本发明设计一种田间除草剂,具体涉及一种田间大豆种植中期除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
化学除草是现代农业的发展趋势,我国农田目前大部分已经广泛使用化学除草剂,产生了很大的经济效益,但是,通过对河南、河北、山东等农田化学除草的调查,发现在防除效果和除草剂品种上存在缺点,经过多年的除草剂的使用,大部分杂草均已经出现不同程度的抗性,同时现有的除草剂并非由针对初期,中期,晚期农作物长势进行相对应的除草,除草效果一般。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种田间大豆种植中期除草剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种田间大豆种植中期除草剂,其特征在于:其各组分含量重量份为:乙草胺35-45份、莠去津35-45份、炙款冬花15-19份、炒桔梗6-9份、炙僵蚕15-18份、地胆头12-14份、炙罂粟壳5-7份、梨皮9-14份、罗汉果30-50份、醋50-60份、秸秆50-56份、草木灰10-15份、糖厂滤泥10-20份、1份-2份益生菌、丁醚脲10-15份、灭多威10-15份、哒螨灵10-15份、麦宝素10-15份、竹荪60-70份、大枣80-90份、鹌鹑5-10份、盐5-10份、鸡精5-10份、香油5-10份、锡兰红茶200-210份、开水1000-1100份、淡奶100-110份、白糖55-60份、花生米20-25份、人参10-15份、白术10-15份、茯苓10-15份、甘草10-15份、陈皮10-15份、生姜10-15份。
其制备方法包括:
1)将竹荪洗净后切片,浸泡在淡奶内,待淡奶被竹荪吸收殆尽,取花生,磨成粉,洒在竹荪上;
2)在竹荪吸收淡奶的同时,将大枣切片,晾干,至大枣片中的水分降至35%-40%;
3)取人参、白术、茯苓、甘草、陈皮、生姜磨成粉加入蒸馏瓶内,加入锡兰红茶,蒸馏,收集蒸馏水,
4)将大枣片置于蒸馏水中,大枣吸收蒸馏水,带大枣中水分含量升至70%-75%时,取出大枣,与竹荪片一同置于锅内,加入水,蒸煮,在蒸煮的同时加入鹌鹑,煮至沸腾,加盐、鸡精和香油;
5)冷却,至于阳光下,待水分蒸干,残留物中水分含量在10%-15%时,取出残留药物;
6)将秸秆粉碎,长度1-3厘米,与草木灰和益生菌液翻到混合,堆成宽2米,高1米,长度不限的条形锥,用塑料布盖好,经过2-3星期高温发酵,至秸秆变成褐色或黑褐色即可,然后捣碎过筛,加入糖厂滤泥混合搅拌,干燥,过筛;
7)将炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、地胆头、炙罂粟壳、梨皮放置在醋中,加温浸泡30分钟,醋温度控制在80℃以上;
8)捞出浸泡后的药材,烘干,研磨;
9)放入蒸馏器中,加入500ml水进行蒸馏,收集水蒸气,得到药液;
10)将药液置于加热罐中,利用超声波加热罐体,加热,加热过程中收集水蒸气,将药液浓缩至加热罐中的药液蒸发殆尽;
11)选取新鲜的罗汉果,压榨成汁,与收集的水蒸气混合;
12)微波加热10分钟得到液体;
13)取步骤5中的残留药物浸泡在上步骤中的液体中,蒸馏,收集蒸馏的气体,与步骤8)中的搅拌物混合,混合静止1天;
14)将步骤13)静止后的混合料至于压榨机中,压榨出水,取水与丁醚脲、灭多威、哒螨灵、麦宝素混合;
15)加热至75℃,加入乙草胺、莠去津,搅拌10分钟,冷却,即得到除草剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本法制备的除草剂专业用于除去田间大豆中期的杂草,不影响大豆涨势,同时除草剂溶于水后渗入地下,还可对中期大豆起到营养供给,本方法减少病虫害,优质高产,大幅提高大豆的产量,本方法所产的大豆颗粒饱满,营养丰富,适于推广。

