本发明提出的一种耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯120份、氯丁橡胶40份、乙丙橡胶90份、端羧基丁腈橡胶5份、三元乙丙橡胶8份、环氧树脂3份、乙酸乙酯5份、聚四氢呋喃二醇4份、三羟甲基丙烷6份、聚丙烯2份、乙二醇9份、三元胺4份、1,4-异氰酸甲酯基环乙烷5份、气相白炭黑2份、硅酸铝8份、硬脂酸2份、二硫化钼5份、石英粉3份、膨润土8份、氧化锌2份、硫磺5份、氧化镁4份、增塑剂6份、稳定剂1份、防老剂9份。
改性聚氨酯按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将90份聚酯多元醇和5份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合均匀,升温至95℃,保温1h,然后加入8份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,升温至95℃,保温4h,然后降温至75℃,加入5份一缩二乙二醇、2份甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯和9份催化剂混合均匀,然后滴加2份偶氮二异庚腈滴加到丙酮中,升温至100℃,保温1h,然后加入5份三乙胺中和,冷却至温室得到改性聚氨酯。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯85份、氯丁橡胶75份、乙丙橡胶35份、端羧基丁腈橡胶12份、三元乙丙橡胶3份、环氧树脂8份、乙酸乙酯2份、聚四氢呋喃二醇7份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、聚丙烯7份、乙二醇4份、三元胺7份、1,4-异氰酸甲酯基环乙烷2份、气相白炭黑7份、硅酸铝2份、硬脂酸5份、二硫化钼2份、石英粉5份、膨润土5份、氧化锌7份、硫磺2份、氧化镁8份、增塑剂3份、稳定剂4份、防老剂4份。
改性聚氨酯按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将35份聚酯多元醇和12份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合均匀,升温至88℃,保温2.5h,然后加入3份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,升温至102℃,保温2.5h,然后降温至82℃,加入2份一缩二乙二醇、5份甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯和4份催化剂混合均匀,然后滴加5份偶氮二异庚腈滴加到丙酮中,升温至92℃,保温3h,然后加入2份三乙胺中和,冷却至温室得到改性聚氨酯。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯115份、氯丁橡胶45份、乙丙橡胶85份、端羧基丁腈橡胶8份、三元乙丙橡胶7份、环氧树脂4份、乙酸乙酯4份、聚四氢呋喃二醇5份、三羟甲基丙烷5份、聚丙烯3份、乙二醇8份、三元胺5份、1,4-异氰酸甲酯基环乙烷4份、气相白炭黑3份、硅酸铝7份、硬脂酸3份、二硫化钼4份、石英粉4份、膨润土7份、氧化锌3份、硫磺4份、氧化镁5份、增塑剂5份、稳定剂2份、防老剂8份。
改性聚氨酯按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将85份聚酯多元醇和8份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合均匀,升温至92℃,保温1.5h,然后加入7份2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,升温至98℃,保温3.5h,然后降温至78℃,加入4份一缩二乙二醇、3份甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯和8份催化剂混合均匀,然后滴加3份偶氮二异庚腈滴加到丙酮中,升温至98℃,保温2h,然后加入4份三乙胺中和,冷却至温室得到改性聚氨酯。

Claims (8)
1.一种耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯80-120份、氯丁橡胶40-80份、乙丙橡胶30-90份、端羧基丁腈橡胶5-15份、三元乙丙橡胶2-8份、环氧树脂3-9份、乙酸乙酯1-5份、聚四氢呋喃二醇4-8份、三羟甲基丙烷1-6份、聚丙烯2-8份、乙二醇3-9份、三元胺4-8份、1,4-异氰酸甲酯基环乙烷1-5份、气相白炭黑2-6份、硅酸铝1-8份、硬脂酸2-6份、二硫化钼1-5份、石英粉3-6份、膨润土4-8份、氧化锌2-8份、硫磺1-5份、氧化镁4-9份、增塑剂2-6份、稳定剂1-5份、防老剂3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,改性聚氨酯的原料按重量份包括:聚酯多元醇30-90份、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯5-15份、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸2-8份、一缩二乙二醇1-5份、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯2-6份、催化剂3-9份、偶氮二异庚腈2-6份、三乙胺1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,改性聚氨酯按如下工艺进行制备:将聚酯多元醇和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合均匀,升温至85-95℃,保温1-3h,然后加入2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,升温至95-105℃,保温2-4h,然后降温至75-85℃,加入一缩二乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯和催化剂混合均匀,然后滴加偶氮二异庚腈滴加到丙酮中,升温至90-100℃,保温1-4h,然后加入三乙胺中和,冷却至温室得到改性聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,氯丁橡胶、乙丙橡胶、端羧基丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、环氧树脂、聚酯多元醇、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、一缩二乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、催化剂、偶氮二异庚腈和三乙胺的重量比为45-75:35-85:8-12:3-7:4-8:35-85:8-12:3-7:2-4:3-5:4-8:3-5:2-4。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,改性聚氨酯、氯丁橡胶、乙丙橡胶、端羧基丁腈橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、环氧树脂、乙酸乙酯、聚四氢呋喃二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、聚丙烯、乙二醇、三元胺和1,4-异氰酸甲酯基环乙烷的重量份可以为85-115:45-75:35-85:8-12:3-7:4-8:2-4:5-7:2-5:3-7:4-8:5-7:2-4。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,气相白炭黑、硅酸铝、硬脂酸、二硫化钼、石英粉、膨润土、氧化锌、硫磺和氧化镁的重量比为3-5:2-7:3-5:2-4:4-5:5-7:3-7:2-4:5-8。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯85-115份、氯丁橡胶45-75份、乙丙橡胶35-85份、端羧基丁腈橡胶8-12份、三元乙丙橡胶3-7份、环氧树脂4-8份、乙酸乙酯2-4份、聚四氢呋喃二醇5-7份、三羟甲基丙烷2-5份、聚丙烯3-7份、乙二醇4-8份、三元胺5-7份、1,4-异氰酸甲酯基环乙烷2-4份、气相白炭黑3-5份、硅酸铝2-7份、硬脂酸3-5份、二硫化钼2-4份、石英粉4-5份、膨润土5-7份、氧化锌3-7份、硫磺2-4份、氧化镁5-8份、增塑剂3-5份、稳定剂2-4份、防老剂4-8份。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的耐热抗拉伸的改性聚氨酯橡胶电缆材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯100份、氯丁橡胶60份、乙丙橡胶60份、端羧基丁腈橡胶10份、三元乙丙橡胶5份、环氧树脂6份、乙酸乙酯3份、聚四氢呋喃二醇6份、三羟甲基丙烷3.5份、聚丙烯5份、乙二醇6份、三元胺6份、1,4-异氰酸甲酯基环乙烷3份、气相白炭黑4份、硅酸铝4.5份、硬脂酸4份、二硫化钼3份、石英粉4.5份、膨润土6份、氧化锌5份、硫磺3份、氧化镁6.5份、增塑剂4份、稳定剂3份、防老剂6份。
