本发明公开了一种汽车橡胶密封条,涉及汽车零部件技术领域,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:硅橡胶45~60份,三元乙丙橡胶20~30份,补强剂5~20份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯3~5份,活性氧化锌5~6份,硬脂酸1~2份,硫化剂2~3份,防老剂2~3份,促进剂0.5~1份,增塑剂1~1.5份,抗氧剂1~2份。本发明解决了汽车橡胶密封条耐热性能不佳的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,尤其是一种汽车橡胶密封条。
背景技术
密封性是衡量汽车整车质量的一个重要指标,密封条是确保密封性能的关键部件,它用于填补汽车组成部件间的缝隙,具有防水、防尘、隔音、减震等作用。汽车密封条按材料品种可分为橡胶密封条和塑料密封条,其中,橡胶密封条弹性好、成本低,目前在汽车密封材料的用量相对较大。以往的汽车橡胶密封条侧重耐老化性、耐磨性能、挤压性能、抗撕裂性能的配方设计,耐热性能则普遍不佳,如果环境温度高,则容易影响密封条的密封性能,甚至提早报废。随着汽车性能的提高,现有的汽车橡胶密封条的耐热性能已经无法满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车橡胶密封条,这种密封条可以解决汽车橡胶密封条耐热性能不佳的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种汽车橡胶密封条由下列重量份数的原料制成:硅橡胶45~60份,三元乙丙橡胶20~30份,补强剂5~20份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯3~5份,活性氧化锌5~6份,硬脂酸1~2份,硫化剂2~3份,防老剂2~3份,促进剂0.5~1份,增塑剂1~1.5份,抗氧剂1~2份。
上述汽车橡胶密封条的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:硅橡胶52份,三元乙丙橡胶26份,补强剂16份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯3.8份,活性氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.6份,硫化剂2.2份,防老剂2.5份,促进剂0.8份,增塑剂1.2份,抗氧剂1.2份。
进一步的,所述硅橡胶为二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基苯基硅橡胶中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述补强剂为气相白炭黑。
进一步的,所述硫化剂为叔丁基过氧缩酮。
进一步的,所述增塑剂为环氧大豆油。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:采用耐热性能极佳的硅橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶作基料,以比表面较高的气相白炭黑做补强剂,采用三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯改进交联结构,提高强度;增塑剂采用环氧大豆油,可以提高密封条的耐热性能;具有极佳的耐高温性能,能在250℃的条件下长期使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例的汽车橡胶密封条由下列重量份数的原料制成:硅橡胶45份,三元乙丙橡胶30份,补强剂20份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯3份,活性氧化锌5份,硬脂酸1份,硫化剂2份,防老剂2份,促进剂0.5份,增塑剂1份,抗氧剂1份;其中,硅橡胶为二甲基硅橡胶,补强剂为气相白炭黑,硫化剂为叔丁基过氧缩酮,增塑剂为环氧大豆油。
按上述重量份数称量原料,将硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、补强剂和三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯在密炼机中进行混炼,混炼温度为78℃;再加入活性氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、促进剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂,加热至155℃,混合均匀,取出后冷却至室温;将得到的混炼胶在在开炼机上开炼,加入硫化剂,混炼均匀后出片,经挤出机挤出,然后再经热空气烘箱硫化定型,即得。
本实施例的汽车橡胶密封条在250℃×168h的条件下进行热老化试验,硬度变化6,拉伸强度变化率11%,拉断伸长率变化率-2.5%。
实施例2
本实施例的汽车橡胶密封条由下列重量份数的原料制成:硅橡胶52份,三元乙丙橡胶26份,补强剂16份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯3.8份,活性氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.6份,硫化剂2.2份,防老剂2.5份,促进剂0.8份,增塑剂1.2份,抗氧剂1.2份;其中,硅橡胶为甲基苯基硅橡胶,补强剂为气相白炭黑,硫化剂为叔丁基过氧缩酮,增塑剂为环氧大豆油。
按上述重量份数称量原料,将硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、补强剂和三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯在密炼机中进行混炼,混炼温度为88℃;再加入活性氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、促进剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂,加热至170℃,混合均匀,取出后冷却至室温;将得到的混炼胶在在开炼机上开炼,加入硫化剂,混炼均匀后出片,经挤出机挤出,然后再经热空气烘箱硫化定型,即得。
本实施例的汽车橡胶密封条在250℃×168h的条件下进行热老化试验,硬度变化5,拉伸强度变化率25%,拉断伸长率变化率-1.2%。
实施例3
本实施例的汽车橡胶密封条由下列重量份数的原料制成:硅橡胶60份,三元乙丙橡胶20份,补强剂5份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯5份,活性氧化锌6份,硬脂酸2份,硫化剂3份,防老剂3份,促进剂1份,增塑剂1.5份,抗氧剂2份;其中,硅橡胶为甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,补强剂为气相白炭黑,硫化剂为叔丁基过氧缩酮,增塑剂为环氧大豆油。
按上述重量份数称量原料,将硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、补强剂和三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯在密炼机中进行混炼,混炼温度为82℃;再加入活性氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、促进剂、增塑剂、抗氧剂,加热至165℃,混合均匀,取出后冷却至室温;将得到的混炼胶在在开炼机上开炼,加入硫化剂,混炼均匀后出片,经挤出机挤出,然后再经热空气烘箱硫化定型,即得。
本实施例的汽车橡胶密封条在250℃×168h的条件下进行热老化试验,硬度变化7,拉伸强度变化率18%,拉断伸长率变化率-2.1%。
Claims (6)
1.一种汽车橡胶密封条,其特征在于由下列重量份数的原料制成:硅橡胶45~60份,三元乙丙橡胶20~30份,补强剂5~20份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯3~5份,活性氧化锌5~6份,硬脂酸1~2份,硫化剂2~3份,防老剂2~3份,促进剂0.5~1份,增塑剂1~1.5份,抗氧剂1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车橡胶密封条,其特征在于由下列重量份数的原料制成:硅橡胶52份,三元乙丙橡胶26份,补强剂16份,三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯3.8份,活性氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.6份,硫化剂2.2份,防老剂2.5份,促进剂0.8份,增塑剂1.2份,抗氧剂1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述硅橡胶为二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基苯基硅橡胶中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述补强剂为气相白炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述硫化剂为叔丁基过氧缩酮。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车橡胶密封条,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为环氧大豆油。
