本发明颗粒剂是选用石决明、鳖甲、大青叶、穿心莲、侧柏叶、密蒙花、白薇、茜草、龙骨、酸枣仁、百合、云芩、全蝎、白毛藤、防风、老鹳草、黑大豆、蚕沙、乌梢蛇、艾叶、败酱进行组合制备的，将这些药物组合，使得各药物功效产生协同作用，从而能够有效治疗肉猪单核细胞李斯特菌感染的复发。其中选用石决明是因为其性味咸，平，入肝、肾经，有平肝潜阳，除热，明目的功能，治风阳上扰、头痛眩晕，惊搐，骨蒸劳热，青盲内障。选用鳖甲是因为其性味咸，平，入肝、脾经，有养阴清热，平肝熄风，软坚散结的功能，治劳热骨蒸，阴虚风动，劳疟疟母，癥瘕痃癖，经闭经漏，小儿惊癎。选用大青叶是因为其性味苦，寒，入肝、心、胃经，有清热，解毒，凉血，止血的功能，治温病热盛烦渴，流行性感冒，急性传染性肝炎，菌痢，急性胃肠炎，急性肺炎，丹毒，吐血，衄血，黄疸，痢疾，喉痹，口疮，痈疽肿毒。选用穿心莲是因为其性味苦，性寒，无毒，入心、肺二经，有清热解毒，凉血消肿的功能，治急性菌痢，胃肠炎，感冒，流脑，气管炎，肺炎，百日咳，肺结核，肺脓疡，胆囊炎，高血压，鼻衄，口咽肿痛，疮疖痈肿，水火烫伤，毒蛇咬伤。选用侧柏叶是因为其性味苦涩，寒，入心、肝、大肠经，有凉血，止血，祛风湿，散肿毒的功能，治吐血，衄血，尿血，血痢，肠风，崩漏，风湿痹痛，细菌性痢疾，高血压，咳嗽，丹毒，痄腮，烫伤。选用密蒙花是因为其性味甘，凉，入肝经，有祛风，凉血，润肝，明目的功能，治目赤肿痛，多泪羞明，青盲翳障，风弦烂眼。选用白薇是因为其性味苦咸，寒，入肺、胃、肾经，有清热，凉血的功能，治阴虚内热，风湿灼热多眠，肺热咳血，温疟，瘅疟，产后虚烦血厥，热淋，血淋，风湿痛，瘰疬。选用茜草是因为其性味苦，寒，有凉血止血，祛瘀通经的功能，治吐血，衄血，崩漏，外伤出血，瘀阻经闭，关节痹痛，跌扑肿痛。选用龙骨是因为其性味甘涩，平，归入心、肝、肾、大肠经，有镇惊安神，敛汗固精的功能，治惊癎癫狂，怔忡健忘，失眠多梦，自汗盗汗。选用酸枣仁是因为其性味甘，平，入心、脾、肝、胆经，有养肝，宁心，安神，敛汗的功能，治虚烦不眠，惊悸怔忡，烦渴，虚汗。选用百合是因为其性味甘微苦，平，入心、肺经，有润肺止咳，清心安神的功能，治肺痨久嗽，咳唾痰血，热病后余热未清，虚烦惊悸，神志恍惚，脚气浮肿。选用云芩是因为其性味甘淡，平，入心、脾、肺经。有渗湿利水，益脾和胃，宁心安神的功能，治小便不利水肿胀痛，痰饮咳逆，呕哕，泄泻，遗精，淋浊，惊悸，健忘。选用全蝎是因为其性味咸辛，平，有毒，有祛风，止痉，通络，解毒的功能，治惊风抽搐，癫癎，中风，半身不遂，口眼斜，偏头痛，风湿痹痛，破伤风，淋巴结结核，风疹疮肿。选用白毛藤是因为其性味甘苦，寒，有清热，利湿，祛风，解毒的功能，治疟疾，黄疸，水肿，淋病，风湿关节痛，丹毒，疔疮。选用防风是因为其性味辛甘，温，入膀胱、肺、脾经，有发表，祛风，胜湿，止痛的功能，治外感风寒，头痛，目眩，项强，风寒湿痹，骨节酸痛，四肢挛急，破伤风。选用老鹳草是因为其性味苦辛，有祛风，活血，清热解毒的功能，治风湿疼痛，拘挛麻木，痈疽，跌打，肠炎，痢疾。黑大豆是因为其性味甘平，入脾胃经，有活血利水，祛风解毒的功能，治水肿胀满，风毒脚气，风痹筋挛，痈肿疮毒。选用蚕沙是因为其性味甘、辛、温，归肝、脾经，有祛风除湿，活血定痛的功能，治风湿痹痛，关节不遂，腰脚冷痛，风疹瘙痒，头风头痛，烂弦风眼。