本发明涉及食品保健领域,特别是一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
人类无时无刻不受地磁磁场的作用与影响。地磁同空气、水和阳光一样,是人类生命赖以生存不可缺少的要素之一。人在磁场作用下,相应形成了人体自身的磁场。据测定,人体的心、肺、大脑、肌肉和神经等都有不同程度的微磁场。但由于地球环境变化和生活节奏加快、精神紧张等因素,不可避免地造成了一部分人的自身磁场紊乱。而科学研究发现,利用补磁物理疗法可预防疾病,起到保健的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法,通过采用物理补磁,改善人体微循环,具有消排除毒素,清除体内垃圾,促进人体血液循环,活血化瘀,疏通经络,促进体内运动,调和气血平衡的功效;通过调节生理机制,提高身体抗病能力。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明公开了一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法,由下列按重量份的原料制备而成:
胶姆15-25份、白糖50-60份、糖稀9-15份、水果香精5-10份、磁石粉1.5-3份。
其中,一种加磁口香糖的配方中的香精为天然水果香精中的苹果、草莓、香橙中的任意一种或几种。
优选的,一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法中磁石的炮制方法为煅淬法,制成煅磁石粉末。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明还公开了一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法,采用上述配方制备,工艺过程如下:
A、磁石预处理:取刷净的磁石,砸碎,置于坩埚内,在无烟的炉火中煅烧至红透,取出,立即倒入醋盆内淬酥,捣碎,再淬一次,取出,晒干,研成细末,过200目筛;
B、白糖预处理:用粉碎机将白糖碎成细粉,过80目筛;
C、混合成型:
步骤1:按重量份称取胶姆、白糖、糖稀、水果香精、磁石粉,备用;
步骤2:将已称好的胶姆放入蒸气夹层锅中,通过蒸气加温至胶姆完全融化;
步骤3:将白糖放入融化后的胶姆中并搅拌均匀;
步骤4:加入糖稀和水果香精,继续搅拌均匀;
步骤5:最后加入处理好的煅磁石粉末,并均匀搅拌至光泽与色泽一致;
步骤6:快速倒入模子中成型,待加磁口香糖自然冷却后用包装纸包装。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明通过在口香糖中加入磁石,让口香糖不仅具有着消除口气,抗菌杀菌,消炎清洁口腔的功能,而且能够在咀嚼的同时对人体进行物理补磁,改善人体微循环,排除毒素,清除体内垃圾,促进人体血液循环,活血化瘀,疏通经络,促进体内运动,调和气血平衡的功效。
2.经过合理调配的加磁口香糖配方,生产制备过程简单,无需太过准确的工程控制,易于生产推广,可生产多种口味,老少咸宜。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种加磁口香糖是按照以下配方及制备方法制成:
A、磁石预处理:取刷净的磁石,砸碎,置于坩埚内,在无烟的炉火中煅烧至红透,取出,立即倒入醋盆内淬酥,捣碎,再淬一次,取出,晒干,研成细末,过200目筛;
B、白糖预处理:用粉碎机将白糖碎成细粉,过80目筛;
C、混合成型:
步骤1:按重量份称取胶姆23份、白糖55份、糖稀9份、水果香精10份、磁石粉3份,备用;
步骤2:将已称好的胶姆放入蒸气夹层锅中,通过蒸气加温至胶姆完全融化;
步骤3:将白糖放入融化后的胶姆中并搅拌均匀;
步骤4:加入糖稀和水果香精,继续搅拌均匀;
步骤5:最后加入处理好的煅磁石粉末,并均匀搅拌至光泽与色泽一致;
步骤6:快速倒入模子中成型,待加磁口香糖自然冷却后用包装纸包装。
实施例2
一种加磁口香糖是按照以下配方及制备方法制成:

步骤4:加入糖稀和水果香精,继续搅拌均匀;
步骤5:最后加入处理好的煅磁石粉末,并均匀搅拌至光泽与色泽一致;
步骤6:快速倒入模子中成型,待加磁口香糖自然冷却后用包装纸包装。

胶姆15-25份、白糖50-60份、糖稀9-15份、水果香精5-10份、磁石粉1.5-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的香精为天然水果香精中的苹果、草莓、香橙中的任意一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的磁石的炮制方法煅淬法,制成煅磁石粉末。
4.一种加磁口香糖的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:采用.权利要求1-3任一项所述的配方制备,工艺过程如下:
