Abstract

本发明公开了一种高固含聚氨酯乳液及其制备方法,其主要组分包含了异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇,1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠,N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,催化剂,三乙胺,去离子水。本发明的高固含聚氨酯乳液,采用二羟甲基丙酸和1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠作为混合亲水扩链剂制备的高固量聚氨酯乳液,总体乳液粒径呈多元分布,黏度低于250?mP.s(剪切速率为25?s-1)。另外乳液的固含量均大于70%。乳液具有比水更低的表面张力,具有较好的贮存稳定性,相对于常规聚氨酯乳液,高固含量低黏度聚氨酯乳液胶膜具有更好的综合力学性能。

一种高固含聚氨酯乳液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种高固含聚氨酯乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液因其固含量低(小于40%)导致干燥成膜速度慢,自增稠性差,初黏力低等缺点严重限制了它的应用推广。高固含量乳液(固含量>60%)因具有许多突出优点,如更高的生产效率、更低的贮存和运输成本、干燥成膜速度快、能耗少等,而备受工业界关注。
聚氨酯广泛应用于涂料、胶粘剂、油墨、皮革加工、纺织等领域,性能表现优异,目前工业上仍大量采用有机溶剂型聚氨酯,有机溶剂型聚氨酯因在生产过程中产生大量挥发性有机溶剂所带来的环境污染,对工人有损健康。水性聚氨酯是一种即保留了传统有机溶剂型聚氨酯的高光泽度、高强度、高耐磨性、高弹性、高粘接性、耐低温性和疲劳性等特点,又具有运输安全、操作环境好、粘度与聚合物分子量无关等优势;同时避了有机溶剂型聚氨酯因在使用过程中产生大量挥发性有机溶剂所带来的环境污染问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种,不含有任何乳化剂,具有更宽的粒径分布和更小的粒径,且固含量可达70%以上,产物黏度较低的高固含聚氨酯乳液,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种高固含聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,其主要组分为:按重量份计:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5-12份
聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇40-60份
二羟甲基丙酸8-18份
1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠5-10份
N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮3-10份
催化剂1-3份
三乙胺3-8份
去离子水10-30份。
本发明的高固含聚氨酯乳液,其中,所述的催化剂是二月桂酸二丁基锡。
本发明的高固含聚氨酯乳液,其中,所述的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇的分子量在1200-2000。
本发明的高固含聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,其反应步骤如下:
A:将一定量的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇于110℃真空脱水2-3h;
B:冷却到30℃通入氮气,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温到72~74℃反应2-2.5h;
C:反应后降温至60℃,将二羟甲基丙酸和1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠溶解在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮中,然后向体系中缓慢加入N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮溶液,于70-75℃反应1.5h;
D:然后将反应体系降温至30℃,加入三乙胺中和成盐,并向体系中慢慢加入一定量的去离子水于剧烈搅拌的条件下进行乳化,即得高固含量低黏度的水性聚氨酯乳液。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的高固含聚氨酯乳液,采用二羟甲基丙酸和1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠作为混合亲水扩链剂制备的高固量聚氨酯乳液,总体乳液粒径呈多元分布,黏度低于250mP.s(剪切速率为25s-1)。另外乳液的固含量均大于70%。乳液具有比水更低的表面张力,具有较好的贮存稳定性,相对于常规聚氨酯乳液,高固含量低黏度聚氨酯乳液胶膜具有更好的综合力学性能。

实施例1:一种高固含聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,其主要组分为:按重量份计:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯8份
聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇50份
二羟甲基丙酸12份
1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠7份
N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮5份
二月桂酸二丁基锡1份
三乙胺4份
去离子水13份。
其中,上述的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇的分子量在1200-2000。
其中高固含聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,其反应步骤如下:
A:将一定量的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇于110℃真空脱水2.5h;
B:冷却到30℃通入氮气,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温到74℃反应2.5h;
C:反应后降温至60℃,将二羟甲基丙酸和1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠溶解在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮中,然后向体系中缓慢加入N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮溶液,于70-75℃反应1.5h;
D:然后将反应体系降温至30℃,加入三乙胺中和成盐,并向体系中慢慢加入一定量的去离子水于剧烈搅拌的条件下进行乳化,即得高固含量低黏度的水性聚氨酯乳液。
实施例2:一种高固含聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,其主要组分为:按重量份计:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10份
聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇45份
二羟甲基丙酸10份
1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠5份
N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮4份
二月桂酸二丁基锡1份
三乙胺4份
去离子水21份。
其中,上述的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇的分子量在1200-2000。
其中高固含聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,其反应步骤如下:
A:将一定量的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇于110℃真空脱水2.5h;
B:冷却到30℃通入氮气,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温到74℃反应2.5h;
C:反应后降温至60℃,将二羟甲基丙酸和1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠溶解在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮中,然后向体系中缓慢加入N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮溶液,于70-75℃反应1.5h;
D:然后将反应体系降温至30℃,加入三乙胺中和成盐,并向体系中慢慢加入一定量的去离子水于剧烈搅拌的条件下进行乳化,即得高固含量低黏度的水性聚氨酯乳液。

1.一种高固含聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,其主要组分为:按重量份计:
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯5-12份
聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇40-60份
二羟甲基丙酸8-18份
1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠5-10份
N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮3-10份
催化剂1-3份
三乙胺3-8份
去离子水10-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高固含聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,所述的催化剂是二月桂酸二丁基锡。
3.如权利要求1所述的高固含聚氨酯乳液,其特征在于,所述的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇的分子量在1200-2000。
4.一种权利要求1所述的高固含聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,其反应步骤如下:
A:将一定量的聚四氢呋喃-co-氧化丙烯二醇于110℃真空脱水2-3h;
B:冷却到30℃通入氮气,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温到72~74℃反应2-2.5h;
C:反应后降温至60℃,将二羟甲基丙酸和1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠溶解在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮中,然后向体系中缓慢加入N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮溶液,于70-75℃反应1.5h;
D:然后将反应体系降温至30℃,加入三乙胺中和成盐,并向体系中慢慢加入一定量的去离子水于剧烈搅拌的条件下进行乳化,即得高固含量低黏度的水性聚氨酯乳液。
