Description

Hair care composition
Technical Field
The application claims priority of korean patent application No. 10-2016-.
The present invention relates to a hair care composition having excellent care effect and durability.
Background
Generally, human hair is composed of three layers, the stratum corneum, the cortex and the medulla. The cuticle layer is the outermost layer and has the functions of coating and protecting cortex, and the undamaged cuticle layer of healthy hair has smooth surface and the functions of refracting light and reducing friction among hairs.
Hair is susceptible to external environmental influences, in particular, hair damage due to dry cold wind, indoor heating, excessive combing, stress, malnutrition, and insufficient sleep. In addition, recently, modern people regard hair as a fashion, and the hair is frequently damaged due to frequent hair treatment such as dyeing, perming, and bleaching, excessive use of hairdressing products, and increased use of hair dryers for a long time.
When hair is damaged by various physical, chemical or environmental factors, cuticle damage of hair and loss of protein and lipid in hair are caused, so that the hair becomes rough and loses luster, and the phenomena of easy knotting, easy breakage or terminal splitting occur along with the increase of friction force. In addition, there is a problem that the hair droops due to the loss of elasticity to lose the voluminous feeling or the hair becomes thin. Therefore, care is usually required because damaged hair is difficult to repair.
Accordingly, there is an increasing demand and preference by consumers for care (hair condition improvement) products that can maintain hair shine and elasticity.
Conventional care products contain a cationic surfactant or a cationic polymer to improve the appearance and feel of hair and obtain a long-lasting effect, and specifically, are prepared to be adsorbed on the surface of hair having anions due to damage to improve the state of the surface of hair, and then make both dry hair and wet hair easier to manage by suppressing the occurrence of hair damage and static electricity.
However, at present, since care products using cationic substances act only on the surface of hair, the effect is lost after the hair is washed. In particular, in the case where the hair becomes thin or rough, since the strength inside the hair is greatly reduced, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient effect only by the improvement of the hair surface.
In this regard, various attempts have been made to improve the condition of hair and to enhance the endurance by changing the composition of cationic surfactants, higher alcohols, oils, etc., or developing new compounds.
For example, korean patent No.2014-0090007 discloses a care composition comprising a compound having a reactive residue capable of forming a covalent bond with a specific residue of hair, thereby hydrophilizing the hair surface and allowing the endurance to be maximized while providing healthy hair characteristics.
Although the above patent has some effect on improvement of hair condition, the effect is not sufficient, and there is a limitation in use or difficulty in manufacturing process due to concerns about human safety and processing stability. Therefore, there is also a need to develop a novel hair care composition having an excellent care effect and having a long-lasting power.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below.
In the present specification, the term "conditioning effect" means to restore damaged hair or to prevent damage to healthy hair. Specifically, the hair is thickened or the tensile strength is improved to strengthen the hair, so that the hair becomes soft, moist, smooth, elastic and voluminous, and thus the healthy hair state is maintained.
The invention provides a hair care composition which has an excellent care effect and is strong in durability.
With the improvement of diversity and cultural level of modern society, people have increasingly paid attention to appearance. In particular, since hair is an important part of the face in personal appearance, hair treatment such as permanent waving and dyeing is very common. However, hair is easily damaged due to various physical, chemical, or environmental factors such as frequent hair treatment, styling, and the like. However, since damaged hair has no self-repairing ability, it is difficult to restore the damaged hair to its original healthy state, and the degree of damage is accelerated with the passage of time, so that it is necessary to use a care product for maintaining the health of hair.
As the cuticle on the surface of damaged hair is disrupted, proteins and lipids in the hair are lost, and pores are formed. Thus, the hair is thinned and roughened, loses luster, and due to increased friction, the hair tips split open and eventually break. However, since the conventional care products aim to improve the surface properties of hair, they cannot be a solution for fundamentally improving the condition of hair, and they can provide only a short effect from the time after use to the time before the next washing, and after washing, they need to be treated again, which is not easy.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a hair care composition comprising an aliphatic diamine compound and an aliphatic diamine compound, which can form an ionic bond with a constituent of hair by reacting with the inside or surface of hair, thereby ensuring excellent hair care effects and durability of the effects.
