冬凌草:苦、甘,微寒。归肺、胃、肝经。清热解毒,活血止痛。用于咽喉肿痛,癥瘕痞块,蛇虫咬伤。
其中,黄芪、党参、北刘寄奴和厚朴花,四药合用,具有补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血的功效;白鲜皮、冬凌草与山香圆叶,清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛、促进新陈代谢;麦芽、青皮,健胃消食;神曲,健脾消食,理气化湿;广枣、酸枣仁,具有行气活血,养心安神之功效。各组分协同作用,具有清热解毒,益脾健胃,理气消食,促进消化吸收,增强新陈代谢与免疫力等功效,能够改善肠道黏膜吸收功能,缓解断奶羔羊应激综合征,有效减轻食欲不振、消化不良、饲料利用率低、抗病力下降、生长缓慢、甚至死亡等问题,从而提高羊仔的生长性能。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明基于中医对断奶羔羊发病机理的认识和治疗原则,遵循中药配伍原则和现代药理学对中药功能的研究,结合集约化养羊场断奶羔羊所处的环境及其生长特点,将天然中草药、益生菌菌粉和营养物质(低聚木糖和乳清粉)作为饲料添加剂饲喂断奶羔羊,对增强羔羊的体质,提高机体免疫力,增强抗寄生虫感染和对致病性微生物的抵抗力起到良好的效果。其配方中所用中草药,对仔羔羊奶后由于脾胃运化呆滞,肝肾阴阳不足,再加环境和饮食等突然改变,免疫力下降,导致病原微生物侵袭和寄生虫病的发生,起到健脾益气,增强体质,提高免疫力和驱杀寄生虫的作用。本发明的中药复合微生态制剂可以替代抗生素和化学合成驱虫药使用,无任何毒副作用,以较低的投入获取较高的经济效益,并为减少动物性制品中抗生素和化学药物的残留提供有效途经。
(2)本发明将中草药组分、益生菌组分和营养物质组分进行有机组合,配伍科学,各组分互相配伍后采长补短,互相协同,相许相加。经实验证明,得到的中药复合微生态制剂具有健胃消食,活血散瘀、改善肠道健康和增强免疫力的作用,能有效防病、治病和增强羔羊的抗病力。
具体实施方式
结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,应该说明的是,下述说明仅是为了解释本发明,并不对其内容进行限定。
实施例1中药复合微生态制剂的制备
配方:黄芪15份、党参15份、北刘寄奴12份、厚朴花10份、芦根10份、麦芽10份、山香圆叶8份、竹节参8份、罗布麻叶8份、广枣12份、青皮10份、酸枣仁8份、白鲜皮8份、垂盆草8份、预知子6份、冬凌草6份、低聚木糖18份、乳清粉12份、乳酸菌菌粉6份、双歧杆菌菌粉6份。
低聚木糖、乳清粉、乳酸菌菌粉和双歧杆菌菌粉均为现有技术中的常规产品,均可通过购买得到。(例如:乳酸菌菌粉可以为广州市微元生物科技有限公司的产品;双歧杆菌菌粉可以为山东苏柯汉生物工程股份有限公司的产品,产品型号SUKAFEED-BIF)
制备方法:按重量份称取黄芪、党参、北刘寄奴、芦根、竹节参、广枣、青皮、酸枣仁、白鲜皮、垂盆草、预知子和冬凌草,混合,加水煎煮两次,滤过(第一次加8倍量水,煎煮2小时;第二次加6倍量水,煎煮1.5小时),合并滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.2(50℃)的浸膏,80℃减压干燥,粉碎,过100目筛,备用;
(2)将厚朴花、麦芽、山香圆叶和罗布麻叶粉碎,过筛,然后与中药浸膏粉末、低聚木糖、乳清粉、乳酸菌菌粉和双歧杆菌菌粉混合,即得。
实施例2中药复合微生态制剂的制备
配方:黄芪10份、党参20份、北刘寄奴10份、厚朴花12份、芦根8份、麦芽12份、山香圆叶5份、竹节参10份、罗布麻叶5份、广枣15份、青皮8份、酸枣仁10份、白鲜皮5份、垂盆草10份、预知子4份、冬凌草8份、低聚木糖10份、乳清粉15份、乳酸菌菌粉4份、双歧杆菌菌粉8份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3中药复合微生态制剂的制备
配方:黄芪20份、党参10份、北刘寄奴15份、厚朴花8份、芦根12份、麦芽8份、山香圆叶10份、竹节参5份、罗布麻叶10份、广枣10份、青皮12份、酸枣仁5份、白鲜皮10份、垂盆草5份、预知子8份、冬凌草4份、低聚木糖20份、乳清粉10份、乳酸菌菌粉8份、双歧杆菌菌粉4份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
1.急性毒性试验:
分别以体重为18~23克、雌雄各半的昆明小鼠30只为试验动物,灌胃方式分别分为一次给药和三次给药的两组,每次灌胃本发明实施例1-3制备的中药复合微生态制剂,小鼠一次给药组的剂量为4.2g(生药)/kg,三次给药(间隔4~6小时)组的剂量为12.8g(生药)/kg,灌胃给药后观察一周,均未发现动物死亡;因此本发明的中药急性毒性低,临床用药安全。
2.长期毒性试验:
将Wistar大鼠60只分为1.2g(生药)/kg、0.6g(生药)/kg和0.2g(生药)/kg三个剂量组,灌胃实施例1-3制备的中药复合微生态制剂,连续给药2个月,为临床用给药期的4~6倍。给药1个月后,高剂量组和对照组分别处死1/3动物,测定各项指标;给药2个月后,各剂量组除分别留1/3动物作恢复期观察外,其余全部处死,测定各项指标。观察和测定项目包括如外观体症和行为活动、分泌物、粪便性状;血液的常规指标和生化指标;系统尸检及脏器系数和组织学检查等内容。
结果表明:用不同剂量给大鼠连续口服,对大鼠的进食量和体重增长均无影响。对肝肾功能均未发现明显毒性作用。对血常规、血生化、尿液生化及骨髓片等均未见明显影响,各组间与对照组比较无明显差异。
实施例5:效果验证
采用由实施例1-3制备的中药复合微生态制剂,作为饲料添加剂,对该饲料添加剂的效果进行对比试验:
选200只刚断奶的羊仔(鲁西黑头肉羊),平均分成5组,分别为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组、对照组和空白组,五组饲喂不同的羊饲料,试验1组试验2组和试验3组在断奶后分别饲喂“基础饲料+本发明实施例1-3制备的中药复合微生态制剂”(按质量比为2%添加);对照组饲喂“基础饲料+普通饲料添加剂”(按质量比为2%添加);空白组饲喂基础饲料,不添加饲料添加剂。
空白组、试验组和对照组饲喂断奶羊仔在其他条件完全相同的环境中让羊仔尽可能高性能生长,统计断奶后6周的生长过程中各组断奶羊仔的平均日采食量、平均日增重和平均生病率,其中平均发病率为各组羊仔6周所有生病次数与羊仔数量的比值。经统计,结果如表1所示:

