蛤蚧、生甲片粉末、穿山甲血、山豆根、辣木、白背三七、三七花、川芎、当归、莪术、血褐、龙胆、石斛、西洋参、威灵仙、天花粉、两面针和甘草,加入上述组分6~10倍重量的水,加热提取2~3次,每次1~2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成稠膏,加入冬虫夏草粉末、巴西莓提取物及适量淀粉,干燥、粉碎,得干膏粉;

本发明的中药组合物制剂主要蛤蚧、生甲片、穿山甲血、雅胆子、山豆根、辣木、巴西莓、白背三七、三七花、川芎、当归、莪术、血褐、龙胆、石斛、冬虫夏草、西洋参、威灵仙、天花粉、两面针和甘草组成,方中各中药的功效为:
蛤蚧:据《日华子本草》记载,可治肺气,止嗽,并通月经,下石淋及治血;
生甲片:消肿溃痈,搜风活络,通经下乳;用于治疗痈疽疮种,风寒湿痹,月经停闭;
穿山甲血:用于治疗通经下乳,消肿排脓,关节痹痛,麻木拘挛等病症;
雅胆子:鸦胆子油具有较好的抗癌效果,主要使用在肺癌、宫颈癌还有消化道方面的肿瘤;鸦胆子油一方面可以抑制肿瘤细胞DNA进行复制产生越来越多的肿瘤细胞,另外一方面可以直接进入到癌症细胞的内部,然后让细胞坏死,排出到人体的体外,或者被人体的吞噬细胞吞噬;
山豆根:有清热解毒,消肿利咽之功效;据《本草经疏》记载,山豆根,甘所以和毒,寒所以除热,凡毒必热必辛,得清寒之气,甘苦之味,则诸毒自解,故为解毒清热之上药;
辣木:是含有丰富高营养价值的植物,具有高蛋白、低脂质、高纤维、高维生素的优点,含有维它命A、B、C和蛋白质、钙、钾、铁等矿物质;可增强体力、治疗贫血、抑制病菌、驱除寄生虫;
巴西莓:可帮助伤口愈合、清血,改善贫血、腹泻、发烧、出血、黄疸、肝脏疾病等病症;含有维生素A、B1、B2、B3、B6和B12、还有维生素C、D、E以及十七种主要矿物,其中的抗氧化物和维生素A、C及E,可有效加速人体细胞生长,修补受损肌肤;
白背三七:具有降血糖、清热凉血、活血止痛、止血之功效;
三七花:具有清热、平肝、降压之功效,近年来的研究表明,三七中含有三七皂苷、β-榄香烯、微量元素硒等抗癌活性物质;三七皂苷120ug/ml浓度的Rb1能使培养的肿瘤细胞92%受到抑制,三七皂苷Rd的抑制率则为79%;三七皂苷Rh1对培养的肝癌细胞有明显的抑制作用;三七皂苷Rh2具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,并能诱导癌细胞逆转成非癌细胞;此外,三七皂苷和三七多糖能增强机体免疫功能,对治疗癌症有一定的辅助作用;

血竭:具有活血定痛,化瘀止血,生肌敛疮的功效;
龙胆:用于湿热黄疽、阴肿阴痒、带下、湿疹瘙痒、耳聋、胁痛、口苦、惊风抽搐;龙胆含有的龙胆碱具有显著的抗炎效果;
石斛:益胃生津,滋阴清热。用于阴伤津亏,口干烦渴,食少干呕,病后虚热,目暗不明;据《本经》记载,石斛主伤中,除痹,下气,补五脏虚劳羸瘦,强阴,久服厚肠胃;
冬虫夏草:可以增强机体的免疫力,滋补肺肾;可使自然杀伤细胞的活性增强,从而在抗癌、抗病毒感染中起重要作用;
西洋参:补气养阴,清热生津;是补气保健首选药材,可以促进血清蛋白合成、骨髓蛋白合成、器官蛋白合成等,提高机体免疫力,抑制癌细胞生长,有效抵抗癌症;
威灵仙:祛风除湿,通络止痛;用于风湿痹痛,肢体麻木,筋脉拘挛,屈伸不利,骨哽咽喉;
天花粉:清热泻火,生津止渴,排脓消肿;主治:治热病口渴、消渴、黄疸、肺燥咳血、痈肿、痔痿;
两面针:活血化瘀,行气止痛,祛风通络,解毒消肿,两面针还具有较好的抗炎效果;
甘草:功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等;也可用于调和某些药物的烈性。
本发明中,蛤蚧、鸦胆子、三七花、莪术具有杀灭癌细胞的作用;生甲片、穿山甲血、白背三七、川芎、当归、血竭、威灵仙和两面针具有活血化瘀、祛风止痛的功效;三七花、冬虫夏草、西洋参具有增强免疫力的功效,对抗肿瘤也有一定的辅助作用;山豆根用于解毒清热;龙胆、甘草和两面针具有抗炎功效;甘草用于调和烈性药物的药性,减轻药物对胃等器官的刺激作用;辣木、巴西莓、西洋参、石斛和天花粉可益胃生津,补充人体所需的维生素及矿物质,改善患者在对抗癌症过程中出现的恶心、消瘦、乏力、胃口不好等不良症状,降低药物对人体的损伤;本发明通过上述中药的合理配伍,以扶正固本、活血化瘀、行气止痛、阻断癌细胞、提高机体免疫力,最终达到治愈子宫癌的目的。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于以下实施例:
一、治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂的制备
实施例1
