本发明公开了一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、石蜡和聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯25-35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-13份、氯化聚乙烯3-5份、碳酸钙15-20份、石蜡0.5-1份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯1-4份。通过上述方式,本发明的具有防水效果的塑料卷材,具有显著的防水效果,满足现有的施工需求,能够在建筑工程和施工工程上进行使用,价格公道,受到欢迎。

一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及改性塑料塑胶领域,特别是涉及一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材是一种可卷曲的片状防水材料,根据其主要防水组成材料可分为沥青防水材料、高聚物改性防水卷材和合成高分子防水卷材三大类。沥青防水卷材是在基胎上侵涂沥青后,再在表面撒布粉状或片状的隔离材料而制成的可卷曲片状防水材料。现有的塑料卷材的防水效果不好,不能很好的起到防水效果,使用上不便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材,具有非常好的防水效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、石蜡和聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯25-35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-13份、氯化聚乙烯3-5份、碳酸钙15-20份、石蜡0.5-1份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯1-4份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚氯乙烯为PVC-SG3、PVC-SG5中的一种或两种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材的断裂伸长率为240-260%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12份、氯化聚乙烯4份、碳酸钙17份、石蜡0.8份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯2份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的具有防水效果的塑料卷材,具有显著的防水效果,满足现有的施工需求,能够在建筑工程和施工工程上进行使用,价格公道,受到欢迎。

提供一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、石蜡和聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12份、氯化聚乙烯4份、碳酸钙17份、石蜡0.8份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯2份。所述聚氯乙烯为PVC-SG3。所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材的断裂伸长率为250%。
实施例二:
提供一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、石蜡和聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯25份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13份、氯化聚乙烯3份、碳酸钙20份、石蜡0.5份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯4份。所述聚氯乙烯为PVC-SG5。所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材的断裂伸长率为260%。
实施例三:
提供一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、石蜡和聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、氯化聚乙烯5份、碳酸钙15份、石蜡1份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯1份。所述聚氯乙烯为PVC-SG3和PVC-SG5的混合物。所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材的断裂伸长率为240%。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材具有显著的防水效果,满足现有的施工需求;
二、所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材能够在建筑工程和施工工程上进行使用,价格公道,受到欢迎。

1.一种具有防水效果的塑料卷材,其特征在于,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化聚乙烯、碳酸钙、石蜡和聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯25-35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-13份、氯化聚乙烯3-5份、碳酸钙15-20份、石蜡0.5-1份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有防水效果的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述聚氯乙烯为PVC-SG3、PVC-SG5中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有防水效果的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材的断裂伸长率为240-260%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有防水效果的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述具有防水效果的塑料卷材以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12份、氯化聚乙烯4份、碳酸钙17份、石蜡0.8份、聚五溴苯酚基丙烯酸酯2份。