由表1可以看出,试验1组-试验3组的羊仔的平均日增重均较对照组和空白组高,平均生病率也明显较低。说明本发明的中药复合微生态制剂能够提高断奶羔羊的免疫力,降低断奶羔羊的发病率;而且还能提高断奶羔羊的平均日增重,从而提高了羊羔的生长性能。
此外,本发明的中药复合微生态制剂显著降低了饲料的料重比,提高了饲料的吸收利用率,降低了养殖成本,与基础饲料相比,采用添加有本发明的中药复合微生态制剂的饲料,饲喂断奶羔羊6周,综合考虑羔羊的增重量和发病率,其养殖成本降低了48.6%。

Claims (10)

1.一种提高断奶羔羊免疫力的中药复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,其原料组成为:
黄芪10-20份、党参10-20份、北刘寄奴10-15份、厚朴花8-12份、芦根8-12份、麦芽8-12份、山香圆叶5-10份、竹节参5-10份、罗布麻叶5-10份、广枣10-15份、青皮8-12份、酸枣仁5-10份、白鲜皮5-10份、垂盆草5-10份、预知子4-8份、冬凌草4-8份、低聚木糖10-20份、乳清粉10-15份、乳酸菌菌粉4-8份、双歧杆菌菌粉4-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的中药复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,其原料组成为:黄芪15份、党参15份、北刘寄奴12份、厚朴花10份、芦根10份、麦芽10份、山香圆叶8份、竹节参8份、罗布麻叶8份、广枣12份、青皮10份、酸枣仁8份、白鲜皮8份、垂盆草8份、预知子6份、冬凌草6份、低聚木糖18份、乳清粉12份、乳酸菌菌粉6份、双歧杆菌菌粉6份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的中药复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,所述乳酸菌菌粉中的活菌数不低于1.0×109cfu/g。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的中药复合微生态制剂,其特征在于,所述双歧杆菌菌粉中的活菌数不低于2.0×108cfu/g。
5.权利要求1所述的中药复合微生态制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)将黄芪、党参、北刘寄奴、芦根、竹节参、广枣、青皮、酸枣仁、白鲜皮、垂盆草、预知子和冬凌草混合,加水煎煮,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.3,干燥,粉碎,过筛,得中药浸膏粉末;
(2)将厚朴花、麦芽、山香圆叶和罗布麻叶粉碎,过筛,然后与中药浸膏粉末、低聚木糖、乳清粉、乳酸菌菌粉和双歧杆菌菌粉混合,即得。
6.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,干燥采用真空干燥或冷冻干燥。
7.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,水煎煮的具体方法为:第一次煎煮时间为30-60min,过滤;滤渣中再加入8-10重量倍的水进行第二次煎煮,煎煮时间为30-60min,过滤;滤渣中再加入6-8重量倍的水进行第三次煎煮,煎煮时间为30-50min。
8.权利要求1-4任一项所述的中药复合微生态制剂在断奶羔羊饲喂中的应用。
9.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,应用方法为:在基础饲料中按质量比为1-3%的添加量加入权利要求1-4任一项所述的中药复合微生态制剂。
10.一种提高断奶羔羊免疫力的饲料,其特征在于,由在基础饲料中按质量比为1-3%添加权利要求1-4任一项所述的中药复合微生态制剂制备而成。
