本发明公开了一种可拆舱口盖锁，其特征在于：包括设置于舱口盖上的上锁板及设置于舱口壁上的下锁板，上锁板上设有上锁孔，下锁板上设有下锁孔，所述上锁孔及下锁孔能够重叠，所述下锁板通过螺栓和蝶形螺母的配合而锁固于舱口壁上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢制船舶或海洋钻井平台，特别是一种可拆舱口盖锁。
背景技术
海洋运输是国际物流运输的主要方式，船舶便成了主要的运输工具，而所有船舶在停泊港口时，都会有码头工人进行装、卸货物，而船上的食品运送吊口、缆索舱，储物舱、艏侧推舱，锚链筒，机舱备件吊口，舵机舱，液压泵站间和其它工作处所等一般均会设置舱口盖。为了保护里面的重要物品，所以靠港时，要求所有舱口盖必须是可以锁的。而舱口盖一般都可以兼做为应急逃生通道，规范中要求，应急逃生舱口盖应能在两面进行操作。
在CBT3728-1995中，所有的舱口盖均配有挂锁。但挂锁就有安全隐患的存在，由于舱口盖一般都可以兼作为应急逃生通道，在发生紧急情况时，人员无法从内部打开挂锁，造成人员伤亡。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种可拆舱口盖锁。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种可拆舱口盖锁，其特征在于：包括设置于舱口盖上的上锁板及设置于舱口壁上的下锁板，上锁板上设有上锁孔，下锁板上设有下锁孔，所述上锁孔及下锁孔能够重叠，所述下锁板通过螺栓和蝶形螺母的配合而锁固于舱口壁上。
所述下锁板端部包括垫板，垫板两侧设有通孔，垫板与舱口壁间设有橡胶垫。
所述蝶形螺母与舱口壁间设有垫圈。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明通过技术改进，不但能满足舱口盖可锁要求，通过两个蝶形螺母的形式，又能解决人员在发生危险时，可以在舱内打开舱口盖，避免被锁在里面的危险，适用于所有船舶舱口盖的安装或改装。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图4，本发明公开了一种可拆舱口盖锁，包括设置于舱口盖上的上锁板1及设置于舱口壁上的下锁板2，上锁板1上设有上锁孔，下锁板2上设有下锁孔，上锁板1与下锁板2均呈“L”型，上锁孔位于上锁板1的端部，下锁孔位于下锁板2的端部；当舱口盖盖上时，上锁板1与下锁板2的端部重叠，从而上锁孔与下锁孔也正好重叠，此时将挂锁穿过锁孔就能将舱口盖锁紧。
为了能够在人员在发生危险时，可以在舱内打开舱口盖，避免被锁在里面的危险，所述下锁板2通过螺栓3和蝶形螺母4的配合而锁固于舱口壁上，当有危险时，舱里的人员可以借助简单的工具拧动蝶形螺母4，使其与螺杆脱离，甚至可以不用借助工具直接将蝶形螺母4卸下，从而将螺杆推出，只要顶开舱口盖人员就可出去。
作为进一步的设计结构，下锁板2端部包括垫板5，垫板5两侧设有通孔，垫板5与舱口壁间设有橡胶垫6；所述蝶形螺母4与舱口壁间设有垫圈7，从而防止蝶形螺母4和螺杆在拧紧时顶伤舱口壁。

1.一种可拆舱口盖锁，其特征在于：包括设置于舱口盖上的上锁板及设置于舱口壁上的下锁板，上锁板上设有上锁孔，下锁板上设有下锁孔，所述上锁孔及下锁孔能够重叠，所述下锁板通过螺栓和蝶形螺母的配合而锁固于舱口壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可拆舱口盖锁，其特征在于：所述下锁板端部包括垫板，垫板两侧设有通孔，垫板与舱口壁间设有橡胶垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可拆舱口盖锁，其特征在于：所述蝶形螺母与舱口壁间设有垫圈。
