Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车空调风道系统,由于现有技术的汽车空调风道系统产生的是横向气流,与热气上升冷气下降的自然规律相扰,不利于节能降噪和分区控制温度。现有技术中的方向盘加热,座椅加热及通风以及后窗电加热等装置,都额外增加电池负荷和设备成本。本发明取消现有技术中的所有空调气流进出口。在车顶部增设大面积的空调气流进出口区域1,车底部增设大面积的空调气流进出口区域2,并可分区域上下联动调节流量流向,从而在对应区域形成自上而下的冷气流,或者是自下而上的暖气流。本发明在方向盘、座椅、挡把、车窗及扶手等处设置气孔,替代现有技术中的方向盘加热,座椅加热及通风以及后窗电加热除霜装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车空调风道系统。
背景技术
由于现有技术的汽车空调风道系统产生的是横向气流,与热气上升冷气下降的自然规律相扰,不利于节能降噪和分区控制温度。现有技术中的方向盘加热,后窗加热、座椅加热及通风装置,增加电池负荷和设备成本。
本发明就是针对上述问题,提出的改进方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足,改变车内空调气流进出口的位置及形状。使车内气流轨迹顺应热气自然上升,冷气自然下降的自然规律。在车内形成自上而下静稳流动的冷气流,或者是自下而上静稳流动的暖气流。
本发明的技术方案为:
取消现有技术中的所有空调气流进出口。在车顶部和车底部,增设大面积的空调气流进出口区域,并可联动调节上下进出口区域的流量流向,从而形成自上而下静稳流动的冷气流,或者是自下而上静稳流动的暖气流。
替代现有技术中的方向盘加热,座椅加热及通风以及后窗电加热除霜装置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,车内空调气流进出口的位置及形状分为,顶部气流进出口区域1,和底部气流进出口区域2。
当开放冷气时,冷气流从顶部出口大面积均匀散发到车内,由于冷空气比重大,所以会自然下沉,同时在底部气流出口区域2的负压作用下,车内热气迅速排出车厢。气流自上而下静稳流动可减少车内扰动,并快速过滤空气粉尘。
当开放暖气时,暖气流从底部出口大面积均匀散发到车内,由于暖空气比重小,所以会自然上升,同时在顶部气流出口区域1的负压作用下,车内冷气迅速排出车厢。气流自下而上静稳流动可减少车内扰动,并快速过滤空气粉尘。
如图2所示,将车内分成若干垂直区域,通过联动调控顶部和底部区域的流量和流向,即可实现分区控温。在方向盘、座椅、挡把及扶手等部位设置气孔,即可双向调节冷热舒适度。在车窗玻璃上下部位设置对流气孔,即可快速除霜。

1.一种使气流顺势静稳循环的汽车空调风道系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的使气流顺势静稳循环的汽车空调风道系统,其特征是,取消现有技术中的所有空调气流进出口。在车顶部和车底部,增设多个大面积的空调气流进出口区域。
3.在方向盘、座椅、挡把及扶手等部位设置气孔,替代现有技术中的方向盘加热,座椅加热及通风以及后窗电加热除霜装置。
