本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐火材料。
背景技术
耐火材料广泛应用于钢铁、有色金属、玻璃、水泥、陶瓷、机械、电力等领域,是保证上述产业生产运行和技术发展必不可少的基本材料,在高温工业生产发展中起着不可替代的重要作用。
目前使用的耐火材料不仅种类少,而且现有耐火材料普遍还存在着使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐火材料,可以解决现有耐火材料寿命短的问题。
本发明的技术方案:一种耐火材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:石英砂20~40份,酚醛树脂10~20份,二氧化钴8~10份,氧化锆5~6份,石蜡1~5份,氧化镁5~6份,硅酸镁3~5份,硅酸钠5~6份,氧化铁3~5份。
前述的一种耐火材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:石英砂40份,酚醛树脂20份,二氧化钴8份,氧化锆6份,石蜡3份,氧化镁5份,硅酸镁4份,硅酸钠5份,氧化铁3份。

本发明的有益效果:在高温下性质、性能稳定,耐火性能优异,同时其还具有使用寿命长的特点,有效使用时间明显长于目前市场上的普通耐火材料,因而其具有广阔的市场前景。
