本发明公开了一种耐火材料,其按重量份比其由以下组分组成:石英砂25~45份;酚醛树脂15~25份;二氧化钴12~14份;石蜡1~5份;硅酸镁6~12份;硫酸铝2~4份;碳酸钡2~4份。本发明提供的耐火材料在高温下性质、性能稳定,耐火性能优异,同时其还具有使用寿命长的特点,有效使用时间明显长于目前市场上的普通耐火材料,因而其具有广阔的市场前景。

本发明涉及耐火材料领域,尤其涉及一种使用寿命长的特种耐火材料。
背景技术
耐火材料广泛应用于钢铁、有色金属、玻璃、水泥、陶瓷、机械、电力等领域,是保证上述产业生产运行和技术发展必不可少的基本材料,在高温工业生产发展中起着不可替代的重要作用。
目前使用的耐火材料不仅种类少,而且现有耐火材料普遍还存在着使用寿命短的问题。
因此,现有技术还需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐火材料,旨在解决目前耐火材料使用寿命短的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐火材料,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成一种耐火材料,其特征在于,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
石英砂25~45份;
酚醛树脂15~25份;
二氧化钴12~14份;
石蜡1~5份;
硅酸镁6~12份;
硫酸铝2~4份;
碳酸钡2~4份。
所述的耐火材料,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
石英砂30份;
酚醛树脂20份;
二氧化钴12份;
石蜡3份;
硅酸镁9份;
硫酸铝3份;
碳酸钡3份。
所述的耐火材料,其中:所述硅酸镁、硫酸铝和碳酸钡的添加量比例为3:1:1。
有益效果:本发明提供一种耐火材料,该耐火材料在高温下性质、性能稳定,耐火性能优异,同时其还具有使用寿命长的特点,有效使用时间明显长于目前市场上的普通耐火材料,因而其具有广阔的市场前景。

硅酸镁6~12份;
硫酸铝2~4份;
碳酸钡2~4份。
其中,优选的是,所述硅酸镁、硫酸铝和碳酸钡的添加量比例为3:1:1。

实施例1
所述的耐火材料,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
石英砂30份;
酚醛树脂20份;
二氧化钴12份;
石蜡3份;
硅酸镁9份;
硫酸铝3份;
碳酸钡3份。
制备:将称取上述原料并混合,300℃烘干,粉磨至比表面积280m/kg,过1mm筛网,制得产品。
实施例2
所述的耐火材料,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
石英砂40份;
酚醛树脂25份;
二氧化钴14份;
石蜡1份;
硅酸镁6份;
硫酸铝2份;
碳酸钡2份。
制备:将称取上述原料并混合,300℃烘干,粉磨至比表面积280m/kg,过1mm筛网,制得产品。
本发明提供一种耐火材料,该耐火材料在高温下性质、性能稳定,耐火性能优异,同时其还具有使用寿命长的特点,有效使用时间明显长于目前市场上的普通耐火材料,因而其具有广阔的市场前景。

3.根据权利要求1所述的耐火材料,其特征在于:所述硅酸镁、硫酸铝和碳酸钡的添加量比例为3:1:1。
