Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为防腐高温浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,硅溶胶12-15,铝土矿4-8,铬铁矿10-20,羟乙基纤维素4-6,锌皂盐2-4,苯甲酸0.2-0.4。本发明提供的防腐高温浇注料,有较强的强度,能抗融体的侵蚀性,具有很好附着性,高温下对材料起保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为防腐高温浇注料。
背景技术
耐火浇注料需要有较强的强度,优良的抗融体或气体的侵蚀性,良好的涂抹性和与被保护材料的附着性,良好的热震稳定性和化学稳定性。现有的耐火浇注料使用中容易出现开裂、剥落等,难以对材料起保护作用。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不开裂、不剥落耐火浇注料。
防腐高温浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,硅溶胶12-15,铝土矿4-8,铬铁矿10-20,羟乙基纤维素4-6,锌皂盐2-4,苯甲酸0.2-0.4。
本发明提供的防腐高温浇注料,有较强的强度,能抗融体的侵蚀性,具有很好附着性,高温下对材料起保护作用。

防腐高温浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,硅溶胶15,铝土矿5,铬铁矿15,羟乙基纤维素6,锌皂盐4,苯甲酸0.2。

防腐高温浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,硅溶胶12,铝土矿8,铬铁矿10,羟乙基纤维素5,锌皂盐3,苯甲酸0.4。
实施例3
防腐高温浇注料,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,硅溶胶12-15,铝土矿4,铬铁矿20,羟乙基纤维素4,锌皂盐2,苯甲酸0.3。
