本发明公开了一种保证结构强度的手机外框,包括左边框和右边框,左边框和右边框均设置有用于连接注塑塑胶部的注塑孔,左边框和右边框通过注塑塑胶部连接为一体,注塑塑胶部的端部通过注塑机填充于左边框和右边框的注塑孔内。本发明的有益效果是:产品一致性好,良率得到提高,可提高加工效率,部件结合力好,相比于现有中框采用一体结构加工,极大的降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及手机结构技术领域,特别是一种保证结构强度的手机外框。
背景技术
目前众多移动电子设备金属外壳的中框支架,均是采用纯铝型材或不锈钢板材,并先使其经过数控铣床加工而成型出基本框架结构,对于数控铣加工工段,其是采用一个完整的型材而进行多次工序后而直接成型,其对加工设备的精度要求非常高,并且还具有加工周期长、原材料浪费大、不良率高以及加工成本高等缺陷。随着金属工艺技术的发展及消费者对创新产品的需求,亟需设计开发生产成本低、强度高的时尚产品,以满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种保证结构强度的手机外框。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种保证结构强度的手机外框,包括左边框和右边框,左边框和右边框均设置有用于连接注塑塑胶部的注塑孔,左边框和右边框通过注塑塑胶部连接为一体,注塑塑胶部的左端部通过注塑机填充于左边框的注塑孔内,注塑塑胶部的右端部通过注塑机填充于右边框的注塑孔内。
所述的注塑塑胶部的成型方法为:将左边框和右边框置于塑胶注塑模具中,左边框和右边框的注胶孔均连接注塑模具的塑胶流道,采用注塑机向塑胶注塑模具中注入熔融塑胶料,经保压冷却后得到注塑塑胶部,通过注塑塑胶部连接左边框和右边框。

本发明产品一致性好,良率得到提高,可提高加工效率,部件结合力好,相比于现有中框采用一体结构加工,极大的降低了成本。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述:
如图1所示,一种保证结构强度的手机外框,包括左边框1和右边框2,左边框1和右边框2均设置有用于连接注塑塑胶部3的注塑孔,左边框1和右边框2通过注塑塑胶部3连接为一体,注塑塑胶部3的左端部通过注塑机填充于左边框1的注塑孔内,注塑塑胶部3的右端部通过注塑机填充于右边框2的注塑孔内。
所述的注塑塑胶部3的成型方法为:将左边框1和右边框2置于塑胶注塑模具中,左边框1和右边框2的注胶孔均连接注塑模具的塑胶流道,采用注塑机向塑胶注塑模具中注入熔融塑胶料,经保压冷却后得到注塑塑胶部3,通过注塑塑胶部3连接左边框1和右边框2。

1.一种保证结构强度的手机外框,其特征在于:包括左边框(1)和右边框(2),左边框(1)和右边框(2)均设置有用于连接注塑塑胶部(3)的注塑孔,左边框(1)和右边框(2)通过注塑塑胶部(3)连接为一体,注塑塑胶部(3)的左端部通过注塑机填充于左边框(1)的注塑孔内,注塑塑胶部(3)的右端部通过注塑机填充于右边框(2)的注塑孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保证结构强度的手机外框,其特征在于:所述的注塑塑胶部(3)的成型方法为:将左边框(1)和右边框(2)置于塑胶注塑模具中,左边框(1)和右边框(2)的注胶孔均连接注塑模具的塑胶流道,采用注塑机向塑胶注塑模具中注入熔融塑胶料,经保压冷却后得到注塑塑胶部(3),通过注塑塑胶部(3)连接左边框和右边框。
