Abstract

气动式波浪发电机发明不再使用单向阀,主要在对发电机的叶轮进行设计,把发电机与叶轮集成在一起,包括叶轮、发电机两个部分。叶轮部分与常见的叶轮结构差异不大,但叶片采用弹性的材料制作,这叶片在空气流动中发生一较大的形变,而支架采用不易形变的材料制作,此叶轮在波浪环境中,空气不断的在通气道中来回流动,但转动的方向始终不变,针对波浪环境,在波浪条件下,既要要减少叶轮在轴向对电机的压力,又要防止叶轮的摆动,依据这一要求设置一组轴承组,该轴承组包括两个部分,一部分采用平面轴承,起辅助固定作用,另一部分采用专用的叶轮轴承。

技术领域
气动式波浪发电机是属于振荡水柱发电装置,以空气叶轮为基础进行设计。
背景技术
目前用于波浪能利用系统中,振荡水柱式波能系统是最常见的利用方式,该系统通常由前港、气室、通气管道、发电机组构成,目前所使用的振荡水柱式波能系统是用单向阀来控制空气的定向流动。
发明内容
本发明不再使用单向阀,主要在对发电机的叶轮进行设计,把发电机与叶轮集成在一起,包括叶轮、发电机两个部分。
叶轮部分与常见的叶轮结构差异不大,但叶片采用弹性的材料制作,这叶片在空气流动中发生一较大的形变,而支架采用不易形变的材料制作,此叶轮在波浪环境中,空气不断的在通气道中来回流动,但转动的方向始终不变,针对波浪环境。
在波浪条件下,既要要减少叶轮在轴向对电机的压力,又要防止叶轮的摆动,依据这一要求设置一组合轴承,该轴承组包括两个部分,一部分采用平面轴承,起辅助固定作用,另一部分轴承采用三层结构,上下两层相当于推力轴承,中间相当于平面轴承,结构如图3,轴承组与叶轮的位置关系如图1所示。
两组叶轮组成,分别带动发电机的内转子与外转子,使内外转子向两个方向转动,提高发电效率,同时提高了能量的利用率。
电机部分主要是用于实现双叶轮驱动发电,电机转子由轴承固定。
由于本空气叶轮转动的方向始终不变,已不需要另外的阀门来控制空气的流动,大大简化了发电系统的建设与安装。

Claims (2)

1.本发明的最大的特点是对空气叶轮进行改造,把叶片改成易形变的弹性材料,支架采用不易形变的材料,能自适应不同方向的空气流动,直接实现叶轮的单向转动,不需门阀控制空气流动的方向。
2.本发明的特点是把常见的发电机、空气叶轮,组成一的气动力发电装置,采用两个空气叶轮串联,分别驱动发电机的内转与外转子向不同方向转动。
