Abstract

本发明公开了一种螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，包括机床本体，所述机床本体上设有抛光磨砂工作台，所述抛光磨砂工作台上设有摆台架，所述摆台架上开设有多个摆料孔，所述抛光磨砂工作台上端安装有压紧装置，所述抛光磨砂工作台下端设有抛光磨砂机，所述抛光磨砂机下端连接有升降装置，所述机床本体下端还设有一集料箱。通过上述方式，本发明能够很好的对螺栓底部杆面进行抛光磨砂处理，避免生产后的螺栓底杆有毛刺影响螺栓质量的情况，而且机床结构紧凑，设计合理，能够抛光到卸料一步到位。

螺栓杆底杆面抛光机
技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件加工领域，特别是涉及一种螺栓杆底杆面抛光机。
背景技术
螺栓是一种机械零件，配用螺母的圆柱形带螺纹的紧固件。由头部和螺杆两部分组成的一类紧固件，需与螺母配合，用于紧固连接两个带有通孔的零件。这种连接形式称螺栓连接。但螺栓在加工过程中难免会带有一些毛刺和金属丝，特别在螺栓底部总会有凹凸不平整的情况，但传统的生产工序中不会对螺栓底部进行磨平处理，或者通常由人工进行锉平，大大占用了工作时间，还不能保证产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，能够很好的对螺栓底部杆面进行抛光磨砂处理，避免生产后的螺栓底杆有毛刺影响螺栓质量的情况。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，包括机床本体，所述机床本体上设有抛光磨砂工作台，所述抛光磨砂工作台上设有摆台架，所述摆台架上开设有多个摆料孔，所述抛光磨砂工作台上端安装有压紧装置，所述抛光磨砂工作台下端设有抛光磨砂机，所述抛光磨砂机下端连接有升降装置，所述机床本体下端还设有一集料箱。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述抛光磨砂工作台横向水平安装固定于所述机床本体上，所述抛光磨砂工作台两端均固定在机床本体两侧。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述集料箱设于所述抛光磨砂工作台正下方，所述集料箱上端敞开设置，所述集料箱一端连接有输送带机，所述输送带机一端连接于所述集料箱出料口上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述抛光磨砂机上设有多个抛光头，所述抛光头与所述摆料孔相互对应设置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述摆料孔为圆形开孔，所述摆料孔贯穿于所述摆台架架面上开设。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够很好的对螺栓底部杆面进行抛光磨砂处理，避免生产后的螺栓底杆有毛刺影响螺栓质量的情况，而且机床结构紧凑，设计合理，能够抛光到卸料一步到位。

一种螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，包括机床本体1，所述机床本体1上设有抛光磨砂工作台2，所述抛光磨砂工作台2上设有摆台架3，所述摆台架3上开设有多个摆料孔4，所述抛光磨砂工作台2上端安装有压紧装置5，所述抛光磨砂工作台2下端设有抛光磨砂机6，所述抛光磨砂机6下端连接有升降装置7，所述机床本体1下端还设有一集料箱8。
另外，所述抛光磨砂工作台2横向水平安装固定于所述机床本体1上，所述抛光磨砂工作台2两端均固定在机床本体1两侧。
另外，所述集料箱8设于所述抛光磨砂工作台2正下方，所述集料箱8上端敞开设置，所述集料箱8一端连接有输送带机9，所述输送带机9一端连接于所述集料箱8出料口上。
另外，所述抛光磨砂机6上设有多个抛光头10，所述抛光头10与所述摆料孔4相互对应设置。
另外，所述摆料孔4为圆形开孔，所述摆料孔4贯穿于所述摆台架3架面上开设。
本发明的工作原理为在机床本体1上设置抛光磨砂工作台2，抛光磨砂工作台2横向水平安装固定于机床本体1上，抛光磨砂工作台2两端均固定在机床本体1两侧，抛光磨砂工作台2上设有摆台架3，摆台架3上开设有多个摆料孔4，摆料孔4为圆形开孔，摆料孔4贯穿于摆台架3架面上开设，抛光磨砂工作台2上端安装有压紧装置5，抛光磨砂工作台2下端设有抛光磨砂机6，抛光磨砂机6上设有多个抛光头10，抛光头10与摆料孔4相互对应设置，抛光磨砂机6下端连接有升降装置7，机床本体1下端还设有一集料箱8，集料箱8设于抛光磨砂工作台2正下方，集料箱8上端敞开设置，集料箱8一端连接有输送带机9，输送带机9一端连接于集料箱8出料口上，螺栓抛光加工时摆放到摆台架3上的摆料孔4上，然后通过抛光磨砂工作台2上端的压紧装置5压紧，升降装置7带动抛光磨砂机6向上贴合到螺栓底部，抛光磨砂机6上的抛光头10对螺栓底部杆体进行磨砂抛光，最后压紧装置5提高用升降装置7带动抛光磨砂机6向上将螺栓顶出摆料孔4即可完成正道工序，而机床本体1下端的集料箱8则将螺栓收集运出。

1.一种螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，包括机床本体，其特征在于，所述机床本体上设有抛光磨砂工作台，所述抛光磨砂工作台上设有摆台架，所述摆台架上开设有多个摆料孔，所述抛光磨砂工作台上端安装有压紧装置，所述抛光磨砂工作台下端设有抛光磨砂机，所述抛光磨砂机下端连接有升降装置，所述机床本体下端还设有一集料箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，其特征在于，所述抛光磨砂工作台横向水平安装固定于所述机床本体上，所述抛光磨砂工作台两端均固定在机床本体两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，其特征在于，所述集料箱设于所述抛光磨砂工作台正下方，所述集料箱上端敞开设置，所述集料箱一端连接有输送带机，所述输送带机一端连接于所述集料箱出料口上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，其特征在于，所述抛光磨砂机上设有多个抛光头，所述抛光头与所述摆料孔相互对应设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的螺栓杆底杆面抛光机，其特征在于，所述摆料孔为圆形开孔，所述摆料孔贯穿于所述摆台架架面上开设。