选用乌梢蛇是因为其性味甘，平，归肝经，有祛风活络，镇痉，治风湿痹痛，四肢麻木，抽搐痉挛，皮肤瘙痒，麻风。艾叶是因为其性味苦辛，温。入脾、肝、肾经。理气血，逐寒湿；温经，止血，安胎。治心腹冷痛，泄泻转筋，久痢，吐衄，下血，月经不调，崩漏，带下，胎动不安，痈疡，疥癣。选用败酱是因为其性味辛，苦，凉。归胃、大肠、肝经。清热解毒，祛瘀排脓。用于阑尾炎，痢疾，肠炎，肝炎，眼结膜炎，产后瘀血腹痛，痈肿疔疮。
具体实施方式：
本发明的原料用量是发明人经过大量摸索总结得出的，各组分的用量在下述重量范围内都具有较好的疗效：
石决明50-70g、鳖甲40-60g、大青叶60-80g、穿心莲50-70g、
侧柏叶80-100g、密蒙花70-90g、白薇65-85g、茜草75-100g、
龙骨50-70g、酸枣仁60-80g、百合100-120g、云芩70-90g、
全蝎8-16g、白毛藤40-60g、防风60-80g、老鹳草65-85g、
黑大豆60-80g、蚕沙30-45g、乌梢蛇10-18g、艾叶50-70g、
败酱40-60g。
优选为：
石决明60g、鳖甲50g、大青叶70g、穿心莲60g、
侧柏叶90g、密蒙花80g、白薇75g、茜草90g、
龙骨60g、酸枣仁70g、百合110g、云芩80g、
全蝎9g、白毛藤50g、防风70g、老鹳草75g、
黑大豆70g、蚕沙35g、乌梢蛇12g、艾叶60g、
败酱50g。
本发明的制备方法如下：
一、备料
1、石决明：洗净晾干，敲成碎块；
2、鳖甲：用水浸泡，去净皮肉，洗净，晒干；
3、大青叶：拣去杂质及枯叶，洗净，稍润，切段，晒干；
4.、穿心莲：除去杂质，抢水洗净，稍润，切段，干燥；
5、侧柏叶：拣净杂质，揉碎去梗，筛净灰屑；
6、密蒙花：拣去杂质，筛净灰土；
7、白薇：拣净杂质，除去茎苗，洗净，稍浸，润透，切段，晒干；
8、茜草：除去杂质，洗净，润透，切厚片或段，干燥，筛去碎屑；
9、龙骨：刷净泥土，打碎；
10、酸枣仁：原药放入竹箩内，沉入清水缸中，使仁浮在水面，壳沉水底，将刺仁捞出，晒干；
11、百合：拣去杂质，黑瓣，簸除灰屑；
12、云芩：用水浸泡，洗净捞出，闷透后，切片，晒干；
13、全蝎：清水漂去盐质，晒干；
14、白毛藤：取原药材，除去杂质，洗净，稍润，切段，干燥；
15、防风：除去残茎，用水浸泡，捞出，润透切片，晒干；
16、老鹳草：拣去杂质，除去残根，用水洗净，捞出，切段，晒干；
17、黑大豆：拣净杂质，晒干；
18、蚕沙：除去杂质，筛去灰屑；
19、乌梢蛇：取原药材，刷去灰屑，用时去头、鳞，切段；
20.、艾叶：拣去杂质，去梗，筛去灰屑；
21、败酱：取原药材，除去杂质，用水喷淋，稍晾，切段，干燥。
二、制备
1、将所述的石决明、鳖甲、大青叶、穿心莲、侧柏叶、密蒙花、白薇、茜草、龙骨、酸枣仁、百合、云芩、全蝎、白毛藤、防风、老鹳草、黑大豆、蚕沙、乌梢蛇、艾叶、败酱加水煎煮两次，第一次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加水6倍量，煎煮1小时，合并两次煎煮液，过滤得滤液；
2、将过滤的滤液浓缩成比重为1.35的浸膏，加90%—95%乙醇进行醇沉，回收乙醇并浓缩，在45—50℃下干燥，制得干浸膏；