具体实施例2:一种田间大豆种植中期除草剂,其各组分含量重量份为:乙草胺45份、莠去津45份、炙款冬花19份、炒桔梗9份、炙僵蚕18份、地胆头14份、炙罂粟壳7份、梨皮14份、罗汉果50份、醋60份、秸秆56份、草木灰15份、糖厂滤泥20份、2份益生菌、丁醚脲15份、灭多威15份、哒螨灵15份、麦宝素15份、竹荪70份、大枣90份、鹌鹑10份、盐10份、鸡精10份、香油10份、锡兰红茶210份、开水1100份、淡奶110份、白糖60份、花生米25份、人参15份、白术15份、茯苓15份、甘草15份、陈皮15份、生姜15份。
其制备方法包括:

1.一种田间大豆种植中期除草剂,其特征在于:其各组分含量重量份为:乙草胺35-45份、莠去津35-45份、炙款冬花15-19份、炒桔梗6-9份、炙僵蚕15-18份、地胆头12-14份、炙罂粟壳5-7份、梨皮9-14份、罗汉果30-50份、醋50-60份、秸秆50-56份、草木灰10-15份、糖厂滤泥10-20份、1份-2份益生菌、丁醚脲10-15份、灭多威10-15份、哒螨灵10-15份、麦宝素10-15份、竹荪60-70份、大枣80-90份、鹌鹑5-10份、盐5-10份、鸡精5-10份、香油5-10份、锡兰红茶200-210份、开水1000-1100份、淡奶100-110份、白糖55-60份、花生米20-25份、人参10-15份、白术10-15份、茯苓10-15份、甘草10-15份、陈皮10-15份、生姜10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种田间大豆种植中期除草剂,其特征在于:其制备方法包括:
1)将竹荪洗净后切片,浸泡在淡奶内,待淡奶被竹荪吸收殆尽,取花生,磨成粉,洒在竹荪上;
2)在竹荪吸收淡奶的同时,将大枣切片,晾干,至大枣片中的水分降至35%-40%;
3)取人参、白术、茯苓、甘草、陈皮、生姜磨成粉加入蒸馏瓶内,加入锡兰红茶,蒸馏,收集蒸馏水,
4)将大枣片置于蒸馏水中,大枣吸收蒸馏水,带大枣中水分含量升至70%-75%时,取出大枣,与竹荪片一同置于锅内,加入水,蒸煮,在蒸煮的同时加入鹌鹑,煮至沸腾,加盐、鸡精和香油;
5)冷却,至于阳光下,待水分蒸干,残留物中水分含量在10%-15%时,取出残留药物;
6)将秸秆粉碎,长度1-3厘米,与草木灰和益生菌液翻到混合,堆成宽2米,高1米,长度不限的条形锥,用塑料布盖好,经过2-3星期高温发酵,至秸秆变成褐色或黑褐色即可,然后捣碎过筛,加入糖厂滤泥混合搅拌,干燥,过筛;
7)将炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、地胆头、炙罂粟壳、梨皮放置在醋中,加温浸泡30分钟,醋温度控制在80℃以上;
8)捞出浸泡后的药材,烘干,研磨;
9)放入蒸馏器中,加入500ml水进行蒸馏,收集水蒸气,得到药液;
10)将药液置于加热罐中,利用超声波加热罐体,加热,加热过程中收集水蒸气,将药液浓缩至加热罐中的药液蒸发殆尽;
11)选取新鲜的罗汉果,压榨成汁,与收集的水蒸气混合;
12)微波加热10分钟得到液体;
13)取步骤5中的残留药物浸泡在上步骤中的液体中,蒸馏,收集蒸馏的气体,与步骤8)中的搅拌物混合,混合静止1天;
14)将步骤13)静止后的混合料至于压榨机中,压榨出水,取水与丁醚脲、灭多威、哒螨灵、麦宝素混合;
15)加热至75℃,加入乙草胺、莠去津,搅拌10分钟,冷却,即得到除草剂。