一种治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,原料主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成:蛤蚧6份、生甲片7份、穿山甲血3份、雅胆子2份、山豆根2份、辣木10份、巴西莓12份、白背三七10份、三七花20份、川芎17份、当归12份、莪术5份、血褐4份、龙胆3份、石斛10份、冬虫夏草4份、西洋参4份、威灵仙7份、天花粉11份、两面针4份、甘草17份。
所述辣木选用的为辣木根茎。
上述中药组合物制剂的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份称取上述配方中的组分;
(2)生甲片和冬虫夏草分别研磨成粉末;
(3)鸦胆子提取制成鸦胆子油,备用;
(4)巴西莓提取制成巴西莓提取物,备用;
(5)蛤蚧、生甲片粉末、穿山甲血、山豆根、辣木、白背三七、三七花、川芎、当归、莪术、血褐、龙胆、石斛、西洋参、威灵仙、天花粉、两面针和甘草,加入上述组分6~10倍重量的水,加热提取2~3次,每次1~2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成稠膏,加入冬虫夏草粉末、巴西莓提取物及适量淀粉,干燥、粉碎,得干膏粉;
(6)取鸦胆子油,用6~10倍重量的倍他环糊精包结成倍他环糊精包结物,加入干膏粉、硬脂酸镁和微晶纤维素,混匀,制成颗粒,装入胶囊,即得胶囊剂。
实施例2
一种治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,原料主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成:蛤蚧3份、生甲片4份、穿山甲血1份、雅胆子1份、山豆根1份、辣木5份、巴西莓5份、白背三七5份、三七花10份、川芎8份、当归6份、莪术2份、血褐2份、龙胆1份、石斛5份、冬虫夏草2份、西洋参2份、威灵仙4份、天花粉7份、两面针1份、甘草8份。
所述辣木选用的为辣木根茎。
上述中药组合物制剂的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份称取上述配方中的组分;
(2)生甲片和冬虫夏草分别研磨成粉末;
(3)鸦胆子提取制成鸦胆子油,备用;
(4)巴西莓提取制成巴西莓提取物,备用;
(5)蛤蚧、生甲片粉末、穿山甲血、山豆根、辣木、白背三七、三七花、川芎、当归、莪术、血褐、龙胆、石斛、西洋参、威灵仙、天花粉、两面针和甘草,加入上述组分6~10倍重量的水,加热提取2~3次,每次1~2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成稠膏,加入冬虫夏草粉末、巴西莓提取物及适量淀粉,干燥、粉碎,得干膏粉;
(6)取鸦胆子油,用6~10倍重量的倍他环糊精包结成倍他环糊精包结物,加入干膏粉、硬脂酸镁和微晶纤维素,混匀,制成颗粒,装入胶囊,即得胶囊剂。
实施例3
一种治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,原料主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成:蛤蚧10份、生甲片10份、穿山甲血5份、雅胆子3份、山豆根3份、辣木15份、巴西莓16份、白背三七15份、三七花30份、川芎25份、当归15份、莪术8份、血褐6份、龙胆5份、石斛15份、冬虫夏草6份、西洋参6份、威灵仙10份、天花粉15份、两面针5份、甘草40份。
所述辣木选用的为辣木根茎。
上述中药组合物制剂的制备方法为:
(1)按重量份称取上述配方中的组分;
(2)生甲片和冬虫夏草分别研磨成粉末;
(3)鸦胆子提取制成鸦胆子油,备用;
(4)巴西莓提取制成巴西莓提取物,备用;
(5)蛤蚧、生甲片粉末、穿山甲血、山豆根、辣木、白背三七、三七花、川芎、当归、莪术、血褐、龙胆、石斛、西洋参、威灵仙、天花粉、两面针和甘草,加入上述组分6~10倍重量的水,加热提取2~3次,每次1~2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成稠膏,加入冬虫夏草粉末、巴西莓提取物及适量淀粉,干燥、粉碎,得干膏粉;
(6)取鸦胆子油,用6~10倍重量的倍他环糊精包结成倍他环糊精包结物,加入干膏粉、硬脂酸镁和微晶纤维素,混匀,制成颗粒,装入胶囊,即得胶囊剂。
二、临床应用
1、病例的选择:
选择中医子宫肿瘤患者,经75例临床观察。
(1)纳入标准:
a.年龄在38-65岁之间的女性,平均年龄52.8岁。
b.中医诊断子宫癌为标准:肢软无力,虚损严重,小腹下坠,憋胀疼痛,子宫CT可见肿瘤。
c.能配合治疗,按时复诊的患者。
(2)排除标准
a.年龄在38岁以下或65岁以上者。
b.患有其它严重疾病
c.妊娠或准备妊娠妇女,哺乳期妇女。
d.过敏体质或对多种药物过敏者。
e.未按规定用药或中断治疗,无法判定疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。
2、临床试验:
(1)疗效判定:
a.显效:体质增强,四肢有力,小腹不适明显缓解,CT显示子宫肿瘤瘤体缩小,其它部位未发现新生肿瘤。
b.有效:乏力症状有所改善,小腹不适有所缓解,子宫肿瘤瘤体未见增长,其它部位未发现新生肿瘤。
c.无效:病症无变化,子宫肿瘤瘤体增大,或其它部位发现新生肿瘤。
(2)临床实验时,停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中实施例1~3的制剂(每个实施例经25例患者临床观察),观察3个月,为一个疗程。服用方法:每日3次,每次6粒胶囊,每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.25克,饭后温开水送服,结果详见下表:

结果表明:采用本发明实施例1~3进行治疗,其中,实施例1的效果最佳,有效率达到92%,实施例2、3的有效率也在80%以上,本发明总体效果较好,能明显改善患者乏力、疼痛、厌食、消瘦小腹不适等症状,精神状态良好。

1.一种治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,其特征在于,原料主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成:
蛤蚧3~10份、生甲片4~10份、穿山甲血1~5份、雅胆子1~3份、山豆根1~3份、辣木5~15份、巴西莓5~16份、白背三七5~15份、三七花10~30份、川芎8~25份、当归6~15份、莪术2~8份、血褐2~6份、龙胆1~5份、石斛5~15份、冬虫夏草2~6份、西洋参2~6份、威灵仙4~10份、天花粉7~15份、两面针1~5份、甘草8~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,其特征在于,原料主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成:
蛤蚧6份、生甲片7份、穿山甲血3份、雅胆子2份、山豆根2份、辣木10份、巴西莓12份、白背三七10份、三七花20份、川芎17份、当归12份、莪术5份、血褐4份、龙胆3份、石斛10份、冬虫夏草4份、西洋参4份、威灵仙7份、天花粉11份、两面针4份、甘草17份。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一项所述的治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,其特征在于:
所述中药组合物制剂按药剂学方法加入常规辅料制成临床接受的任意剂型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,其特征在于:
所述剂型为胶囊剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂,其特征在于:
所述辣木选用的为辣木根茎。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗子宫癌的中药组合物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取下列组分:蛤蚧3~10份、生甲片4~10份、穿山甲血1~5份、雅胆子1~3份、山豆根1~3份、辣木5~15份、巴西莓5~16份、白背三七5~15份、三七花10~30份、川芎8~25份、当归6~15份、莪术2~8份、血褐2~6份、龙胆1~5份、石斛5~15份、冬虫夏草2~6份、西洋参2~6份、威灵仙4~10份、天花粉7~15份、两面针1~5份、甘草8~40份;
(2)生甲片和冬虫夏草分别研磨成粉末;
(3)鸦胆子提取制成鸦胆子油,备用;
(4)巴西莓提取制成巴西莓提取物,备用;
(5)蛤蚧、生甲片粉末、穿山甲血、山豆根、辣木、白背三七、三七花、川芎、当归、莪术、血褐、龙胆、石斛、西洋参、威灵仙、天花粉、两面针和甘草,加入上述组分6~10倍重量的水,加热提取2~3次,每次1~2小时,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成稠膏,加入冬虫夏草粉末、巴西莓提取物及适量淀粉,干燥、粉碎,得干膏粉;
(6)取鸦胆子油,用6~10倍重量的倍他环糊精包结成倍他环糊精包结物,加入干膏粉、硬脂酸镁和微晶纤维素,混匀,制成颗粒,装入胶囊,即得胶囊剂。
