本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为高强耐火浇注料。
背景技术
高强耐火浇注料不仅需要良好的耐火性能,还需要有较强附着性能。现有的高强耐火浇注料使用中容易出现剥落,难以对材料起保护作用。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不易剥落高强耐火浇注料。
高强耐火浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,0.05-0.1nm高岭土12-18份,微硅粉5-8份、超细硅酸铝1-2份,0.2-0.5nm海泡石5-6份,羟乙基纤维素2-5份,碳化硅2-5份。
本发明提供的高强耐火浇注料,具有很好附着性能,能在高温下对材料起到很好保护作用。

高强耐火浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,0.05-0.1nm高岭土13份,微硅粉5份、超细硅酸铝1份,0.2-0.5nm海泡石5份,羟乙基纤维素2份,碳化硅3份。
