Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架和圆柱滚子,所述圆柱滚子为空心圆柱状,圆柱滚子通过其内部穿设的空心销轴连接于保持架上,且空心销轴的中部侧壁上开设有与其内腔相通的进油孔;在圆柱滚子的外表面上开设有若干环形凹槽,在环形凹槽内沿圆周方向均布设置有若干出油孔,出油孔与圆柱滚子的内孔相连通。本发明将圆柱滚子设置为空心结构形式,滚子内孔的存在有效保证了滚子整体淬透,硬度均匀一致,整个横截面的机械性能一致,避免了端面的磨削烧伤,有效提高了滚子使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
随着工业发展,越来越多的轴承被使用在各种各样的机械中,而滚子则是机械中不可缺少的零部件,目前中大型圆柱滚子轴承的滚子,在直径超过30mm时,由于通常滚子为实心结构,滚子在淬火时往往就会出现硬度不均,软点等缺陷,滚子在整个直径截面上的机械性能相差很多,寿命大大降低;另外,现有的圆柱滚子与保持架之间为滑动接触摩擦,由于保持架的原因,其内部的润滑油容易流出,从而导致润滑不充分。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明采的目的是提供一种新型圆柱滚子轴承。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案:
一种新型圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架和圆柱滚子,所述圆柱滚子为空心圆柱状,圆柱滚子通过其内部穿设的空心销轴连接于保持架上,且空心销轴的中部侧壁上开设有与其内腔相通的进油孔;在圆柱滚子的外表面上开设有若干环形凹槽,在环形凹槽内沿圆周方向均布设置有若干出油孔,出油孔与圆柱滚子的内孔相连通。
进一步,所述空心销轴的两端口均盖设有端盖。
进一步,所述进油孔沿周向均布设置在空心销轴的外表面上。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优越性:
1、本发明将圆柱滚子设置为空心结构形式,滚子内孔的存在有效保证了滚子整体淬透,硬度均匀一致,整个横截面的机械性能一致,避免了端面的磨削烧伤,有效提高了滚子使用寿命。
2、通过向空心销轴内注入润滑油,通过进油孔流入到圆柱滚子内部,在通过出油孔进入到轴承内部进行润滑,润滑高效、便捷,能够有效的起到延长轴承整体使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-3所示,一种新型圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、保持架3和圆柱滚子4,所述圆柱滚子4为空心圆柱状,圆柱滚子4通过其内部穿设的空心销轴5连接于保持架3上,且空心销轴5的中部侧壁上开设有与其内腔相通的进油孔5.1;在圆柱滚子的外表面上开设有若干环形凹槽4.1,在环形凹槽4.1内沿圆周方向均布设置有若干出油孔4.2,出油孔4.2与圆柱滚子4的内孔相连通。
所述空心销轴5的两端口均盖设有端盖。
所述进油孔5.1沿周向均布设置在空心销轴5的外表面上。
本发明在需要润滑时,将空心销轴一端口上的端盖取掉,然后向内部注入润滑油,润滑油经过空心销轴上的进油孔流入到圆柱滚子内部,并在通过圆柱滚子上的出油孔流入到环形凹槽内,随着内、外圈与滚子的相对转动,进而起到润滑轴承内部的作用;另外,环形凹槽也能起到暂时储存润滑油的作用,防止润滑油直接流出而造成浪费。

1.一种新型圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架和圆柱滚子,其特征是:所述圆柱滚子为空心圆柱状,圆柱滚子通过其内部穿设的空心销轴连接于保持架上,且空心销轴的中部侧壁上开设有与其内腔相通的进油孔;在圆柱滚子的外表面上开设有若干环形凹槽,在环形凹槽内沿圆周方向均布设置有若干出油孔,出油孔与圆柱滚子的内孔相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型圆柱滚子轴承,其特征是:所述空心销轴的两端口均盖设有端盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型圆柱滚子轴承,其特征是:所述进油孔沿周向均布设置在空心销轴的外表面上。
