本发明公开了一种新型节气门体,包括电机1、上底板2、叶片3、驱动圈4、下底板5;电机1固定于上底板2上,驱动圈4放置于下底板5的圈槽中,叶片3通过其上的凹台安装于驱动圈4的长槽和上底板2、下底板5的圆孔中,上底板2和下底板5通过螺栓安装,整个装置装为一体。本发明的有益效果为:大大缩小了节气门体的长度与体积,对进气系统的布置要求较低;采用多叶片旋转结构直接控制进气道直径的大小,在进气道中没有阻碍气流的挡片,不会产生气流扰动,稳定了气流,提高了进气压力,提高发动机的输出功率和燃油利用率。

一种新型节气门体
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件领域,尤其是一种新型节气门体。
背景技术
现有技术中,具有圆筒状的节气门体,配置拉线结构驱动单片内置式挡片调节节气门开度,在挡片另一端安装角度传感器来测量节气门的开度作为控制信号。
上述节气门的挡片基本上位于进气道的正中央位置,会使进气气流产生扰动,在稳压腔中产生漩涡,不利于气流的稳定,相应的进气量就会减少,并且相同条件下会有更大的进气阻力,这些都会降低进气效率,对发动机产生不利影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种结构合理的节气门体,大大减小了节气门的尺寸,稳定进气气流,提高进气量,提高发动机功率和燃油利用效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种新型节气门体,包括电机1、上底板2、叶片3、驱动圈4、下底板5;电机1固定于上底板2上,驱动圈4放置于下底板5的圈槽中,叶片3通过其上的凹台安装于驱动圈4的长槽和上底板2、下底板5的圆孔中,上底板2和下底板5通过螺栓安装,整个装置装为一体。
优选的,驱动圈4上有齿,电机1驱动驱动圈4上的齿。
优选的,节气门体直接采集电机1的位置信号作为节气门的开度信号。
本发明的有益效果为:大大缩小了节气门体的长度与体积,对进气系统的布置要求较低;采用多叶片旋转结构直接控制进气道直径的大小,在进气道中没有阻碍气流的挡片,不会产生气流扰动,稳定了气流,提高了进气压力,提高发动机的输出功率和燃油利用率。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,一种新型节气门体,包括电机1、上底板2、叶片3、驱动圈4、下底板5;电机1固定于上底板2上,驱动圈4放置于下底板5的圈槽中,叶片3通过其上的凹台安装于驱动圈4的长槽和上底板2、下底板5的圆孔中,上底板2和下底板5通过螺栓安装,整个装置装为一体。
驱动圈4上有齿,电机1通过驱动驱动圈4上的齿来使驱动圈4进行旋转,从而达到耳片开闭的目的。
本发明的节气门体具有多叶片旋转式的开闭结构,配置的叶片由电机驱动,叶片直接旋转产生开闭效应,直接控制叶片处管道直径的大小,使得进气气流在节气门处能够平稳,并且具有更小的局部阻力。
本发明的节气门中,直接采集电机位置信号作为节气门的开度信号,去除了传统的相位传感器作为输出信号,进一步的减小了节气门的体积。
本发明的上底板和下底板均有叶片旋转时的定位孔,下底板有用于安装驱动圈的槽,用于驱动圈的旋转运动。
驱动圈上有安装叶片的孔,用于驱动叶片做旋转运动从而控制节气门开闭,并且驱动圈上有齿,用于和电机齿轮啮合。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

Claims (3)

1.一种新型节气门体,其特征在于,包括:电机(1)、上底板(2)、叶片(3)、驱动圈(4)、下底板(5);电机(1)固定于上底板(2)上,驱动圈(4)放置于下底板(5)的圈槽中,叶片(3)通过其上的凹台安装于驱动圈(4)的长槽和上底板(2)、下底板(5)的圆孔中,上底板(2)和下底板(5)通过螺栓安装,整个装置装为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型节气门体,其特征在于,驱动圈(4)上有齿,电机(1)驱动驱动圈(4)上的齿。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型节气门体,其特征在于,节气门体直接采集电机(1)的位置信号作为节气门的开度信号。
