一种环保印花粘合剂,其特征在于,由以下配方按照下列重量比配制而成:自交联单体807-3:20-25份;丙烯酸丁酯:10-12份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯:20-25份;丙烯腈:10-12份;丙烯酸:20-25份;丙烯酰胺:15-20份;无机辅料:1-5份;去离子水:50-100份。本发明的配方中无引入交联单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺参与共聚反应,选用了自交联单体807-3来取代N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,以丙烯酸酯类材料为基本原料,通过预乳化半连续乳液聚合的方法合成环保印花粘合剂,该配方有效降低粘合剂内的甲醛含量,材料环保可靠。

一种环保印花粘合剂
技术领域
本发明涉及粘合剂领域,特别是一种环保印花粘合剂。
背景技术
近十年来,在粘合剂合成和使用过程中的环保问题一直是涂料印花行业有待解决的问题。国际纺织品生态研究协会标准规定:装饰用布的甲醛释放量低于300×10-6,而婴儿用服装的甲醛释放量低于20×10-6。国内为了改善涂料印花粘合剂的应用性能,尤其是干湿摩擦牢度,普遍使用的方法就是在粘合剂的合成过程中引入交联单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺参与共聚反应,但其需要高温焙烘,且容易释放出对环境和人体有害的游离甲醛。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了无需引入交联单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺参与共聚反应的环保印花粘合剂配方,该配方有效降低粘合剂内的甲醛含量,材料环保可靠。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种环保印花粘合剂,其特征在于,由以下配方按照下列重量比配制而成:
丙烯酸丁酯10-12份
甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-25份
丙烯腈10-12份
丙烯酸20-25份
丙烯酰胺15-20份
无机辅料1-5份
去离子水50-100份。
作为优选的方案之一,其特征在于,所述无机辅料包括过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、妃红8113、PTF增稠剂、标样粘合剂的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的配方中无引入交联单体N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺参与共聚反应,选用了自交联单体807-3来取代N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,以丙烯酸酯类材料为基本原料,通过预乳化半连续乳液聚合的方法合成环保印花粘合剂,该配方有效降低粘合剂内的甲醛含量,材料环保可靠。

丙烯酰胺15-20份
无机辅料1-5份
去离子水50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保印花粘合剂,其特征在于:所述无机辅料包括过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、妃红8113、PTF增稠剂、标样粘合剂的一种或多种。
