本发明提供了一种聚氨酯复合固色剂及其制备方法。制备方法如下:(1)将聚乙二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇放入真空干燥箱中干燥;(2)加入三口烧瓶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和三甲基六亚甲基二胺,升温至50‑70℃搅拌;(3)降至室温,加入聚氧化丙烯二醇、苷元酪醇、柠檬酸钠、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯和二醋酸二丁基锡,搅拌反应40‑60分钟;(4)加入八甲基环四硅氧烷、三羟甲基丙烷和丙三醇,升温至50‑70℃反应40‑60分钟;(5)减压蒸馏除去溶剂;(6)降至室温,加入去离子水高速搅拌20‑30分钟即得。本发明的聚氨酯复合固色剂,干摩擦和湿摩擦色牢度等级都很高,同时水洗基本不变色,不沾色,固色效果好。

背景技术
固色剂是印染行业中的重要助剂之一,它是一种可以提高染料在织物上颜色耐湿处理牢度的助剂。活性染料色谱齐全、色泽鲜艳,具有较好的牢度,但染料上因带有羧基、磺酸基等水溶性基团,使得湿处理牢度不佳,尤其是耐湿摩擦牢度,因此,常常需要利用固色剂来提高染色牢度。固色剂一般需要具有相对较广的适应性,能够适用于各种染料,各种基质的染色;与纤维的亲和力强;能够提高染色牢度和耐干、湿摩擦牢度;经其整理后织物手感变化不大或无变化;不含毒性或者是毒性非常小,即对人体无害;生产成本要低、工艺简单和使用方便等特点。

要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯复合固色剂,干摩擦和湿摩擦色牢度等级都很高,同时水洗基本不变色,不沾色,固色效果好。
技术方案:一种聚氨酯复合固色剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乙二醇30-50份、聚四氢呋喃二醇10-20份、聚氧化丙烯二醇10-30份、苷元酪醇0.2-0.5份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯2-5份、三甲基六亚甲基二胺2-4份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.3份、八甲基环四硅氧烷1-2份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯3-7份、二醋酸二丁基锡2-4份、三羟甲基丙烷5-10份、丙三醇10-20份、去离子水20-40份。
进一步优选的,所述的一种聚氨酯复合固色剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乙二醇35-45份、聚四氢呋喃二醇12-17份、聚氧化丙烯二醇15-25份、苷元酪醇0.3-0.4份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯3-4份、三甲基六亚甲基二胺2.5-3.5份、柠檬酸钠0.15-0.25份、八甲基环四硅氧烷1.3-1.7份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯4-6份、二醋酸二丁基锡2.5-3.5份、三羟甲基丙烷6-9份、丙三醇12-17份、去离子水25-35份。
上述聚氨酯复合固色剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 将聚乙二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇放入真空干燥箱中在温度40-50℃下干燥8-10小时;
(2) 加入三口烧瓶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和三甲基六亚甲基二胺,升温至50-70℃搅拌60-90分钟;
(3) 降至室温,加入聚氧化丙烯二醇、苷元酪醇、柠檬酸钠、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯和二醋酸二丁基锡,搅拌反应40-60分钟;
(4) 加入八甲基环四硅氧烷、三羟甲基丙烷和丙三醇,升温至50-70℃反应40-60分钟;
(5) 减压蒸馏除去溶剂;
(6) 降至室温,加入去离子水高速搅拌20-30分钟即得。
进一步的,所述的一种聚氨酯复合固色剂的制备方法,所述的步骤(1)中温度为45℃,干燥时间为为8.5-9.5小时。
进一步的,所述的一种聚氨酯复合固色剂的制备方法,所述的步骤(2)中升温至55-65℃,搅拌时间为70-80分钟。
进一步的,所述的一种聚氨酯复合固色剂的制备方法,所述的步骤(3)中搅拌反应时间为45-55分钟。

有益效果:本发明的聚氨酯复合固色剂的干摩擦和湿摩擦色牢度等级都很高,最高都可达到5级,同时水洗基本不变色,不沾色,耐水洗色牢度也都可达到5级,固色效果好。

一种聚氨酯复合固色剂,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乙二醇50份、聚四氢呋喃二醇20份、聚氧化丙烯二醇30份、苷元酪醇0.5份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5份、三甲基六亚甲基二胺4份、柠檬酸钠0.3份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯7份、二醋酸二丁基锡4份、丙三醇20份、去离子水40份。
上述聚氨酯复合固色剂的制备方法为:(1)将聚乙二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇放入真空干燥箱中在温度50℃下干燥10小时;(2)加入三口烧瓶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和三甲基六亚甲基二胺,升温至70℃搅拌90分钟;(3)降至室温,加入聚氧化丙烯二醇、苷元酪醇、柠檬酸钠、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯和二醋酸二丁基锡,搅拌反应60分钟;(4)加入丙三醇,升温至70℃反应60分钟;(5)减压蒸馏除去溶剂;(6)降至室温,加入去离子水高速搅拌30分钟即得。
本发明材料的部分性能指标见下表,我们可以看到本材料的干摩擦和湿摩擦色牢度等级都很高,最高都可达到5级,同时水洗基本不变色,不沾色,耐水洗色牢度也都可达到5级,固色效果好。

注:上述性能指标为本产品对织物通过浸轧(二浸二轧,硬挺剂60 g/L,pH值6)后在100℃下预烘3分钟,再在150℃下焙烘3分钟后测得。

Claims (2)

1.一种聚氨酯复合固色剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乙二醇30-50份、聚四氢呋喃二醇10-20份、聚氧化丙烯二醇10-30份、苷元酪醇0.2-0.5份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯2-5份、三甲基六亚甲基二胺2-4份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.3份、八甲基环四硅氧烷1-2份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯3-7份、二醋酸二丁基锡2-4份、三羟甲基丙烷5-10份、丙三醇10-20份、去离子水20-40份,包括以下步骤:
(1) 将聚乙二醇和聚四氢呋喃二醇放入真空干燥箱中在温度40-50℃下干燥8-10小时;
(2) 加入三口烧瓶中,边缓慢搅拌边加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和三甲基六亚甲基二胺,升温至50-70℃搅拌60-90分钟;
(3) 降至室温,加入聚氧化丙烯二醇、苷元酪醇、柠檬酸钠、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯和二醋酸二丁基锡,搅拌反应40-60分钟;
(4) 加入八甲基环四硅氧烷、三羟甲基丙烷和丙三醇,升温至50-70℃反应40-60分钟;
(5) 减压蒸馏除去溶剂;
(6) 降至室温,加入去离子水高速搅拌20-30分钟即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯复合固色剂,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乙二醇35-45份、聚四氢呋喃二醇12-17份、聚氧化丙烯二醇15-25份、苷元酪醇0.3-0.4份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯3-4份、三甲基六亚甲基二胺2.5-3.5份、柠檬酸钠0.15-0.25份、八甲基环四硅氧烷1.3-17.份、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯4-6份、二醋酸二丁基锡2.5-3.5份、三羟甲基丙烷6-9份、丙三醇12-17份、去离子水25-35份。
