本发明一种用于石膏板的电磁微波干燥装置,它包括微波加热箱体;微波加热箱体的顶部设有引风管;微波加热箱体的顶端设有顶部带水冷器的微波发生器;水冷器与水泵连通;微波加热箱体内设有传送辊,且传送辊通过链条与被动轮和从动轮传动连接;被动轮与电机传动连接;微波加热箱体上设有感温探头。微波加热箱体可有效的保障微波在箱体内运动,板材可充分吸收微波并吸热后将水汽蒸发,即可达到干燥板材的目的;微波发生器发出的微波可穿透板材并被板材吸收,微波在箱体内均匀运动,板材的受热面均匀;干燥后的板材整齐,无膨胀变形,成形率大大增高;不会产生污染大气的气体,环保安全,能耗低。

本发明属于加热干燥装置技术领域,具体涉及一种用于石膏板的电磁微波干燥装置。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,防静电地板等建筑板材类产品的需求量日益增加,在加工过程中,需要对板材进行烘干处理,以便去除板材中的水分,常用的干燥方式为热风烘干或加热干燥,这种干燥方式被广泛使用,但是却存在很多的弊端,如热风烘干和加热干燥需要采用煤炭燃烧或电加热的方式,对环境的污染大且用电量高,造成产品的生产成本高,市场的竞争力低;而且,这种干燥方式的时间长,工作效率低;最重要的是传统的干燥方法在干燥过程中不容易控制受热面积,导致受热面不均匀,容易造成板材局部干燥破损而其他部位还潮湿未干燥,板材的废料率高,生产成本也随之增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在能耗高、工作效率低和受热不均匀的技术问题,提供一种用于石膏板的电磁微波干燥装置,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明还提供了一种新型微波加热箱体。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一种用于石膏板的电磁微波干燥装置,其要点是它包括带有支架的微波加热箱体;所述微波加热箱体的顶部设有与引风机连通的引风管;所述微波加热箱体的顶端设有通过线路与控制箱连接的微波发生器;所述微波发生器的顶部设有水冷器,且水冷器通过水管与水泵相互连通;所述微波加热箱体内设有传送辊,且传送辊通过其两端的链条与微波加热箱体两端的被动轮和从动轮相互传动连接;所述被动轮通过链条与电机相互传动连接;所述微波加热箱体上设有通过线路与控制箱连接的感温探头。
所述微波加热箱体按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)将蛭石、蒙脱石、海泡石和高岭石投入到破碎机中进行破碎,然后投入到球磨罐中进行球磨,球磨至粒径为10-30微米,取出球磨料,置于离心搅拌机中,以500转/min的搅拌速度搅拌3分钟,得到混合粉末;其中,蛭石、蒙脱石、海泡石和高岭石的重量比为3:2:2:1;
步骤2)将纳米氧化铝和纳米碳化硅混合搅拌均匀,然后分散到去离子水中,制备成乳状胶体;其中,纳米氧化铝、纳米碳化硅以及去离子水的重量比为2:1:7;
步骤3)将步骤1)的混合粉末、氟化钙以及玻璃纤维依次投入到步骤2)的乳状胶体中,搅拌均匀,制得陶瓷料;其中,混合粉末、氟化钙、玻璃纤维以及乳状胶体的重量比为20:1:1:30;
步骤4)将陶瓷料喷涂于不锈钢表面上,加热至1000-1100℃釉化,釉化时间为6-9分钟,将陶瓷料烧结在不锈钢表面,最后加工成箱体。
优选地,所述陶瓷层厚度为200-300微米;不锈钢的厚度为1-3mm;
优选地,所述纳米氧化铝和纳米碳化硅的粒径均为100-200nm;玻璃纤维的直径为10-20微米,长度为30-50微米;氟化钙的粒径为10-30微米。

本发明结构设计合理、使用方便,充分利用微波穿透板材加热均匀的原理,微波加热箱体可有效的保障微波在箱体内运动,板材可充分吸收微波并吸热后将水汽蒸发,蒸发的水汽进入引风管内并被引风机排出箱体,即可达到干燥板材的目的;微波发生器发出的微波可穿透板材并被板材吸收,微波在箱体内均匀运动,板材的受热面均匀,不会出现局部有温差的现象;干燥后的板材整齐,无膨胀变形,成形率大大增高,产量和工作效率明显提高;微波加热的方式不会产生污染大气的气体,环保安全,能耗低。本发明解决了现有技术能耗高、工作效率低和受热不均匀的技术问题。本发明制备的箱体能够有效阻断微波辐射,其表面陶瓷层耐酸碱腐蚀、抗氧化、抗热震、视觉效果良好以及质量轻等优点。

实施例2
一种微波加热箱体,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)将蛭石、蒙脱石、海泡石和高岭石投入到破碎机中进行破碎,然后投入到球磨罐中进行球磨,球磨至粒径为20微米,取出球磨料,置于离心搅拌机中,以500转/min的搅拌速度搅拌3分钟,得到混合粉末;其中,蛭石、蒙脱石、海泡石和高岭石的重量比为3:2:2:1;
步骤2)将纳米氧化铝和纳米碳化硅混合搅拌均匀,然后分散到去离子水中,制备成乳状胶体;其中,纳米氧化铝、纳米碳化硅以及去离子水的重量比为2:1:7;

耐腐蚀性能测试:耐酸性与耐碱性根据JC/T 2138-2012《精细陶瓷耐酸碱腐蚀性能试验方法》测得分别为98.9%,99.1%。
视觉效果测试:选取长×宽为2×1m的板面,选用正常视觉的评测员100人,分10组分别做双盲法感官评定,在室内光线正常状况下,观察员位于板前方2米处的不同位置,观察板面。按照以下评分标准评分,最后得分为去掉异常值后的平均值。评分标准为:无反光现象、视觉效果良好:10~9分;亚光、小于1/5的面积有反光现象:9~8分;有光泽度、1/3的面积有反光现象8~7分;光泽度高:7~6分。测得平均分数为9.3分,优于市场常用产品。
抗热震性能:HB5341-86要求950℃淬水六次,剥落不大于1.5mm;本发明样品1000℃淬水六次,无剥落。