Specifically, the hair care composition according to the present invention comprises an aliphatic dibasic acid compound of C2-C4 and an aliphatic diamine compound of C2-C6.
The C2-C4 aliphatic dibasic acid compound is a compound having two carboxylic acid groups at the terminal of an aliphatic hydrocarbon chain having 2-4 carbon atoms. Wherein the aliphatic hydrocarbon chain may be saturated or unsaturated. In addition, one or more hydrogen atoms included in the aliphatic hydrocarbon chain may be optionally substituted with one or more substituents.
In general, damaged hair differs from normal hair in that damaged hair is anionic due to the loss of fatty acids from the hair surface. In this case, the aliphatic dibasic acid compound of C2 to C4 forms an ionic bond with the inside of hair which shows anionic property due to damage, thereby filling up the damaged portion of hair, strengthening hair and obtaining a hair care effect, and also forms an ionic bond having an excellent binding force, thereby maintaining the effect for a long period of time.
For example, the C2-C4 aliphatic dibasic acid compound may use one or more selected from succinic acid (succinic acid), aspartic acid (aspartic acid), maleic acid (maleic acid), malic acid (maleic acid), Tartaric acid (Tartaric acid), fumaric acid (fumaric acid), glutaric acid (glutamaric acid), glutamic acid (glutaminic acid), glutaconic acid (glutaconic acid), 1,3-acetonedicarboxylic acid (1, 3-acetodicarboxylic acid), adipic acid (adiponic acid), and adipic acid (muconic acid). Preferably, the C2-C4 aliphatic dibasic acid compound may use one or more selected from maleic acid, malic acid, glutamic acid and 1,3-acetonedicarboxylic acid. More preferably, the C2-C4 aliphatic dibasic acid compound may use one or more selected from maleic acid and malic acid.
The aliphatic dibasic acid compound of C2 to C4 can be directly synthesized by a method commonly used in the art, or a commercially available product can be purchased and used.
The aliphatic diacid compounds of C2-C4 may be used in an amount of 0.3 to 20 wt.%, preferably 1 to 10 wt.%, based on 100 wt.% of the total hair care composition. When the content of the C2-C4 aliphatic dibasic acid compound is less than the above range, there is a problem that hair damage recovery effect is difficult to exhibit, whereas if the content exceeds the above range, it is difficult to prepare a preparation and irritation is highly likely to occur to the scalp.
The aliphatic diamine compound of C2 to C6 is a compound having two amine groups at the terminal of an aliphatic hydrocarbon chain having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, and acts to further enhance the binding force with the whole hair by reacting with the above diacid compound. Wherein, since the reaction is realized by forming an ionic bond, it is not easily washed off by shampoo, soap, etc. in a general cleaning process, and has an additional effect of semi-permanent care having strong endurance even after cleaning.
The aliphatic diamine compound of C2-C6 may use one or more selected from tetrahydroxypropylethylenediamine (tetrahydroxypropylethylenediamine), spermidine (spermidine), histidine (histidine), ornithine (ornithine), arginine (arginin), 2,6-BIS (dimethylaminomethyl) -cyclohexanone dihydrochloride (2,6-BIS- (dimethylamino) cyclohexanone dihydrochloride), lysine (lysine), and 1, 6-hexanediamine (1, 6-hexanediamine). Preferably, the aliphatic diamine compound of C2-C6 may use one or more selected from tetrahydroxypropyl ethylenediamine, arginine, lysine and 1, 6-hexanediamine. More preferably, the aliphatic diamine compound of C2-C6 may use one or more selected from tetrahydroxypropyl ethylenediamine and arginine.
The aliphatic diamine compound having C2-C6 can be synthesized as it is or can be purchased from commercial vendors.
