李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂,涉及果树种植技术领域,是由以下重量份数的原料制成:石灰水20-30份、硫酸钠3-5份、胺菊酯2-4份、甘氨酸3-5份、氢氧化钠3-5份、香榧提取物10-20份、大蒜提取物10-20份、辣椒提取物6-8份、百部提取物3-5份、鹤虱提取物3-5份、黄柏提取物5-7份、槟榔提取物2-4份、使君子提取物3-5份、氮酮15-25份、植物清油20-30份、乙醇100-120份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单易行,原料选取合理易得,价格低廉,原料均为无毒无害的产物,直接作用于李子树的杀虫剂,不用担心会造成李子出现毒素的残留,保证了李子果实的安全,避免了造成食人体物毒摄入。

技术领域
本发明涉及果树种植技术领域,具体涉及一种李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
李子,是蔷薇科李属植物,别名嘉庆子、布霖、李子、玉皇李、山李子。其果实7-8月间成熟,饱满圆润,玲珑剔透,形态美艳,口味甘甜,是人们最喜欢的水果之一,世界各地广泛栽培。
李子味酸,能促进胃酸和胃消化酶的分泌,并能促进胃肠蠕动,因而有改善食欲,促进消化的作用,尤其对胃酸缺乏、食后饱胀、大便秘结者有效。新鲜李肉中的丝氨酸、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、谷酰胺等氨基酸,有利尿消肿的作用,对肝硬化有辅助治疗效果,李子中含有多种营养成分,有养颜美容、润滑肌肤的作用,李子中抗氧化剂含量高的惊人,堪称是抗衰老、防疾病的“超级水果”。
李子种植时,会受到大量的害虫侵袭,因此必须进行一定的杀虫剂喷施,在李子落果时期,由于李子即将采摘,因此如果还是直接使用杀虫剂,很容易会将杀虫剂中有害物质遗留在李子表皮,而传统的杀虫剂都是化学物料配置而成,因此具备一定的毒性,直接会导致李子卫生出现问题,导致食物中毒等不可估量的危害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种效果显著,无毒无害,制备方法简单易行的李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂,是由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石灰水20-30份、硫酸钠3-5份、胺菊酯2-4份、甘氨酸3-5份、氢氧化钠3-5份、香榧提取物10-20份、大蒜提取物10-20份、辣椒提取物6-8份、百部提取物3-5份、鹤虱提取物3-5份、黄柏提取物5-7份、槟榔提取物2-4份、使君子提取物3-5份、氮酮15-25份、植物清油20-30份、乙醇100-120份。
上述各组分的较佳重量份数为:石灰水25份、硫酸钠4份、胺菊酯3份、甘氨酸4份、氢氧化钠4份、香榧提取物15份、大蒜提取物15份、辣椒提取物7份、百部提取物4份、鹤虱提取物4份、黄柏提取物6份、槟榔提取物3份、使君子提取物4份、氮酮20份、植物清油25份、乙醇110份。
所述的植物清油为桉树油或樟脑油,亦可是两种原料的复配,在制备时,将其进行高温煮沸后,冷却至室温,添加总量1%的明矾后进行搅拌溶解后,静置1-2天,取得的上层清油。
本发明的另一目的是制备本发明中李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)取一搅拌罐,将原料中的乙醇加入其中,开启加热至30-50℃,然后将原料中的香榧提取物、大蒜提取物、辣椒提取物、百部提取物、鹤虱提取物、黄柏提取物、槟榔提取物和使君子提取物加入其中,搅拌均匀,静置3-5h;
2)将步骤1中静置后的搅拌罐内添加罐内物料总量3倍的清水,开启加热至沸腾,然后持续煎煮30-40min后,取滤液备用;
3)再次取一搅拌罐,将原料中的石灰水加入其中,然后将物料中的硫酸钠、胺菊酯、甘氨酸和氢氧化钠搅拌均匀,得到料液,备用;
4)将步骤2和步骤3中的原料进行混合均匀后,取原料中的氮酮和植物清油分别加入其中,充分搅拌均匀后,即可得到。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单易行,原料选取合理易得,价格低廉,原料均为无毒无害的产物,直接作用于李子树的杀虫剂,不用担心会造成李子出现毒素的残留,保证了李子果实的安全,避免了造成食人体物毒摄入。

