Abstract

本发明涉及巷道支护领域,尤其刚柔结合支护结构,刚柔结合支护结构,弧U型钢布置在巷道顶部,直U型钢布置在巷道两侧壁,弧U型钢与直U型钢通过U型钢卡缆连接;弧U型钢、直U型钢与巷道的围岩之间布置有枕木;弧U型钢和直U型钢的U型槽开口朝向枕木;底板铺设在巷道底部;钢索首尾连接围成巷道横截面的形状,分布在弧U型钢的U型槽内、直U型钢的U型槽内以及底板下边。本发明提供的刚柔结合支护结构,U型钢起到刚性支护的作用,当冲击载荷破坏U型钢时,其内部的钢索起到柔性支护作用,从刚性支护到柔性支护的过渡阶段,就是该支护结构对冲击载荷的缓冲作用,从而起到抗冲的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及巷道支护领域,尤其刚柔结合支护结构。
背景技术
在我国,随着煤矿开采深度的加深,以及隧道所需支护不断加大,冲击地压的破坏也再加剧,现有的支护方式大多都是静态围岩压力下的支护结构,很难应对当前的抗冲支护难题,因为又必须提出一些新的支护方式,虽然截止目前,有许多学者提出了不少的应对措施,但是这些措施,要么是支护效果理想,但是成本大幅度提高,要么就是达不到支护的理想效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种成本不高,且抗冲效果好的支护结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
刚柔结合支护结构,由弧U型钢、直U型钢、U型钢卡缆、钢索、枕木、底板组成;弧U型钢布置在巷道顶部,直U型钢布置在巷道两侧壁,所述的弧U型钢与直U型钢通过U型钢卡缆连接;弧U型钢、直U型钢与巷道的围岩之间布置有枕木;弧U型钢和直U型钢的U型槽开口朝向枕木;底板铺设在巷道底部;所述钢索首尾连接围成巷道横截面的形状,分布在弧U型钢的U型槽内、直U型钢的U型槽内以及底板下边。
本发明提供的刚柔结合支护结构,U型钢起到刚性支护的作用,当冲击载荷破坏U型钢时,其内部的钢索起到柔性支护作用,从刚性支护到柔性支护的过渡阶段,就是该支护结构对冲击载荷的缓冲作用,从而起到抗冲的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,刚柔结合支护结构,由弧U型钢1、直U型钢2、U型钢卡缆3、钢索4、枕木5、底板6组成;弧U型钢1布置在巷道顶部,直U型钢2布置在巷道两侧壁,所述的弧U型钢1与直U型钢2通过U型钢卡缆3连接;弧U型钢1、直U型钢2与巷道的围岩7之间布置有枕木5;弧U型钢1和直U型钢2的U型槽开口朝向枕木5;底板6铺设在巷道底部;所述钢索4首尾连接围成巷道横截面的形状,分布在弧U型钢1的U型槽内、直U型钢2的U型槽内以及底板6下边。
首先将一定长度的钢索4首尾连接布置在弧U型钢1与直U型钢2的U型槽内,将弧U型钢1与直U型钢2按照要求的距离架设在巷道内部,然后将枕木5按照要求的间距布置在围岩7与弧U型钢1、直U型钢2之间,架设完成后,在地面上的钢索4上铺设巷道底板6。

1.刚柔结合支护结构,其特征在于:由弧U型钢(1)、直U型钢(2)、U型钢卡缆(3)、钢索(4)、枕木(5)、底板(6)组成;弧U型钢(1)布置在巷道顶部,直U型钢(2)布置在巷道两侧壁,所述的弧U型钢(1)与直U型钢(2)通过U型钢卡缆(3)连接;弧U型钢(1)、直U型钢(2)与巷道的围岩(7)之间布置有枕木(5);弧U型钢(1)和直U型钢(2)的U型槽开口朝向枕木(5);底板(6)铺设在巷道底部;所述钢索(4)首尾连接围成巷道横截面的形状,分布在弧U型钢(1)的U型槽内、直U型钢(2)的U型槽内以及底板(6)下边。