The C2-C6 aliphatic diamine compound may be used in an amount of 0.3 to 20 wt%, preferably 1-10 wt%, based on 100 wt% of the total hair care composition. When the content of the aliphatic dibasic acid compound of C2 to C4 is less than the range, the effect of enhancing the binding force with the hair is not sufficiently produced, and on the contrary, when the content exceeds the above range, the effect of increasing with the increase of the content is very slight and it is not favorable for formulation.
In the present invention, the aliphatic diacid compound of C2-C4 and the aliphatic diamine compound of C2-C6 can be mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: the weight ratio of 1 is used, but not limited thereto. The weight ratio of the two components may vary depending on the compound used and the pH of the composition. Since the pH value of the hair care composition according to the present invention ranges from 3 to 9, preferably from 5 to 8, the weight ratio can be appropriately adjusted to correspond to the pH range.
The hair care composition according to the present invention may further comprise a hair strengthening ingredient in addition to the above ingredients. The hair strengthening ingredient is a substance that acts on the outside of the hair to increase the thickness of the hair or fill the damaged area, and for example, the hair strengthening ingredient may be one or more selected from extracts of natural substances such as animals, plants, minerals, etc., amino acids, peptides, proteins, high molecular compounds, silicone compounds, fatty alcohols, fatty acids, waxes, and ester compounds.

Experimental example 1: evaluation of Hair in leave-on condition
In order to evaluate the effects of the hair care compositions prepared in the examples and comparative examples, after the hair was treated with the prepared compositions, the tensile strength, surface friction force and hair spring force of the hair were then measured by the following methods.
In this, the hair strands (manufactured by Phoenixkorea corporation) used were washed with a base shampoo having no conditioning function, and after washing for 1 minute and drying for 2 minutes, 0.3g of the hair care compositions of the examples and comparative examples were applied, respectively.
1) Tensile strength
The tensile strength of one of the hairs to which the compositions of examples and comparative examples were applied was measured using a multifunctional hair tester MTT175 (manufactured by diastran corporation). The tensile strength is the weight of the force applied to the hair before the hair is broken, and a higher weight value indicates a stronger and healthy hair. The results are shown in FIG. 1.
2) Surface friction force
The surface friction of the hair tresses coated with the compositions of the examples and comparative examples was measured using a multifunctional hair tester MTT175 (manufactured by Diastron Co.). The surface friction is a value comparing roughness when passing through the surface of the hair, and a smaller value indicates smoother hair. The results are shown in FIG. 2.
3) Elasticity of hair
The hair tresses coated with the compositions of the examples and comparative examples were fixed in a 1.5cm high arch shape. Then, a push-pull piston was used to pressurize it with a force increasing by 0.001N per second starting from 0.001N. At this time, the force is applied in the vertical direction from the apex of the arch, and the pressure is measured while pressurizing the measuring member on which the push-pull piston is disposed. The force at the collapse point of the dome-shaped hair was measured and then the measurement was repeated 30 times. The hair elastic force is a supporting force of the hair when the center point is pressed after the hair is bent into a dome shape, and a larger supporting force indicates a stronger elastic force of the hair. The results are shown in FIG. 3.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the hair treated with the compositions of the examples had increased tensile strength and elasticity, while the surface friction was reduced, as compared to the hair treated with the compositions of the comparative examples. In particular, in examples 4 and 7, in which maleic acid and malic acid were used, respectively, excellent tensile strength and hair elastic force, as well as low friction force were exhibited. From these results, it was confirmed that the composition according to the present invention has an excellent care effect when used in a leave-on state.
Experimental example 2: evaluation of Hair after washing
In the experimental example 1, hair tresses treated with the compositions of examples and comparative examples were washed using a base shampoo having no care function, and after washing for 1 minute and drying for 2 minutes, the tensile strength, surface friction and hair elasticity of hair were measured in the same manner as in the experimental example 1. The results are shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, it can be confirmed that the improvement of tensile strength, the reduction of friction force and the improvement of hair elasticity after the hair treated by the composition according to the present invention was washed remained at the similar level as the experimental example 1. Therefore, it was confirmed that the composition according to the present invention maintained the same level of care effect even after cleaning.
