Description

Cosmetic composition for hair containing maleic acid as active ingredient
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for hair containing maleic acid (maleic acid) as an active ingredient, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition for hair which thickens hair by increasing the diameter of hair after entering the interior of hair, thereby increasing the volume of hair.
Background
Hair has the characteristic of being susceptible to external environmental influences. Factors such as ultraviolet rays, cold dry wind, indoor heating and unreasonable combing, mental stress, insufficient nutrition, insufficient sleep or excessive dyeing can greatly advance or delay the aging of hair. Once aged hair needs to be managed carefully on a regular basis due to its lack of self-healing ability.
In modern society, there are few people who are not under mental stress. Among hair aging factors in men and women, mental stress has gradually increased in proportion. Stress in the society aggravates stress in modern people, and such stress acts as an important factor that promotes hair aging.
Further, recently, as modern people regard hair as fashion, concern about styling has increased, and situations in which styling-related products are used excessively or a hair dryer is used for a long time have increased, thereby accelerating aging of hair. The aging of hair caused by the above factors causes the phenomena of increased hair loss and hair thinning. As hair loss increases and hair becomes thinner, the need for exuberant hair fullness is greatly increasing.
In order to meet the demand for exuberant hair fullness as described above, various attempts have been made. Although it is intended to solve the problem of hair loss and hair thinning by using an anti-alopecia agent, a hair tonic, or the like, it actually takes a long time to obtain an effect on the hair loss and hair thinning. At present, as a method for solving the phenomenon of hair thinning in a short time, a method of coating the outside of hair with a polymer is mainly used. However, in the case of thinned hair, it is actually difficult to effectively increase the fullness of the hair only by the external coating of the hair because the strength inside the hair is greatly reduced, and there is a limit in maintaining the effect thereof for a long time. Therefore, compounds that are absorbed into the hair to solve the phenomenon of hair thinning have recently been reported. However, in most cases, the following chemical formulas I to III hold potential amine groups, and thus there is a problem in that the application is limited. There is a problem that the neutralization with an acid is troublesome and the effect cannot be maintained when the neutralization with an acid is carried out.
[ chemical formula I ] 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane ((3-aminopropy) triethoxysilane)

Further, in korean laid-open patent publication No. 2001-0104681, korean registered patent publication No. 1038423 and korean registered patent publication No. 0459636, a copolymer containing a maleic acid repeating unit is often used in a polymer form for preventing hair or skin from aging and damage. On the other hand, U.S. patent publication No. 2013-309190 discloses a cosmetic composition containing a copolymer having a maleic acid repeating unit, a polyamine, a neutralizer and the like for hair styling. However, when a polyamine is used, there is a disadvantage that a neutralizing agent must be used, and when a polymer is used, there is a disadvantage that the styling effect is reduced for a long time because the polymer hardly penetrates into the hair. In this case, since the polymer is used in a polymer form and has a large molecular weight, it cannot be directly absorbed into the hair, and it is difficult to expect an effect of increasing the hair diameter by such a form of transmission.
Further, in Korean laid-open patent publication Nos. 2006-: the lifted cuticle of the hair is injured by straightening, and the surface state of the hair is made soft or tight (straining).
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising maleic acid (maleic acid) corresponding to a low-molecular monomer compound as an active ingredient, and a method for inducing an increase in hair diameter in a short time by rapid penetration of the monomer compound into hair, thereby effectively increasing the volume of hair and delaying aging.

Detailed Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic hair composition containing maleic acid (maleic acid) as an active ingredient.
Maleic acid (also called maleic acid) has the formula HOOCCH ═ CHCOOH as an unsaturated organic dibasic acid. It is used for the production of reinforcing fibers or paints (paint vehicle) for laminated molds, fumaric acid, and various chemicals, and maleic acid and maleic anhydride are industrially produced by oxidizing benzene in the presence of a catalyst. Maleic acid is widely used as a raw material for producing a polyester by a reaction with ethylene glycol, and also as a raw material for producing an anhydride by a dehydration reaction.
Fumaric acid (fumaric acid), a fumaric acid, which is a geometric isomer of maleic acid, is found in medicinal viola globosa (Fumaria officinalis) and various fungi and sea sedge icelandica (Iceland moss). It is known as a starting material for producing polyesters and the like, such as maleic acid, and also as a sour seasoning for foods. Fumaric acid can be obtained by isomerization of maleic acid or fermentation of molasses, and does not form an anhydride. But has the following characteristics: the amount of dissolution in water or most other solvents is significantly less than in maleic acid.
In the present invention, although not limited, the above-described cosmetic composition for hair may be used to induce an increase in hair diameter.
In the present invention, the above maleic acid may be contained in an amount of 0.001 to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, although not limited thereto.
The cosmetic hair composition according to the present invention may be contained in an amount of 0.001 to 10 wt%, more preferably 0.1 to 5 wt%, based on the total weight of the composition, in order to be absorbed into the hair and exhibit an effect of preventing hair aging. When the content of the cosmetic hair composition is less than 0.001 wt%, the intended effect cannot be normally exhibited due to the small content, and when the content exceeds 10 wt%, the formulation is difficult, and therefore, the content is preferably in the above range.
In the present invention, the cosmetic hair composition may contain, as an active ingredient, at least one selected from the group consisting of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (3-aminopropy), caffeine (caffeine), nicotinamide (niacinamide), succinic acid (succinic acid), fumaric acid (fumaric acid), maleamic acid (maleamic acid), and maleimide (maleimide) together with maleic acid (maleic acid). From the results obtained in one example of the present invention, it was confirmed that, in the case where only maleic acid was used as the active ingredient of the cosmetic composition for hair among the above-mentioned compounds, the remaining hair ratio (%) and the hair diameter increase ratio (%) were remarkably excellent as compared with the composition containing only the remaining compounds excluding maleic acid, and that, as a result of measuring the remaining hair ratio (%) and the hair diameter increase ratio (%) using the cosmetic composition for hair containing maleic acid and the mixture of maleic acid and other compounds as described above as the active ingredient, the hair diameter increase effect was more improved as compared with the case where only maleic acid was used as the active ingredient. It is thus possible to obtain a significant synergistic effect which cannot be predicted from compositions consisting of monomeric compounds by mixing maleic acid with the remaining compounds.
In the present invention, the formulation of the cosmetic composition may be a hair lotion, a hair tonic, a hair essence, a hair conditioner, a hair lotion, a hair conditioner, a hair cream, a styling agent, a hair dye, a hair bleach or a hair mousse, and preferably, it may be prepared into a shampoo or a hair conditioner by a method known in the art.

