Abstract

本发明公开了一种电梯曳引机机架,包括用于固定曳引机的机架梁,机架梁的自身长度的两端部上分别设有减震支撑件,机架梁的横截面形状为工字形,其具有上支撑板和下支撑板,上支撑板的宽度大于下支撑板的宽度,减震支撑件具有开口朝上的凹槽,下支撑板向下伸入所述凹槽并支撑在凹槽的底面上,上支撑板的宽度方向的两端部对应支撑在减震支撑件的凹槽的开口两侧上;机架梁和所述减震支撑件之间还设有减震元件。本发明的电梯曳引机机架将曳引机与机架梁直接连接,在机架梁两端设置减震支撑件,减震支撑件与机架梁两侧之间又设置有减震元件,有效减少曳引机对环境造成噪声、震动,可以改变减震元件的弹性模量,使曳引机不会倾斜。

一种电梯曳引机机架
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯技术领域,尤其是一种用于固定曳引机的电梯曳引机机架。
背景技术
在电梯设计时,为减少曳引机运转时产生的震动影响周围环境及电梯本身,需要加装减震元件。一般减震元件安装在曳引机与机架之间,但是由于曳引机的特殊构造(譬如曳引轮不在曳引机中心的结构)导致曳引机下的减震元件需要有不同的弹性模量,不然曳引机会倾斜。并且一般减震元件不能受拉,如果曳引机在轴向有扭转,则减震元件可能会失效损坏,甚至导致曳引机的倾倒。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可减小曳引机的震动对环境造成的噪声和震动,而且避免曳引机倾倒的更稳固安全的电梯曳引机机架。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种电梯曳引机机架,包括用于固定曳引机的机架梁,其特征在于:所述机架梁的自身长度的两端部上分别设有减震支撑件,所述机架梁的横截面形状为工字形,其具有上支撑板和下支撑板,所述上支撑板的宽度大于所述下支撑板的宽度,所述减震支撑件具有开口朝上的凹槽,所述下支撑板向下伸入所述凹槽并支撑在所述凹槽的底面上,所述上支撑板的宽度方向的两端部对应支撑在所述减震支撑件的所述凹槽的开口两侧上。
优选地,所述机架梁和所述减震支撑件之间还设有减震元件,所述减震元件包括设置在所述下支撑板和所述凹槽的底面之间的下层减震元件,分别设置在所述上支撑板的宽度方向的两端部和对应的所述凹槽的开口两侧之间的上层减震元件。
作为一种实施方式,所述减震支撑件的横截面形状为C形,其上方开口的两侧分别具有向内翻折的折弯边部。
作为另一种实施方式,所述减震支撑件的横截面形状为U形,其上方开口的两侧分别具有向外翻折的折弯边部。
相较于现有技术,本发明的电梯曳引机机架具有以下优点:
(1)曳引机与机架梁直接连接,在机架梁两端设置减震支撑件,机架梁与减震支撑件之间放置减震元件,相对于现有技术在曳引机下直接放置减震元件可以减小减震元件所受的转矩,有效减少曳引机对环境造成噪声、震动。
(2)机架梁宽度方向两侧的减震元件可以通过改变其大小,轻松改变两减震元件的弹性模量,使曳引机不会倾斜。
(3)在进一步的改进中,减震元件分为上层减震元件和下层减震元件,这种双层减震元件的设计可防止机架梁轴向倾倒,使曳引机安装更稳固。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
实施例一
请参阅图1和5,一种电梯曳引机机架,包括用于固定曳引机1的机架梁2,机架梁2的自身长度的两端部上分别设有减震支撑件3,机架梁2的横截面形状为工字形,其具有上支撑板21和下支撑22,上支撑板21的宽度大于下支撑板22的宽度,减震支撑件3具有开口朝上的凹槽31,下支撑板22向下伸入凹槽31并支撑在凹槽31的底面上,上支撑板21的宽度方向的两端部对应支撑在减震支撑件3的凹槽31的开口两侧上。
本实施例中,减震支撑件3的横截面形状为C形,其上方开口的两侧分别具有向内翻折的折弯边部32。机架梁2和减震支撑件3之间还设有减震元件,所述减震元件包括设置在下支撑板22和凹槽31的底面之间的下层减震元件41,分别设置在上支撑板21的宽度方向的两端部和对应的凹槽31的开口两侧之间的上层减震元件42,如图5所示。减震元件可以是橡胶或其他非金属弹性体。
在本实施例的电梯曳引机机架中,由于曳引机1与机架梁2直接连接,减震作用主要体现在在机架梁2两端与减震支撑件3之间的减震元件41、42,相对于现有技术在曳引机下直接放置减震元件可以减小减震元件所受的转矩,有效减少曳引机对环境造成噪声、震动。另外,机架梁2宽度方向两侧的减震元件41、42可以通过改变其大小,轻松改变两减震元件41、42的弹性模量,使曳引机1不会倾斜。再者,减震元件分为上层减震元件42和下层减震元件41,这种双层减震元件的设计可防止机架梁2轴向倾倒,使曳引机1安装更稳固.
安装时,本发明的电梯曳引机机架可通过减震支撑件3直接支撑在井道壁100的预留孔洞上,如图2所示。或者,将本发明的电梯曳引机机架通过减震支撑件3直接固定在导轨200上端,如图3所示。再或者,将本发明的电梯曳引机机架通过减震支撑件3以及支撑减震支撑件3的井道架梁300安装在井道壁100的预留孔洞上,如图4所示。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:减震支撑件3的横截面形状为U形,上方开口的两侧分别具有向外翻折的折弯边部33,用于放置上层减震元件42来支撑机架梁2。

1.一种电梯曳引机机架,包括用于固定曳引机的机架梁,其特征在于:所述机架梁的自身长度的两端部上分别设有减震支撑件,所述机架梁的横截面形状为工字形,其具有上支撑板和下支撑板,所述上支撑板的宽度大于所述下支撑板的宽度,所述减震支撑件具有开口朝上的凹槽,所述下支撑板向下伸入所述凹槽并支撑在所述凹槽的底面上,所述上支撑板的宽度方向的两端部对应支撑在所述减震支撑件的所述凹槽的开口两侧上;所述机架梁和所述减震支撑件之间还设有减震元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯曳引机机架,其特征在于:所述减震元件包括设置在所述下支撑板和所述凹槽的底面之间的下层减震元件,分别设置在所述上支撑板的宽度方向的两端部和对应的所述凹槽的开口两侧之间的上层减震元件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电梯曳引机机架,其特征在于:所述减震支撑件的横截面形状为C形,其上方开口的两侧分别具有向内翻折的折弯边部。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电梯曳引机机架,其特征在于:所述减震支撑件的横截面形状为U形,其上方开口的两侧分别具有向外翻折的折弯边部。
