本发明公开了一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液100‑120份,丙烯酸酯乳液10‑30份,水10‑15份,陶土8‑12份,轻质碳酸钙20‑30份,竹炭粉15‑20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2‑0.4份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3‑0.5份,颜料4‑6份,防霉剂0.2‑0.8份,十二烷基硫酸钠1‑2份。本发明耐磨性好,重量轻,机械性能好,聚氨酯组合物与基布粘结性好,不易脱落。

本发明涉及合成革技术领域,尤其涉及一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革。
背景技术
棒球运动是一种以棒打球为主要特点,集体性、对抗性很强的球类运动项目。它在国际上开展较为广泛,影响较大,被誉为“竞技与智慧的结合”。在美国、日本尤为盛行,被称为“国球”。
棒球是圆形软木、橡胶或类似物质作球心,绕以麻线,再以两块白色马皮或牛皮包紧平线密缝而成。由于人口的膨胀、社会需求的不断增加,马皮、牛皮资源日益显得不足,价格昂贵,并且马皮、牛皮的机械性能和耐磨性不能满足棒球表面覆盖层的要求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,本发明耐磨性好,重量轻,机械性能好,聚氨酯组合物与基布粘结性好,不易脱落。
本发明提出的一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液100-120份,丙烯酸酯乳液10-30份,水10-15份,陶土8-12份,轻质碳酸钙20-30份,竹炭粉15-20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.4份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3-0.5份,颜料4-6份,防霉剂0.2-0.8份,十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份。
优选地,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液105-115份,丙烯酸酯乳液15-25份,水12-14份,陶土9-11份,轻质碳酸钙22-28份,竹炭粉16-18份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.25-0.35份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.35-0.45份,颜料4.5-5.5份,防霉剂0.4-0.6份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.3-1.7份。
优选地,丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为30-40wt%。
优选地,陶土为600-800目,轻质碳酸钙为800-1000目,竹炭粉为1000-2000目。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至50-55℃,保温搅拌60-80min,加入改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌2-3h,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌40-60min,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌30-50min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌70-90min,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,改性二氧化硅为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、辛酸亚锡、改性二氧化硅、乙二胺、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰和水的重量比为22-32:50-70:1.8-2.6:0.05-0.07:1.4-2:1-1.5:0.8-1:2-3:0.08-0.1:60-70。
上述改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,丙酮是反应溶剂,不规定其用量,根据具体操作确定其用量。
本发明的制备方法为:将改性聚氨酯乳液、丙烯酸酯乳液、水、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、竹炭粉、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、颜料、防霉剂、十二烷基硫酸钠混匀得到聚氨酯组合物;将聚氨酯组合物均匀涂覆在基布上,烘干得到棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革。
本发明选用的陶土、轻质碳酸钙、竹炭粉具有良好的耐磨性和抗冲击性,三者相互配合,可以大大增加聚氨酯组合物的耐磨性和抗冲击性;不同粒径的陶土、轻质碳酸钙、竹炭粉相互配合,可以进一步增加聚氨酯组合物的机械性能;二氧化硅具有很好的耐磨性、抗冲击性和耐高温性,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅可以与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮均匀分散,并通过氨基与异氰酸酯基反应,将二氧化硅接枝到聚氨酯预聚体中,大大增加聚氨酯耐磨性、抗冲击性和耐高温性;然后通过甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯与异氰酸酯基反应,将碳碳双键接枝到聚氨酯两端,再与丙烯酸甲酯在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰作用下发生双键缩合,从而将丙烯酸甲酯接枝到聚氨酯中,形成交联网络,大大增加聚氨酯的机械性能和粘结性;二氧化硅、丙烯酸甲酯和聚氨酯在分子内相互配合,并结合陶土、轻质碳酸钙、竹炭粉的外在配合,从而大大增加本发明的耐磨性和机械性能,并且使得聚氨酯组合物具有良好的耐高温性和粘度,与丙烯酸酯乳液相互配合,大大增加聚氨酯乳液的粘度,使其与基布紧密粘结,从而进一步增加本发明的韧性和强度,且可以使得本发明的颜色保持不变,不容易泛黄;竹炭粉与防霉剂相互配合,可以增加本发明的防霉性能;十二烷基硫酸钠可以促进各物质均匀分散;聚氨酯组合物未用到有机溶剂,可以减少对环境的污染;上述各物质相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的耐磨性、机械性能和粘结性,聚氨酯组合物与基布粘结性好,不易脱落。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液110份,丙烯酸酯乳液20份,水13份,陶土10份,轻质碳酸钙25份,竹炭粉17份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.4份,颜料5份,防霉剂0.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.5份。
实施例2
一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液100份,固含量为40wt%丙烯酸酯乳液10份,水15份,600目陶土12份,800目轻质碳酸钙30份,1000目竹炭粉20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.5份,颜料4份,防霉剂0.8份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至55℃,保温搅拌60min,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌3h,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌40min,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌50min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌70min,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、辛酸亚锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅、乙二胺、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰和水的重量比为32:50:2.6:0.05:2:1:1:2:0.1:60。
