本发明涉及钢丝拉拔皂粉净化技术领域,特别是一种皂粉净化装置,包括机架和皂粉供料系统,所述机架上固定有电磁线圈,皂粉供料系统设置在电磁线圈上方,所述皂粉供料系统内装有粗滤筛网;所述皂粉供料系统下方连接有穿过电磁线圈的通道,所述通道内固定有导磁滤网;所述通道外侧固定有振动支架,所述振动支架上连接有振动器;所述通道下端分叉连接有排屑口和排皂粉口,所述排屑口与排皂粉口之间设置有分料机构。采用上述结构后,本发明的皂粉净化装置可以有效地将皂粉中的铁屑、大颗粒杂质去掉,这样可以重复利用皂粉,既降低了成本,又可以提高钢丝拉拔质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢丝拉拔皂粉净化技术领域,特别是一种皂粉净化装置。
背景技术
在钢丝拉拔领域,对于直径在1.0-5.5毫米的钢丝通常采用干拉的方式,在钢丝拉拔过程中为了防止钢丝划伤模具,需要在钢丝进入模盒之前在钢丝表面附着一层皂粉作为拉拔介质,用于润滑。随着拉拔过程的进行,钢丝在前一道次的拉拔过程中造成的铁屑会带入下一道次的皂粉盒中,随着铁屑的积累,会导致铁屑跟随皂粉进入模具,加剧了模具的磨损并造成模具的报废和钢丝表面不良率的提升。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种有效去除皂粉中铁屑、大颗粒杂质的皂粉净化装置。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明的皂粉净化装置包括机架和皂粉供料系统,所述机架上固定有电磁线圈,皂粉供料系统设置在电磁线圈上方,所述皂粉供料系统内装有粗滤筛网;所述皂粉供料系统下方连接有穿过电磁线圈的通道,所述通道内固定有导磁滤网;所述通道外侧固定有振动支架,所述振动支架上连接有振动器;所述通道下端分叉连接有排屑口和排皂粉口,所述排屑口与排皂粉口之间设置有分料机构。
进一步的,所述分料机构包括分料翻板和分料驱动电机,所述分料翻板与分料驱动电机输出轴传动连接,所述分料翻板和分料驱动电机设置在排屑口和排皂粉口的连接处;所述排屑口和排皂粉口设置在分料翻板两侧。
进一步的,所述电磁线圈上设置有冷却系统,所述冷却系统包括冷却油管和冷却油泵,所述冷却油泵通过冷却油管与电磁线圈相连。
更进一步的,所述皂粉供料系统通过支撑弹簧悬挂在电磁线圈上。
进一步的,所述通道下端通过软管与排屑口和排皂粉口相连接。
采用上述结构后,本发明的皂粉净化装置可以有效地将皂粉中的铁屑、大颗粒杂质去掉,这样可以重复利用皂粉,既降低了成本,又可以提高钢丝拉拔质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的皂粉净化装置,包括机架15和皂粉供料系统1,皂粉供料系统1用来放置含有铁屑、大颗粒杂质的皂粉。所述机架15上固定有电磁线圈4,皂粉供料系统1设置在电磁线圈4上方,所述皂粉供料系统1通过支撑弹簧3悬挂在电磁线圈4上。所述皂粉供料系统1内装有粗滤筛网2,这样可以通过粗滤筛网2过滤皂粉内的大颗粒杂质。所述皂粉供料系统1下方连接有穿过电磁线圈的通道,所述通道内固定有导磁滤网5。为了加快皂粉下落,有效去除皂粉中的铁屑,提升净化效果,所述通道外侧固定有振动支架14,所述振动支架14上连接有振动器8。所述通道下端分叉连接有排屑口11和排皂粉口12,所述排屑口11与排皂粉口12之间设置有分料机构。
进一步的,所述分料机构包括分料翻板9和分料驱动电机10,所述分料翻板9与分料驱动电机10输出轴传动连接,所述分料翻板9和分料驱动电机10设置在排屑口11和排皂粉口12的连接处;所述排屑口11和排皂粉口12设置在分料翻板9两侧。
进一步的,为了有效的给电磁线圈降温,所述电磁线圈4上设置有冷却系统,所述冷却系统包括冷却油管6和冷却油泵7,所述冷却油泵7通过冷却油管6与电磁线圈4相连。
进一步的,所述通道下端通过软管13与排屑口11和排皂粉口12相连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:电磁线圈4通电,冷却油泵7通过冷却油管6循环冷却油为线圈降温。皂粉加入皂粉供料系统1,振动器8通电开始振动,振动支架14、皂粉供料系统1、粗滤筛网2及导磁滤网5在支撑弹簧3及振动器8的作用下开始振动,分料翻板9在分料驱动电机10的作用下反转到排屑口11一侧,堵住排屑口11。加入的皂粉在振动及重力的作用下通过粗滤筛网2,大颗粒的杂质被过滤掉,通过的皂粉进入导磁滤网5,在振动的作用下皂粉中的铁屑被吸附在导磁滤网5上,皂粉通过导磁滤网5后在分料翻板9的阻挡下从排皂粉口12排出。等所有的皂粉排出后,分料翻板9在分料驱动电机10的作用下反转到排皂粉口12一侧,堵住排皂粉口12。此时电磁线圈4失电,导磁滤网5失去磁性,振动器8持续振动,吸附在导磁滤网5上的铁屑在振动及重力的作用通过排屑口11排出。振动器8停止工作,分料翻板9在分料驱动电机10的作用下反转到排屑口11一侧,冷却油泵7停止工作,皂粉净化装置等待进入下一个循环。

1.一种皂粉净化装置,包括机架和皂粉供料系统,其特征在于:所述机架上固定有电磁线圈,皂粉供料系统设置在电磁线圈上方,所述皂粉供料系统内装有粗滤筛网;所述皂粉供料系统下方连接有穿过电磁线圈的通道,所述通道内固定有导磁滤网;所述通道外侧固定有振动支架,所述振动支架上连接有振动器;所述通道下端分叉连接有排屑口和排皂粉口,所述排屑口与排皂粉口之间设置有分料机构。
2.按照权利要求1所述的皂粉净化装置,其特征在于:所述分料机构包括分料翻板和分料驱动电机,所述分料翻板与分料驱动电机输出轴传动连接,所述分料翻板和分料驱动电机设置在排屑口和排皂粉口的连接处;所述排屑口和排皂粉口设置在分料翻板两侧。
3.按照权利要求1所述的皂粉净化装置,其特征在于:所述电磁线圈上设置有冷却系统,所述冷却系统包括冷却油管和冷却油泵,所述冷却油泵通过冷却油管与电磁线圈相连。
4.按照权利要求1所述的皂粉净化装置,其特征在于:所述皂粉供料系统通过支撑弹簧悬挂在电磁线圈上。
5.按照权利要求1所述的皂粉净化装置,其特征在于:所述通道下端通过软管与排屑口和排皂粉口相连接。
