Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,以以下组分为原料:聚四氢呋喃二醇25‑35份,聚乙二醇15‑20份,二羟甲基丙酸4‑7份,异氰酸酯10‑15份,催化剂1‑1.5份,碳酸二甲酯5‑9份,钛酸四丁酯10‑20份。该固色剂不含甲醛,健康环保。固色性能良好,手感柔软,不发硬。反应过程操作简单,反应条件温和,十分适合大规模的工业化生产。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体的涉及一种用于纺织的氟改性水性聚氨酯固色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
现阶段,国内外的织物染色主要还是以染料染色为主,染色时需要添加固色剂来提高织物的色牢度。如果染色牢度不够会影响织物的品质,造成巨大的经济损失。固色剂除了在染色时作为添加剂使用,也可以直接作为整理剂或者添加到其他助剂中使用,以提高织物的色牢度。
目前,使用较为广泛的一类是N-羟甲基类化合物,但是该类固色剂含有甲醛,使用后会使织物残留甲醛,甲醛是公认的致癌物质,会对人体健康造成不良影响。还有一类是丙烯酸树脂类固色剂,该类固色剂在成分上有所改良,不含甲醛,但是在实际应用中对织物的色牢度提高效果差,而且会使织物变硬,手感死板。
中国专利200610045704.6介绍了一种水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂固色剂及生产方法,由原料组成和配比为:端羟基聚丁二烯20-30、烃羟基有机硅氧烷50-70、HDI三聚体20-30、TDI70-80、三羟乙基三聚氰胺25-30、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯22-28、N-甲基吡咯烷酮70-80、封闭剂19-25、丙烯酸混合单体100-150、引发剂0.5-1,经聚氨酯预聚、封闭、乳化和聚合反应获得。其作为纺织品整理剂,具有干湿摩牢度好,且手感柔软的特点。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,该固色剂不含甲醛,健康环保。固色性能良好,手感柔软,不发硬。反应过程操作简单,反应条件温和,十分适合大规模的工业化生产。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚四氢呋喃二醇,聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸,催化剂和异氰酸酯,以40-60转/min的速度搅拌,加入有机溶剂调节粘度,并降低温度至40-55℃,持续搅拌90-120min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入钛酸四丁酯和碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在40-55℃,并持续搅拌90-120min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以200-300转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,即为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述制备方法中,以重量份计,各组分的用量为:聚四氢呋喃二醇25-35份,聚乙二醇15-20份,二羟甲基丙酸4-7份,异氰酸酯10-15份,催化剂1-1.5份,碳酸二甲酯5-9份,钛酸四丁酯10-20份。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述催化剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,双二甲氨基乙基醚,五甲基二乙烯三胺,二甲基环己胺,有机硅中的一种或多种混合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述有机溶剂为四氯化碳,丙酮,二甲基甲酰胺中的一种。
作为上述技术方案的优选,一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,原料均以质量份计:
(1)将30份聚四氢呋喃二醇,15份聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加5份二羟甲基丙酸,1.5份二甲基环己胺和10份2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,以55转/min的速度搅拌,加入四氯化碳、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺调节粘度,并降低温度至55℃,持续搅拌100min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入18份钛酸四丁酯和5份碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在55℃,并持续搅拌90min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以200转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,既为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果,采用了聚四氢呋喃二醇和聚乙二醇的混合物为原料制备聚氨酯,大大提高了固色剂的固色效果。而且该固色剂,不含甲醛,对身体健康没有不良影响。通过加入钛酸四丁酯改性聚氨酯,提高了聚氨酯固色剂固色性能,使固色剂使用后的织物不僵硬,手感良好,同时可以使织物更耐光照,长时间使用不褪色,特别适用于一些经光照易变色的染料。
具体实施方式:
为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将25份聚四氢呋喃二醇,15份聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在80℃,加入6份二羟甲基丙酸,1份二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,和12份甲苯二异氰酸酯,以50转/min的速度搅拌,加入四氯化碳调节粘度,并降低温度至45℃,持续搅拌95min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入15份钛酸四丁酯和7份碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在45℃,并持续搅拌100min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以200转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,既为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
实施例2
一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将30份聚四氢呋喃二醇,18份聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加入6份二羟甲基丙酸,1.2份双二甲氨基乙基醚和14份甲苯二异氰酸酯,以60转/min的速度搅拌,加入四氯化碳,丙酮,二甲基甲酰胺调节粘度,并降低温度至55℃,持续搅拌120min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入17份钛酸四丁酯和9份碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在55℃,并持续搅拌120min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以250转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,既为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
实施例3
一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将35份聚四氢呋喃二醇,20份聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加入4份二羟甲基丙酸,1.4份五甲基二乙烯三胺和15份2-4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,以40-60转/min的速度搅拌,加入四氯化碳,丙酮,二甲基甲酰胺调节粘度,并降低温度至40℃,持续搅拌110min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入20份钛酸四丁酯和8份碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在40℃,并持续搅拌110min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以300转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,既为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
实施例4
一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,组分均以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
(1)将30份聚四氢呋喃二醇,15份聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加5份二羟甲基丙酸,1.5份二甲基环己胺和10份2-4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,以55转/min的速度搅拌,加入四氯化碳,丙酮,二甲基甲酰胺调节粘度,并降低温度至55℃,持续搅拌100min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入18份钛酸四丁酯和5份碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在55℃,并持续搅拌90min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以200转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,既为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
实施例5
一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将35份聚四氢呋喃二醇,17份聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加入6份二羟甲基丙酸,1.2份二丁基锡二月桂酸酯和13份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,以50转/min的速度搅拌,加入四氯化碳,丙酮,二甲基甲酰胺调节粘度,并降低温度至45℃,持续搅拌120min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入12份钛酸四丁酯和6份碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在15℃,并持续搅拌120min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以250转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,既为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
对上述实施例均进行了性能测试,其中对比例为普通用于纺织的固色剂,测试结果如表1所示。

从表1来看,本发明提供的用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂性能良好,色牢度高。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚四氢呋喃二醇,聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加入二羟甲基丙酸,催化剂和异氰酸酯,以40-60转/min的速度搅拌,加入有机溶剂调节粘度,并降低温度至40-55℃,持续搅拌90-120min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入钛酸四丁酯和碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在40-55℃,并持续搅拌90-120min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以200-300转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,即为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂;
所述催化剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯,双二甲氨基乙基醚,五甲基二乙烯三胺,二甲基环己胺,有机硅中的一种或多种混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法中,以重量份计,各组分的用量为:聚四氢呋喃二醇25-35份,聚乙二醇15-20份,二羟甲基丙酸4-7份,异氰酸酯10-15份,催化剂1-1.5份,碳酸二甲酯5-9份,钛酸四丁酯10-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为四氯化碳,丙酮,二甲基甲酰胺中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述用于纺织的钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,原料均以质量份计:
(1)将30份聚四氢呋喃二醇,15份聚乙二醇加入反应釜中,加热,使温度维持在70-90℃,加5份二羟甲基丙酸,1.5份二甲基环己胺和10份2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,以55转/min的速度搅拌,加入四氯化碳、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺调节粘度,并降低温度至55℃,持续搅拌100min;
(2)上述反应完毕后,向其中加入18份钛酸四丁酯和5份碳酸二甲酯,维持温度在55℃,并持续搅拌90min;
(3)加入蒸馏水,并以200转/min的速度搅拌,制得乳化液;
(4)升高温度,蒸除有机溶剂,得到固含量为50-60%的乳液,即为钛改性水性聚氨酯固色剂。