The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples. These examples are provided only to assist understanding of the present invention and the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples in any sense.
In the present invention, the term "main component substance" is used to mean the compounds described in the following table 1 including maleic acid, which is the most important factor in the hair diameter increasing composition, for the sake of naming.
[ Experimental example 1] measurement of remaining Hair percentage
The hair tress (phoenix korea, korea) of fig. 1 was sufficiently washed with a conventional shampoo, dried in the dark, and then measured for mass 3 times using an electronic scale (AG204, Mettler Toledo), and an average value thereof was calculated.
The main component substance 1g was dissolved in distilled water 100g, and the above-mentioned dried hair strands were immersed for 30 minutes each. The hair tresses were taken out, the mass was measured 3 times as described above, and the average value thereof was calculated.
The remaining hair ratio was determined from the following equation I using the data obtained by the above measurement.
[ mathematical formula I ]
Hair survival rate (%) { (M-M)0)/M0}*100(%)
M: quality of hair strand treated with principal component substance
M0: quality of hair tresses before treatment with principal component substances
Experimental example 2 Hair diameter measurement
The same hair tresses as used in the above experimental example 1 were thoroughly washed with a conventional shampoo, dried in the dark, and then measured for the average diameter with an electron microscope (Eclipse 80i, Nikon) for 10 strands of hair. The 10 hair strands were removed from the bundle and fixed to a slide showing graduations.
After 1g of the main component substance was dissolved in 100g of distilled water, the strands of hair fixed as described above were immersed for 30 minutes each, washed 5 times with a shampoo, and then dried. Thereafter, the strand was subjected to the immersion treatment for 30 minutes and then to the drying process, and finally treated 10 times.
Thereafter, the average diameter of the strands of hair was measured in the same manner as described above.
The hair diameter increase rate was determined from the following equation II using the data obtained by the above measurement.
[ mathematical formula II ]
Hair diameter increase rate (%) { (D-D)0)/D0}*100(%)
D: diameter of hair treated with main component substance
D0: diameter of hair before treatment with the main component substance.
Experimental example 3 Hair diameter measurement 2
The same hair tresses as used in the above experimental example 1 were thoroughly washed with a conventional shampoo, dried in the dark, and then measured for the average diameter with an electron microscope (Eclipse 80i, Nikon) for 10 strands of hair. The 10 hair strands were removed from the bundle and fixed to a slide showing graduations.
After 0.5g of the primary component substance 1 time was dissolved in 100g of distilled water, the strands of hair fixed as described above were immersed for 30 minutes each, washed 5 times with a shampoo, and then dried. Thereafter, the strand was subjected to the immersion treatment for 30 minutes and then to the drying process, and finally treated 10 times.
Thereafter, 0.5g of the secondary main component substance was dissolved in 100g of distilled water, and then the strand of hair treated with the primary main component substance 1 was subjected to the immersion treatment repeatedly for 30 minutes each and then dried, and finally treated 10 times.
Thereafter, the average diameter of the strands of hair was measured in the same manner as described above.
The hair diameter increase rate was determined from the above equation II using the measured data.

In particular, when compared with the results of treatment with the main component substance compounds of comparative examples 2 to 4 having an amine group, which have been used as compounds that are absorbed into hair after coating the outside of hair to solve the phenomenon of hair thinning, it was also confirmed that the remaining rate (%) of hair was increased to about 20% with respect to comparative example 2 and the hair diameter increase rate was increased by about 10 times or more with respect to comparative example 4, and surprisingly, the hair diameter increase rate was increased by about 47% with respect to comparative example 2, and the effect of hair diameter increase was remarkable as compared with the main component substance that has been widely used in the past.
Further, it has significantly excellent effects compared to the maleic acid-like compounds of comparative examples 5 to 8, and thus it can be seen that the effect of increasing hair diameter of maleic acid is due to the unique structural features of maleic acid.
