Abstract

本发明提出一种运输船,其包括:主船体、多个货舱棚以及纵向箱型构件。主船体包括:主甲板、船底和设置在船底上的多个竖直方向的横舱壁。所述横舱壁将所述主船体沿长度方向分隔成多个舱室。各货舱棚均包括棚顶和连接在所述棚顶四周下方的货舱棚侧壁,各货舱棚分别罩设在各舱室的上方,以形成多个封闭的货舱。所述纵向箱型构件为内部中空且沿纵向延伸的长箱体,其沿纵向贯穿各货舱,并位于各货舱宽度方向的中间位置,且所述纵向箱型构件的顶面与其上方的棚顶相间隔,所述纵向箱型构件底面与其下方的船底相间隔。本发明的运输船用纵向箱型构件代替现有技术的中纵舱壁,减轻了重量,且不分隔货舱,方便货舱通风。

本发明涉及运输船,特别涉及运输船的货舱结构。
背景技术
参阅图1至图4,现有运输船大体上包括:主船体1以及多个货舱棚2。主船体1包括:主甲板11、船底12以及设置在船底12上的多个竖直方向的横舱壁13。横舱壁13将主船体1沿长度方向分隔成多个舱室14。各货舱棚2分别罩设在各舱室14的上方,以形成多个封闭的货舱4。货舱内可安置有钢瓶梁系支架8以及多个钢瓶7。
除此之外,现有运输船有设中纵舱壁9和不设中纵舱壁9的区分。
如图1和图2所示,当运输船的货舱4内不设中纵舱壁时,根据强度计算公式强横梁及纵桁的剖面模数SM=4.74cbhl2要求,货舱棚2尺寸较大,具体体现在货舱棚2的棚顶厚度H1较大。且货舱棚2及钢瓶梁系支架8由于横向跨距D1和纵向跨距L1都较大,变形量也较大,稳定性差。
如图3和图4所示,当运输船的货舱4内设中纵舱壁9时,货舱4通过中纵舱壁6支撑货舱棚2,货舱棚2的横向跨距D2要小于图1中的横向跨距D1,但中纵舱壁6的钢材重量较大,而且中纵舱壁6将单个货舱4分隔成左右两个独立货舱,左右货舱需单独考虑通风布置并配备通风设备,增加货舱4强制通风设备功率及通风布置的复杂度。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够既防止自身重量过大又方便通风的运输船。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种运输船,其包括:主船体、多个货舱棚以及纵向箱型构件。主船体包括:主甲板、船底和设置在船底上的多个竖直方向的横舱壁。所述横舱壁将所述主船体沿长度方向分隔成多个舱室。各货舱棚均包括棚顶和连接在所述棚顶四周下方的货舱棚侧壁,各货舱棚分别罩设在各舱室的上方,以形成多个封闭的货舱。所述纵向箱型构件为内部中空且沿纵向延伸的长箱体,其沿纵向贯穿各货舱,并位于各货舱宽度方向的中间位置,且所述纵向箱型构件的顶面与其上方的棚顶相间隔,所述纵向箱型构件底面与其下方的船底相间隔。
在一优选方案中,所述纵向箱型构件的顶面与所述主甲板的上表面平齐。
在一优选方案中,所述纵向箱型构件包括:箱体以及多个支撑板。所述箱体具有沿纵向延伸的四箱体侧壁,所述四箱体侧壁围出所述箱体内的空间。每个支撑板立设于所述箱体内并与所述四箱体侧壁相固定,所述多个支撑板沿纵向间隔设置,所述多个支撑板将所述箱体内的空间分隔成若干空间单元。
在一优选方案中,所述支撑板内开设有人孔。
在一优选方案中,所述运输船还包括下支撑柱,所述下支撑柱垂直连接在所述纵向箱型构件与所述船底之间。
在一优选方案中,所述运输船还包括上支撑柱,所述上支撑柱垂直连接在所述纵向箱型构件与所述货舱棚的棚顶之间,所述上支撑柱与所述下支撑柱在同一竖直方向上。
在一优选方案中,所述横舱壁包括:横向设置的舱壁板和垂直连接在舱壁板上的横舱壁垂直桁,所述横舱壁垂直桁的下端与所述船底相连,上端与所述纵向箱型构件的底面相连。
在一优选方案中,所述货舱棚侧壁包括:两横向设置的货舱棚横侧壁和两纵向设置的货舱棚纵侧壁,所述货舱棚横侧壁包括:货舱棚横侧壁板和垂直连接在货舱棚横侧壁板上的货舱棚垂直桁,所述货舱棚横侧壁板与所述舱壁板连成一体,所述货舱棚垂直桁的下端与所述纵向箱型构件的顶面相连,上端与所述棚顶相连。
在一优选方案中,相邻两货舱棚之间具有通道。
在一优选方案中,所述运输船为压缩天然气运输船。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明积极效果在于:
1、本发明运输船用纵向箱型构件代替现有技术的中纵舱壁,减轻了重量,且不分隔货舱,方便货舱通风;
2、本发明的纵向箱型构件有效地缩短了货舱棚的横向跨距,一方面提高了货舱棚的稳定性及结构强度,另一方面也使得货舱棚的棚顶厚度可相应的减小,降低了货舱棚的制造成本,从而保重稳定性及结构强度;
3、本发明的货舱内设有上、下支撑柱从而缩短了货舱的纵向跨距,从而有利于货舱的稳定。

