Abstract

本发明公开了一种祛痘洗面奶及其制备方法，由以下重量百分比的成分组成，去离子水至100％、二氧化钛0.1％-0.4％、改性玉米淀粉1％-5％、甘油10％-20％、椰油酰甘氨酸钠10％-20％、月桂酰肌氨酸钠15％-25％、月桂酸0.5％-3％、柠檬酸钠1.5％-4.5％、月桂酸牛磺酸钠/改性玉米淀粉/月桂酸/肉豆蔻酸15％-35％、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1％-6％、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.2％-0.7％、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.01％-0.08％。本发明的祛痘洗面奶，既可以杀菌、消炎达到祛痘的功效，同时在清洁的过程中还可以达到美白肌肤的作用。

一种祛痘洗面奶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，具体的涉及一种祛痘洗面奶及其制备方法。
背景技术
青春痘是一种毛囊、皮脂腺组织的慢性炎症性皮肤病，又称粉刺或座疮，多发生于青春期阶段，严重时还会出现脓疮、破溃，进而形成疤痕，给爱美的青春期男女带来无尽的烦恼。细菌感染是青春痘发生的最重要的原因，因此通过杀灭细菌可以起到缓解、治疗青春痘的作用。早期使用的杀菌剂主要有：硫磺、氯苄垸铵、氯化苄甲乙氧铵、果酸、水杨酸、过氧化苯甲酰等，也有使用抗生素如：氯霉素、红霉素等，此类杀菌剂或抗生素的加入，虽有一定的祛痘效果，但同时也具有一定的负面效果，会导致皮肤过敏等问题。青春痘产生的另外一个重要因素是皮脂腺发育旺盛，皮-脂分泌量增多，增多的皮脂不能及时排除，经氧化、污染而变成青春痘，所以保持皮肤的清洁也有利于青春痘的控制和治疗，但仅仅靠清洁皮肤是无法达到祛痘功效的。因此性能优良的具有祛痘功效的洁肤产品的开发具有现实意义。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种祛痘洗面奶及其制备方法，该洗面奶具有较强的清洁作用，且对面部肌肤温和无害，还可有效去除面部痘痘。
本发明一种祛痘洗面奶技术方案如下：由以下重量百分比的成分组成，
上述祛痘洗面奶中，优选由以下重量百分比的成分组成，
上述祛痘洗面奶的制备方法为：1)将相1加入乳化锅，常温条件下，搅拌并均质5min至料体分散均匀。所述相1由去离子水、二氧化钛、改性玉米淀粉、甘油构成；2)然后加入相2、相3，搅拌并加热至90℃，恒温保温2h，所述相2由椰油酰甘氨酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠构成，所述相3由月桂酸、柠檬酸钠、月桂酸牛磺酸钠/改性玉米淀粉/月桂酸/肉豆蔻酸构成；3)再加入相4，搅拌均匀，恒温30min，所述相4由丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物构成；4)降温至45℃，加入相5，搅拌均匀检测合格后出料，所述相5由双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮构成。
本发明与现有的洗面奶相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明的洗面奶泡沫细腻丰富、舒爽圆润、质感柔顺温和，是一种具有能够彻底清洁和去除面部汗渍、粉尘、油污等污渍以及面部化妆残留的眼妆和面妆化妆品、涂抹外用药膏和药水等有害残留，具有抑制有害微生物和寄生虫的滋生和繁殖(如螨虫)等独特功效的洗面奶；
2、本发明的祛痘洗面奶，既可以杀菌、消炎达到祛痘的功效，同时在清洁的过程中还可以达到美白肌肤的作用。
3、本发明制备方法简单易行，制备条件温和，适于大范围推广应用。
具体实施方式
文中出现的以下成分名称均为INCI(InternationalNomenclatureCosmeticIngredient，即国际化妆品原料命名)所规定的名称：月桂酸牛磺酸钠/改性玉米淀粉/月桂酸/肉豆蔻酸、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯。以上原料均为混合物。
上述实施例的制备方法如下：
1)将相1加入乳化锅，常温条件下，搅拌并均质5min至料体分散均匀。所述相1由去离子水、二氧化钛、改性玉米淀粉、甘油构成；
2)然后加入相2、相3，搅拌并加热至90℃，恒温保温2h，所述相2由椰油酰甘氨酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠构成，所述相3由月桂酸、柠檬酸钠、月桂酸牛磺酸钠/改性玉米淀粉/月桂酸/肉豆蔻酸构成；3)再加入相4，搅拌均匀，恒温30min，所述相4由丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物构成；4)降温至45℃，加入相5，搅拌均匀检测合格后出料，所述相5由双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮构成。
性能测试
对本发明实施例1-8所得产品进行性能测试，与对照例1(某市售品牌祛痘洗面奶)进行对比；分别取1g实施例1-8所得产品与对照例1产品，随机选取400名志愿者，其中男性100名，女性300名，其中脸部有痘者占40％。测试洗面奶的祛痘有效率、保湿性及清洁后的感官，此外，对产品的安全卫生性能进行了检测，结果如下表：