3、将干浸膏粉碎成细粉，加入辅料，制成颗粒剂即得。
本发明具有清热凉血、熄风解毒、镇惊安神的功能，添加至饲料中用于治疗单核细胞李斯特菌感染，疗效快，治愈率高。
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明药物的有益效果，这些试验包括本发明药物的动物毒性试验和临床疗效观察试验。
[试验例1]本发明的动物毒性试验
取西德兔30只，雌雄兼用，体重2.0-2.5kg，分两组，每组15只，其中一组为超剂量试验组，另一组为正常量试验组。超剂量试验组为25mg/kg，正常量为10mg/kg，给药方式为灌胃法给药，每天二次，连服7天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用。
[试验例2]本发明的临床疗效观察
治疗感染单核细胞李斯特菌的肉猪22头，将所述的中药颗粒剂拌入病猪饲料中，每日加入重量为每头病猪采食量的1%-2%混饲，连用10日，痊愈21只，治愈率为95.45%。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗肉猪单核细胞李斯特菌感染的中药颗粒剂，其特征在于：它是由下列重量范围内的原料制成：
石决明50-70g、鳖甲40-60g、大青叶60-80g、穿心莲50-70g、
侧柏叶80-100g、密蒙花70-90g、白薇65-85g、茜草75-100g、
龙骨50-70g、酸枣仁60-80g、百合100-120g、云芩70-90g、
全蝎8-16g、白毛藤40-60g、防风60-80g、老鹳草65-85g、
黑大豆60-80g、蚕沙30-45g、乌梢蛇10-18g、艾叶50-70g、
败酱40-60g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药颗粒剂，其中各原料的用量为：
石决明60g、鳖甲50g、大青叶70g、穿心莲60g、
侧柏叶90g、密蒙花80g、白薇75g、茜草90g、
龙骨60g、酸枣仁70g、百合110g、云芩80g、
全蝎9g、白毛藤50g、防风70g、老鹳草75g、
黑大豆70g、蚕沙35g、乌梢蛇12g、艾叶60g、
败酱50g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述中药颗粒剂的制备方法，它包括下列步骤：
（一）备料
（1）石决明：洗净晾干，敲成碎块；
（2）鳖甲：用水浸泡，去净皮肉，洗净，晒干；
（3）大青叶：拣去杂质及枯叶，洗净，稍润，切段，晒干；
（4）穿心莲：除去杂质，抢水洗净，稍润，切段，干燥；

（1）将所述的石决明、鳖甲、大青叶、穿心莲、侧柏叶、密蒙花、白薇、茜草、龙骨、酸枣仁、百合、云芩、全蝎、白毛藤、防风、老鹳草、黑大豆、蚕沙、乌梢蛇、艾叶、败酱加水煎煮两次，第一次加水8倍量，煎煮1.5小时，第二次加水6倍量，煎煮1小时，合并两次煎煮液，过滤得滤液；
（2）将过滤的滤液浓缩成比重为1.35的浸膏，加90%—95%乙醇进行醇沉，回收乙醇并浓缩，在45—50℃下干燥，制得干浸膏；
（3）将干浸膏粉碎成细粉，加入辅料，制成颗粒剂即得。
