背景技术
淡色库蚊主要孳生于人居附近污染的积水中。幼虫也可以在缸罐等容器受污染的积水中生长,但不能在室内干净的贮水中孳生。城市里的污水池、臭水沟、化粪池、雨水井积水、下水道积水、浇花用的肥水缸、建筑工地坑洼积水是这两种蚊虫的重要孳生场所。
冬季虽然也能找到幼虫,但它主要以成蚊越冬,冬季成蚊处于静止状态。当气温下降时雌蚊蛰伏在住房、地窖、防空洞以及草丛等处,天气转暖时,它们仍可以飞出吸血。淡色库蚊分布偏北,幼虫出现的季节随纬度升高而推迟,例如上海幼虫出现在3月,济南出现在4月,银川出现在5月以后。它以成蚊越冬,越冬淡色库蚊在冬季大批自然死亡。主要越冬场所有地窖、防空洞、地下室、花房、暖气沟等。在越冬期间气温上升也不飞出吸血,直到第二年春天才飞出吸血产卵,形成当年新一代。
淡色库蚊已被证实为我国北方地区斑氏丝虫的主要媒介,感染率可达50%。也可感染马来丝虫,但感染率较低。目前,防治淡色库蚊主要采取化学防治法,但由于长期大剂量使用杀虫剂,且化学杀虫剂之间存在增效、联合和拮抗作用,化学杀虫剂相互作用,使淡色库蚊具有较高的抗药性,且抗药性日益增强,故现有杀虫剂仍具有极大的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的淡色库蚊对多数杀虫剂具有极高抗药性的不足,提供一种淡色库蚊对其具有敏感抗药性的防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂。
一种防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂,特殊之处在于由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:N-十二烷基吡咯烷酮18-24份,L-环戊基甘氨酸33-39份,(R)-3-吡咯烷醇14-18份,4,4-二甲基-1-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮3-9份,3-甲基丙酮酸5-11份,5-乙基-1,3-二恶烷-5-甲醇41-47份,(S)-(+)-5-羟甲基-2-吡咯烷酮52-58份,(S)-5-(1-羟基-4-氧代-2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-基)-3-甲基-(2Z,4E)-戊二烯酸24-30份,甲氧基乙醛缩二甲醇36-42份。
优选地,采用以下重量份配比的原料制备的防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂具有更好的杀虫效果:N-十二烷基吡咯烷酮21份,L-环戊基甘氨酸33份,(R)-3-吡咯烷醇18份,4,4-二甲基-1-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮6份,3-甲基丙酮酸5份,5-乙基-1,3-二恶烷-5-甲醇47份,(S)-(+)-5-羟甲基-2-吡咯烷酮55份,(S)-5-(1-羟基-4-氧代-2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-基)-3-甲基-(2Z,4E)-戊二烯酸24份,甲氧基乙醛缩二甲醇42份。

本发明的制备方法:在反应锅中按比例加入蒸馏水,加热反应锅内温度升至65℃--80℃时,加入N-十二烷基吡咯烷酮、L-环戊基甘氨酸、(R)-3-吡咯烷醇,并经1小时搅拌,随后降温至50℃,加入4,4-二甲基-1-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮、3-甲基丙酮酸、5-乙基-1,3-二恶烷-5-甲醇、(S)-(+)-5-羟甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,搅拌30分钟,再降温至40℃,加入(S)-5-(1-羟基-4-氧代-2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-基)-3-甲基-(2Z,4E)-戊二烯酸、甲氧基乙醛缩二甲醇,继续搅拌30分钟,获得成品。

1.药剂:实施例1-6所得防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂;丙酮为分析纯。
2.试虫:淡色库蚊野外种群于城郊结合部池塘、污水沟中采集,携至实验室饲养至F1代测试。
3.具体测试步骤:
以Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫为试验对象,用丙酮将原药稀释,将待测药剂配置5~7个系列浓度,在250mL的烧杯(或白瓷碗等)中加入200mL脱氯自来水和0.5mL相应浓度的药液,加人2O~30头试虫,24h后查看结果并记录各处理浓度剂量下的死亡数。以200mI脱氯水为对照,每个浓度梯度重复3次,对照死亡率应<2O,否则试验视为无效。实验室和恢复室温度为(25±1)℃、相对湿度为60~70。
4.死亡判断标准:用锐器触动淡色库蚊幼虫的呼吸管,不能动或震颤即视为死亡。
5.统计方法:利用DPS软件计算生物测定结果的LC50值,并计算抗性系数。抗药性等级判定:抗性系数≤2,为敏感;2<抗性系数≤1O,为低度抗药性;1O<抗性系数≤2O,为中度抗药性;抗性系数>20,为高度抗药性。
野外采集淡色库蚊对实施例1-6所得防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂的LC50分别为1.4、1.2、1.5、1.0、0.7、0.9μg/L,抗性系数分别为0.27、0.25、0.28、0.23、0.15、0.21。淡色库蚊对实施例1-6所得防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂均敏感。具体见下表。

由上表对比可知,本发明防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂抗性系数较低,且均小于0.30,其值远小于2,故淡色库蚊对本发明杀虫剂具有较高的敏感性,利于高效杀灭淡色库蚊,淡色库蚊消除效果好。

Claims (4)

1.一种防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂,其特征在于由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:N-十二烷基吡咯烷酮18-24份,L-环戊基甘氨酸33-39份,(R)-3-吡咯烷醇14-18份,4,4-二甲基-1-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮3-9份,3-甲基丙酮酸5-11份,5-乙基-1,3-二恶烷-5-甲醇41-47份,(S)-(+)-5-羟甲基-2-吡咯烷酮52-58份,(S)-5-(1-羟基-4-氧代-2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-基)-3-甲基-(2Z,4E)-戊二烯酸24-30份,甲氧基乙醛缩二甲醇36-42份。
2.如权利要求1所述防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂,其特征在于原料重量份配比为:N-十二烷基吡咯烷酮21份,L-环戊基甘氨酸33份,(R)-3-吡咯烷醇18份,4,4-二甲基-1-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮6份,3-甲基丙酮酸5份,5-乙基-1,3-二恶烷-5-甲醇47份,(S)-(+)-5-羟甲基-2-吡咯烷酮55份,(S)-5-(1-羟基-4-氧代-2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-基)-3-甲基-(2Z,4E)-戊二烯酸24份,甲氧基乙醛缩二甲醇42份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂,其特征在于还包括以下重量份配比的原料:2-(氯甲基)丙烯酸甲酯20-26份,三羟甲基氨基甲烷盐酸盐6-12份,3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇乙酸酯28-34份。
4.如权利要求3所述防治淡色库蚊用杀虫剂,其特征在于原料重量份配比为:2-(氯甲基)丙烯酸甲酯23份,三羟甲基氨基甲烷盐酸盐6份,3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇乙酸酯34份。