实施例3
一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液120份,固含量为30wt%丙烯酸酯乳液30份,水10份,800目陶土8份,1000目轻质碳酸钙20份,2000目竹炭粉15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3份,颜料6份,防霉剂0.2份,十二烷基硫酸钠2份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至50℃,保温搅拌80min,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌2h,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌60min,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌30min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌90min,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、辛酸亚锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅、乙二胺、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰和水的重量比为22:70:1.8:0.07:1.4:1.5:0.8:3:0.08:70。
实施例4
一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液105份,固含量为38wt%丙烯酸酯乳液15份,水14份,600目陶土11份,800目轻质碳酸钙28份,1000目竹炭粉18份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.25份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.45份,颜料4.5份,防霉剂0.6份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.3份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至54℃,保温搅拌65min,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌2.7h,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌45min,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌45min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌75min,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、辛酸亚锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅、乙二胺、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰和水的重量比为30:55:2.4:0.055:1.8:1.1:0.95:2.2:0.095:62。
实施例5
一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液115份,固含量为32wt%丙烯酸酯乳液25份,水12份,800目陶土9份,1000目轻质碳酸钙22份,2000目竹炭粉16份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.35份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.35份,颜料5.5份,防霉剂0.4份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.7份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至52℃,保温搅拌75min,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌2.3h,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌55min,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌35min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌85min,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、辛酸亚锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅、乙二胺、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰和水的重量比为24:65:2:0.065:1.6:1.3:0.85:2.8:0.085:68。

1.一种棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,包括基布和聚氨酯组合物,其中,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液100-120份,丙烯酸酯乳液10-30份,水10-15份,陶土8-12份,轻质碳酸钙20-30份,竹炭粉15-20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.4份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3-0.5份,颜料4-6份,防霉剂0.2-0.8份,十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,聚氨酯组合物的原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液105-115份,丙烯酸酯乳液15-25份,水12-14份,陶土9-11份,轻质碳酸钙22-28份,竹炭粉16-18份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.25-0.35份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.35-0.45份,颜料4.5-5.5份,防霉剂0.4-0.6份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.3-1.7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为30-40wt%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,陶土为600-800目,轻质碳酸钙为800-1000目,竹炭粉为1000-2000目。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、丙酮、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至50-55℃,保温搅拌60-80min,加入改性二氧化硅,继续搅拌2-3h,然后加入乙二胺,继续搅拌40-60min,接着加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,继续搅拌30-50min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入丙烯酸甲酯和过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌70-90min,加入三乙胺中和,加水剪切乳化,减压蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,改性二氧化硅为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅。
8.根据权利要求5-7任一项所述棒球用耐磨防脱落合成革,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000、二羟甲基丁酸、辛酸亚锡、改性二氧化硅、乙二胺、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰和水的重量比为22-32:50-70:1.8-2.6:0.05-0.07:1.4-2:1-1.5:0.8-1:2-3:0.08-0.1:60-70。