参阅图5至图8,本实施例一种运输船,其可应用为压缩天然气运输船(简称为CNG运输船),其包括:主船体1、多个货舱棚2、纵向箱型构件3、多个下支撑柱5以及多个上支撑柱6。
主船体1包括:主甲板11、船底12以及设置在船底12上的多个竖直方向的横舱壁13。横舱壁13将主船体1沿长度方向分隔成多个舱室14。横舱壁13包括:横向设置的舱壁板131和垂直连接在舱壁板131上的横舱壁垂直桁132,横舱壁垂直桁132的下端与船底12相连,上端与纵向箱型构件3的底面相连。
各货舱棚2均包括棚顶21和连接在棚顶21四周下方的货舱棚侧壁。各货舱棚2分别罩设在各舱室14的上方,以形成多个封闭的货舱4。相邻两货舱棚2之间具有通道24。货舱棚侧壁包括:两横向设置的货舱棚横侧壁22和两纵向设置的货舱棚纵侧壁23,货舱棚横侧壁22包括:货舱棚横侧壁板221和垂直连接在货舱棚横侧壁板221上的货舱棚垂直桁222,货舱棚横侧壁板221与舱壁板131连成一体,货舱棚垂直桁222的下端与纵向箱型构件3的顶面相连,上端与棚顶21相连。
继续参阅图5和图7,纵向箱型构件3为内部中空且沿纵向延伸的长箱体,其沿纵向贯穿各货舱4,并位于各货舱4宽度方向的中间位置,且纵向箱型构件3的顶面与其上方的棚顶21相间隔,纵向箱型构件3底面与其下方的船底12相间隔,并优选使纵向箱型构件3的顶面与主甲板11的上表面平齐。结合图8参阅,纵向箱型构件3包括:箱体31以及多个支撑板32。箱体31具有沿纵向延伸的四箱体侧壁311,四箱体侧壁311围出箱体31内的空间。每个支撑板32立设于箱体31内并与箱体31的四箱体侧壁311相固定,多个支撑板32沿纵向间隔设置,多个支撑板32将箱体31内的空间分隔成若干空间单元。支撑板32内开设有人孔321。
下支撑柱5垂直连接在纵向箱型构件3与船底12之间。上支撑柱6垂直连接在纵向箱型构件3与货舱棚2的棚顶21之间,上支撑柱6与下支撑柱5在同一竖直方向上。各个舱室14内均设有一个下支撑柱5,每个下支撑柱5的上方均设有一个上支撑柱6。
参阅6和图7,货舱4内可安置有钢瓶梁系支架8以及多个钢瓶7。由于货舱4内设置有纵向箱型构件3,图6中货舱棚2及钢瓶梁系支架8的横向跨距D3明显地小于图1中横向跨距D1,也即是,纵向箱型构件3能有效地缩短了货舱棚2以及钢瓶梁系支架8的横向跨距,从而一方面提高了货舱棚2的稳定性及结构强度,另一方面也使得货舱棚2的棚顶21厚度H3可相应的减小(H3<H1),降低了货舱棚2的制造成本,进而保重稳定性及结构强度。
继续图7,由于货舱4内设有上支撑柱6和下支撑柱5,图7中货舱4的纵向跨距L3明显地小于图2中的纵向跨距L1,也即是,货舱4内的支撑柱6和下支撑柱5能有效地缩短了货舱4的纵向跨距,从而有利于货舱4的稳定。
参阅下表一,纵向箱型构件的外表面的宽度B与货舱宽度的比值范围约为0.035~0.075;纵向箱型构件的外表面的高度H与货舱高度的比值范围约为0.1~0.15。根据材料力学,相对于工字型构件、槽型构件和角钢型构件,呈对称封闭的纵向箱型构件两个方向(z表示为竖直方向、y表示为纵向方向)的惯性矩及抗弯截面模数都比较大且由表一中公式计算得,采用纵向箱型构件作为货舱内上、下支撑柱中间的钢性支撑结构(竖直方向)、钢瓶梁系支架中间的钢性支撑结构(纵向方向)极为有利。另外,根据结构力学原理,纵向箱型构件呈对称形封闭结构,对称形封闭结构的优点如下:
a.在同等重量下,对称形封闭结构的材料利用率最高;
b.对称形封闭结构的形心和作用中心一致,避免了产生附加力矩而减弱结构抗弯能力;
c.对称形封闭结构剖面上下缘的抗弯截面模数一致,最大限度利用材料特性;
d.对称形封闭结构提高了构件的抗扭能力。

此外,对本实施例的运输船进行有限元分析得:本实施例的运输船在较小尺寸的纵向箱型构件的支撑下满足强度计算要求,在保重稳定性及结构强度的同时,减轻重量,不需要中纵舱壁分隔货舱,方便货舱通风。

纵向箱型构件,为内部中空且沿纵向延伸的长箱体,其沿纵向贯穿各货舱,并位于各货舱宽度方向的中间位置,且所述纵向箱型构件的顶面与其上方的棚顶相间隔,所述纵向箱型构件底面与其下方的船底相间隔。
2.如权利要求1所述的运输船,其特征在于,所述纵向箱型构件的顶面与所述主甲板的上表面平齐。
3.如权利要求2所述的运输船,其特征在于,所述纵向箱型构件包括:
箱体,具有沿纵向延伸的四箱体侧壁,所述四箱体侧壁围出所述箱体内的空间;以及,
多个支撑板,每个支撑板立设于所述箱体内并与所述四箱体侧壁相固定,所述多个支撑板沿纵向间隔设置,所述多个支撑板将所述箱体内的空间分隔成若干空间单元。
4.如权利要求3所述的运输船,其特征在于,所述支撑板内开设有人孔。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的运输船,其特征在于,还包括下支撑柱,所述下支撑柱垂直连接在所述纵向箱型构件与所述船底之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的运输船,其特征在于,还包括上支撑柱,所述上支撑柱垂直连接在所述纵向箱型构件与所述货舱棚的棚顶之间,所述上支撑柱与所述下支撑柱在同一竖直方向上。
