Abstract
本发明公开了一种手机金属中框加工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、对左边框和右边框进行机加工,在左边框和右边框分别加工至少一个注胶孔;S2、将左边框和右边框置于塑胶注塑模具中,左边框和右边框的注胶孔均连接注塑模具的塑胶流道;S3、采用注塑机向塑胶注塑模具中注入熔融塑胶料,经保压冷却后得到通过注塑塑胶部连接的手机金属中框。本发明的有益效果是:产品一致性好,良率得到提高,可提高加工效率,部件结合力好,相比于现有中框采用一体结构加工,极大的降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品加工技术领域,特别是一种手机金属中框加工方法。
背景技术
目前众多移动电子设备金属外壳的中框支架,均是采用纯铝型材或不锈钢板材,并先使其经过数控铣床加工而成型出基本框架结构,对于数控铣加工工段,其是采用一个完整的型材而进行多次工序后而直接成型,其对加工设备的精度要求非常高,并且还具有加工周期长、原材料浪费大、不良率高以及加工成本高等缺陷。随着金属工艺技术的发展及消费者对创新产品的需求,亟需设计开发生产成本低、强度高的时尚产品,以满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种手机金属中框加工方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种手机金属中框加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、对左边框和右边框进行机加工,在左边框和右边框分别加工至少一个注胶孔;
S2、将左边框和右边框置于塑胶注塑模具中,左边框和右边框的注胶孔均连接注塑模具的塑胶流道;
S3、采用注塑机向塑胶注塑模具中注入熔融塑胶料,经保压冷却后得到通过注塑塑胶部连接的手机金属中框。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明产品一致性好,良率得到提高,可提高加工效率,部件结合力好,相比于现有中框采用一体结构加工,极大的降低了成本。

如图1所示,一种手机金属中框加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、对左边框1和右边框2进行机加工,在左边框1和右边框2分别加工至少一个注胶孔;
S2、将左边框1和右边框2置于塑胶注塑模具中,左边框1和右边框2的注胶孔均连接注塑模具的塑胶流道;
S3、采用注塑机向塑胶注塑模具中注入熔融塑胶料,经保压冷却后得到通过注塑塑胶部3连接的手机金属中框。

1.一种手机金属中框加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、对左边框(1)和右边框(2)进行机加工,在左边框(1)和右边框(2)分别加工至少一个注胶孔;
S2、将左边框(1)和右边框(2)置于塑胶注塑模具中,左边框(1)和右边框(2)的注胶孔均连接注塑模具的塑胶流道;
S3、采用注塑机向塑胶注塑模具中注入熔融塑胶料,经保压冷却后得到通过注塑塑胶部(3)连接的手机金属中框。
