一种用于PCB板生产的镀金设备,镀金设备包括有控制装置、传送装置、电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱，电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱通过传送装置依次连接，控制装置分别与传送装置、电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱连接；电镀槽设置有电镀液箱，电镀液箱与电镀槽通过导管连接；电镀槽侧壁上设置有与传送装置配套的孔洞，孔洞设置有用于密封孔洞的闸门。通过采用本发明的镀金设备，可以简化操作成本，控制人力浪费，获得良好的镀金效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀金领域，尤其是一种用于PCB板生产的镀金设备。
背景技术
现在企业里对PCB板的镀金操作非常繁杂，而且有时需要人工手动进行镀金，或者就是镀金设备操作非常繁杂，成本太高，现在市场上迫切需要一种新型的用于PCB板生产的镀金设备。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于PCB板生产的镀金设备。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为：
一种用于PCB板生产的镀金设备,所述镀金设备包括有控制装置、传送装置、电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱，所述电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱通过传送装置依次连接，所述控制装置分别与传送装置、电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱连接；所述电镀槽设置有电镀液箱，所述电镀液箱与电镀槽通过导管连接；所述电镀槽侧壁上设置有与传送装置配套的孔洞，所述孔洞设置有用于密封孔洞的闸门。
进一步地，所述电镀槽内壁设置有红外感应装置。
进一步地，所述闸门为电动闸门。
进一步地，所述导管与电镀箱连接处设置有电泵机。
进一步地，所述传送装置为传送带。
本发明的有益效果为：
1.通过采用本发明的镀金设备，可以简化操作成本，控制人力浪费，获得良好的镀金效果。
2.通过电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱通过传送装置依次连接，可以一次性的完成PCB的镀金所有操作以及后续处理步骤，大大简化PCB板的生产时间，提高生产效率。
3.传送带可直接穿过电镀槽，既节约了时间，有保证电镀效果。通过电镀液箱中的电镀液，PCB板在传送带上通过孔洞进入电镀槽时，封闭闸门，电镀液箱内的电镀液在电泵机的作用下通过导管进入电镀槽，完成电镀操作。

用于PCB板生产的镀金设备,镀金设备包括有控制装置、传送装置、电镀槽2、清洗装置7以及烘干箱8，电镀槽2、清洗装置7以及烘干箱8通过传送装置依次连接，控制装置分别与传送装置、电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱连接；电镀槽设置有电镀液箱3，电镀液箱与电镀槽通过导管4连接；电镀槽侧壁上设置有与传送装置配套的孔洞，孔洞设置有用于密封孔洞的闸门6。
电镀槽内壁设置有红外感应装置。闸门为电动闸门。
导管与电镀箱连接处设置有电泵机。传送装置为传送带1。
通过采用本发明的镀金设备，可以简化操作成本，控制人力浪费，获得良好的镀金效果。
通过电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱通过传送装置依次连接，可以一次性的完成PCB的镀金所有操作以及后续处理步骤，大大简化PCB板的生产时间，提高生产效率。

1.一种用于PCB板生产的镀金设备,其特征在于：所述镀金设备包括有控制装置、传送装置、电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱，所述电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱通过传送装置依次连接，所述控制装置分别与传送装置、电镀槽、清洗装置以及烘干箱连接；
所述电镀槽设置有电镀液箱，所述电镀液箱与电镀槽通过导管连接；
所述电镀槽侧壁上设置有与传送装置配套的孔洞，所述孔洞设置有用于密封孔洞的闸门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于PCB板生产的镀金设备，其特征在于：所述电镀槽内壁设置有红外感应装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于PCB板生产的镀金设备，其特征在于：所述闸门为电动闸门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于PCB板生产的镀金设备，其特征在于：所述导管与电镀箱连接处设置有电泵机。
