背景技术
电路板即印制电路板，又称印刷电路板，是电子元器件电气连接的提供者，采用电路板的主要优点是大大减少布线和装配的差错，提高了自动化水平和生产劳动率。电路板以绝缘板为基材，切成一定尺寸，其上至少附有一个导电图形，并布有孔（如元件孔、紧固孔、金属化孔等），用来代替以往装置电子元器件的底盘，并实现电子元器件之间的相互连接。
随着科学技术的提高，电子设备迅速发展，它已融入进我们的生活中，特别是手机的普片使用。电子设备的增多，必然的也就需要大量的电路板，这对生产电路板的企业来说，是一个良好的机遇，但是行业竞争压力也就随着增大，目前提高电路板生产效率和生产良率是电路板生产厂商必不可少的一个研究课题。
在电路板导电膜施镀过程中，对孔壁清洁度要求较高，通常需要对打孔后的电路板进行清洗，传统的清洗设备存在如下缺陷：1、清洗水压力控制难度大，清洗效果不佳；2、清洗设备需要人工进行操作，自动化程度低，生产效率低，不适用于大批量电路板的清洗。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种清洗效果好、自动化程度高和适用于批量电路板的清洗的基于电路板导电膜施镀装置的板面清洗装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：基于电路板导电膜施镀装置的板面清洗装置，包括浸洗柜、溢流水洗柜、传送辊组和压辊，浸洗柜和溢流水洗柜并排设置，传送辊组横向贯穿浸洗柜和溢流水洗柜，电路板置于传送辊组上，并沿传送辊组的传送方向移动，溢流水洗柜内还设置有压辊，压辊位于传送辊组的上方，浸洗柜内侧上部还设置有高压水管，高压水管一端与外部高压水源连通，高压水管的另一端连接有多个高压喷淋头，多个高压喷淋头间隔均匀地分布于传送辊组的上方；溢流水洗柜内固定有溢流箱，传送辊组的上表面低于溢流箱的上沿，溢流水洗柜的下方设置有低压水管，低压水管的一端与外部低压水源连通，低压水管的另一端连接有多个溢流喷淋头，多个溢流喷淋头间隔均匀地分布于传送辊组的下方，溢流喷淋头的喷水方向朝向传送辊组的下表面；浸洗柜和溢流水洗柜的下方分别设置有回水管，回水管分别与浸洗柜和溢流水洗柜的底部连通。
所述的浸洗柜和溢流水洗柜的顶面上分别设置有顶盖，浸洗柜上的顶盖边沿与浸洗柜的一侧壁铰接相连，溢流水洗柜上的顶盖的边沿与溢流水洗柜的一侧比铰接相连。
所述的顶盖的上方设置有握把。
本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、本实用新型先通过高压水冲洗，形成水刀，将电路板孔壁上的毛刺、飞边冲掉，同时大块毛刺直接沉入浸洗柜底部，电路板进入溢流水洗柜后，低压水从电路板下方向上喷出，将电路板上的残余毛刺和飞边向上冲出，并通过溢流的方式进行排除杂质，其清洗效果好，洁净度高。
2、本实用新型通过浸洗柜和溢流水洗柜分别对电路板进行清洗，且由同一传送辊组进行传输，可实现自动化清洗，同时可适用于批量化清洗。

如图1所示，基于电路板导电膜施镀装置的板面清洗装置，包括浸洗柜1、溢流水洗柜2、传送辊组3和压辊4，浸洗柜1和溢流水洗柜2并排设置，传送辊组3横向贯穿浸洗柜1和溢流水洗柜2，电路板置于传送辊组3上，并沿传送辊组3的传送方向移动，溢流水洗柜2内还设置有压辊4，压辊4位于传送辊组3的上方，浸洗柜1内侧上部还设置有高压水管7，高压水管7一端与外部高压水源连通，高压水管7的另一端连接有多个高压喷淋头8，多个高压喷淋头8间隔均匀地分布于传送辊组3的上方；溢流水洗柜2内固定有溢流箱9，传送辊组3的上表面低于溢流箱9的上沿，溢流水洗柜2的下方设置有低压水管10，低压水管10的一端与外部低压水源连通，低压水管10的另一端连接有多个溢流喷淋头11，多个溢流喷淋头11间隔均匀地分布于传送辊组3的下方，溢流喷淋头11的喷水方向朝向传送辊组3的下表面；浸洗柜1和溢流水洗柜2的下方分别设置有回水管12，回水管12分别与浸洗柜1和溢流水洗柜2的底部连通。
进一步地，所述的浸洗柜1和溢流水洗柜2的顶面上分别设置有顶盖5，浸洗柜1上的顶盖5边沿与浸洗柜1的一侧壁铰接相连，溢流水洗柜2上的顶盖5的边沿与溢流水洗柜2的一侧比铰接相连，所述的顶盖5的上方设置有握把6。在进行维护时，可通过握把6将顶盖5向上翻转，便于维护。

1.基于电路板导电膜施镀装置的板面清洗装置，其特征在于：包括浸洗柜（1）、溢流水洗柜（2）、传送辊组（3）和压辊（4），浸洗柜（1）和溢流水洗柜（2）并排设置，传送辊组（3）横向贯穿浸洗柜（1）和溢流水洗柜（2），电路板置于传送辊组（3）上，并沿传送辊组（3）的传送方向移动，溢流水洗柜（2）内还设置有压辊（4），压辊（4）位于传送辊组（3）的上方，浸洗柜（1）内侧上部还设置有高压水管（7），高压水管（7）一端与外部高压水源连通，高压水管（7）的另一端连接有多个高压喷淋头（8），多个高压喷淋头（8）间隔均匀地分布于传送辊组（3）的上方；溢流水洗柜（2）内固定有溢流箱（9），传送辊组（3）的上表面低于溢流箱（9）的上沿，溢流水洗柜（2）的下方设置有低压水管（10），低压水管（10）的一端与外部低压水源连通，低压水管（10）的另一端连接有多个溢流喷淋头（11），多个溢流喷淋头（11）间隔均匀地分布于传送辊组（3）的下方，溢流喷淋头（11）的喷水方向朝向传送辊组（3）的下表面；浸洗柜（1）和溢流水洗柜（2）的下方分别设置有回水管（12），回水管（12）分别与浸洗柜（1）和溢流水洗柜（2）的底部连通。
