本发明公开了一种防腐钢结构支架,包括一横梁(1)、一对斜梁(2)以及若干加强筋(3);所述横梁(1)为工字钢,所述斜梁(2)的两端分别设置有法兰(4),所述斜梁(2)一端的法兰(4)与横梁(1)相焊接,所述加强筋(3)焊接在横梁(1)和斜梁(2)之间,所述横梁(1)、斜梁(2)、加强筋(3)和法兰(4)的外表面均喷涂有防腐涂层;所述防腐涂层自内向外依次为铝镁合金金属涂层(6-1)、封闭底漆层(6-2)、丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆层(6-3)。该支架不仅结构强度高,不易变形,而且有很好的防腐效果,大大提高了建筑物的结构强度。

本发明涉及一种钢结构支架,具体是一种防腐钢结构支架。
背景技术
支架是各种建筑物中必须具备的结构,现有的支架通常采用工字钢替代,其抗弯强度较差,容易变形弯曲,进而造成建筑物结构不稳定,带来一定的安全隐患,而且支架经长时间使用后会被锈蚀,也会影响受力构件的整体强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防腐钢结构支架,该支架不仅结构强度高,不易变形,而且有很好的防腐效果,大大提高了建筑物的结构强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防腐钢结构支架,包括一横梁、一对斜梁以及若干加强筋;所述横梁为工字钢,所述斜梁的两端分别设置有法兰,所述斜梁一端的法兰与横梁相焊接,其另一端的法兰与相连斜梁的法兰通过螺栓相连接,所述加强筋焊接在横梁和斜梁之间,所述横梁上还设置有肋板;
所述横梁、斜梁、加强筋和法兰的外表面均喷涂有防腐涂层;所述防腐涂层自内向外依次为铝镁合金金属涂层、封闭底漆层、丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆层;所述铝镁合金金属涂层的厚度为180μm~220μm,所述封闭底漆层的厚度为30μm,所述丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆层的厚度为90μm。
进一步,所述若干加强筋呈M形布置。
进一步,所述横梁和斜梁排布成三角形结构。
本发明的有益效果是:所述防腐钢结构支架不仅结构强度高,不易变形,而且横梁、斜梁、加强筋和法兰的外表面均喷涂有防腐涂层,具有很好的防腐效果,横梁上设置有肋板,使得支架的稳定性更好,大大提高了建筑物的结构强度。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、2所示,一种防腐钢结构支架,其特征在于,包括一横梁1、一对斜梁2以及若干加强筋3;所述横梁1为工字钢,所述斜梁2的两端分别设置有法兰4,所述斜梁2一端的法兰4与横梁1相焊接,其另一端的法兰4与相连斜梁2的法兰通过螺栓相连接,所述加强筋3焊接在横梁1和斜梁2之间,所述横梁1上还设置有肋板5,从而使横梁1承载能力加强,使得支架的稳定性更好;
所述横梁1、斜梁2、加强筋3和法兰4的外表面均喷涂有防腐涂层;所述防腐涂层自内向外依次为铝镁合金金属涂层6-1、封闭底漆层6-2、丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆层6-3;所述铝镁合金金属涂层6-1的厚度为180μm~220μm,对钢结构支架进行阴极保护,所述封闭底漆层6-2的厚度为30μm,这样可以对铝镁合金金属涂层6-1的缝隙进行封闭,所述丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆层6-3的厚度为90μm,将内部涂层与空气隔离开,从而起到很好的防腐效果。
进一步,所述若干加强筋3呈M形布置,通过设置M形布置的加强筋3,使得该支架的结构强度更高。
进一步,所述横梁1和斜梁2排布成三角形结构,从而使该支架的承载能力更强,不易发生弯曲变形。
所述防腐钢结构支架不仅结构强度高,不易变形,而且横梁、斜梁、加强筋和法兰的外表面均喷涂有防腐涂层,具有很好的防腐效果,横梁上设置有肋板,使得支架的稳定性更好,大大提高了建筑物的结构强度。

1.一种防腐钢结构支架,其特征在于,包括一横梁(1)、一对斜梁(2)以及若干加强筋(3);所述横梁(1)为工字钢,所述斜梁(2)的两端分别设置有法兰(4),所述斜梁(2)一端的法兰(4)与横梁(1)相焊接,其另一端的法兰(4)与相连斜梁(2)的法兰通过螺栓相连接,所述加强筋(3)焊接在横梁(1)和斜梁(2)之间,所述横梁(1)上还设置有肋板(5);
所述横梁(1)、斜梁(2)、加强筋(3)和法兰(4)的外表面均喷涂有防腐涂层;所述防腐涂层自内向外依次为铝镁合金金属涂层(6-1)、封闭底漆层(6-2)、丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆层(6-3);所述铝镁合金金属涂层(6-1)的厚度为180μm~220μm,所述封闭底漆层(6-2)的厚度为30μm,所述丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆层(6-3)的厚度为90μm。