实施例1
称取:石灰水20kg、硫酸钠3kg、胺菊酯2kg、甘氨酸3kg、氢氧化钠3kg、香榧提取物10kg、大蒜提取物10kg、辣椒提取物6kg、百部提取物3kg、鹤虱提取物3kg、黄柏提取物5kg、槟榔提取物2kg、使君子提取物3kg、氮酮15kg、植物清油20kg、乙醇100kg。
实施例2
称取:石灰水30kg、硫酸钠5kg、胺菊酯4kg、甘氨酸5kg、氢氧化钠5kg、香榧提取物20kg、大蒜提取物20kg、辣椒提取物8kg、百部提取物5kg、鹤虱提取物5kg、黄柏提取物7kg、槟榔提取物4kg、使君子提取物5kg、氮酮25kg、植物清油30kg、乙醇120kg。
实施例3
称取:石灰水25kg、硫酸钠4kg、胺菊酯3kg、甘氨酸4kg、氢氧化钠4kg、香榧提取物15kg、大蒜提取物15kg、辣椒提取物7kg、百部提取物4kg、鹤虱提取物4kg、黄柏提取物6kg、槟榔提取物3kg、使君子提取物4kg、氮酮20kg、植物清油25kg、乙醇110kg。
制备上述实施例1、2和3的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取一搅拌罐,将原料中的乙醇加入其中,开启加热至30-50℃,然后将原料中的香榧提取物、大蒜提取物、辣椒提取物、百部提取物、鹤虱提取物、黄柏提取物、槟榔提取物和使君子提取物加入其中,搅拌均匀,静置3-5h;
2)将步骤1中静置后的搅拌罐内添加罐内物料总量3倍的清水,开启加热至沸腾,然后持续煎煮30-40min后,取滤液备用;
3)再次取一搅拌罐,将原料中的石灰水加入其中,然后将物料中的硫酸钠、胺菊酯、甘氨酸和氢氧化钠搅拌均匀,得到料液,备用;
4)将步骤2和步骤3中的原料进行混合均匀后,取原料中的氮酮和植物清油分别加入其中,充分搅拌均匀后,即可得到。

石灰水20-30份、硫酸钠3-5份、胺菊酯2-4份、甘氨酸3-5份、氢氧化钠3-5份、香榧提取物10-20份、大蒜提取物10-20份、辣椒提取物6-8份、百部提取物3-5份、鹤虱提取物3-5份、黄柏提取物5-7份、槟榔提取物2-4份、使君子提取物3-5份、氮酮15-25份、植物清油20-30份、乙醇100-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料制成:石灰水25份、硫酸钠4份、胺菊酯3份、甘氨酸4份、氢氧化钠4份、香榧提取物15份、大蒜提取物15份、辣椒提取物7份、百部提取物4份、鹤虱提取物4份、黄柏提取物6份、槟榔提取物3份、使君子提取物4份、氮酮20份、植物清油25份、乙醇110份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂,其特征在于:所述的植物清油为桉树油或樟脑油,亦可是两种原料的复配,在制备时,将其进行高温煮沸后,冷却至室温,添加总量1%的明矾后进行搅拌溶解后,静置1-2天,取得的上层清油。
4.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的李子收成期无毒型杀虫制剂的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)取一搅拌罐,将原料中的乙醇加入其中,开启加热至30-50℃,然后将原料中的香榧提取物、大蒜提取物、辣椒提取物、百部提取物、鹤虱提取物、黄柏提取物、槟榔提取物和使君子提取物加入其中,搅拌均匀,静置3-5h;
2)将步骤1中静置后的搅拌罐内添加罐内物料总量3倍的清水,开启加热至沸腾,然后持续煎煮30-40min后,取滤液备用;
3)再次取一搅拌罐,将原料中的石灰水加入其中,然后将物料中的硫酸钠、胺菊酯、甘氨酸和氢氧化钠搅拌均匀,得到料液,备用;
4)将步骤2和步骤3中的原料进行混合均匀后,取原料中的氮酮和植物清油分别加入其中,充分搅拌均匀后,即可得到。
