背景技术
近来,车辆装配有位于用于显示电子装置控制菜单的触摸屏中的显示器。触摸屏具有用户界面(UI)以识别手指的输入等。输入可以是手指的直接接触或非接触输入,如悬浮。
然而,显示电子装置控制菜单的触摸屏不显示输入。因此,选择控制菜单可能不直观,因此降低了用户操作电子装置的便利性。而且,当驾驶员边驾驶边操作控制菜单时,不能精确识别输入的用户界面可影响驾驶安全。

在整个说明书和所附权利要求中,“悬浮”是指由诸如用户手指或触控笔的输入正在识别的触摸接近显示装置。当诸如手指或触控笔的输入接触显示装置表面时,触摸被识别,该识别的触摸称为“表面触摸”,与悬浮不同。表面触摸可由包括在显示装置内的触摸传感器检测。触摸传感器配置成将施加到预定点的压力或在预定点产生的电容变化转化为电输入信号。

根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的设备可以被提供在车辆中的音频视频导航(AVN)系统或中央仪表板上。
如图1所示,根据本发明概念示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的设备包括触摸屏10、传感器20、驱动器30、存储器40以及控制器50。图1的构成元件不是必要元件,且因此,根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的设备可包括的构成元件比图1所示的构成元件更多或更少。
触摸屏10包括具有触摸板和显示模块的层状结构。
触摸板可以是电阻性触摸板、电容性触摸板、红外触摸板、电磁感应触摸板、超声触摸板等。触摸屏10可检测输入15的接近、后退、移动和接触。此外,触摸屏10可产生对应于输入15检测的信号并传输该信号到控制器50。
显示模块可显示由控制器50处理的信息。因此,触摸屏10可通过显示模块显示用户界面的一个或多个对象,该用户界面包括与各种功能关联的菜单。
输入15是由用户例如手指或触控笔控制的用户输入装置。
传感器20可包括电容性触摸传感器、阻抗触摸传感器、压力传感器和接近传感器中的至少一个。因此,传感器20可检测输入15的触摸或接近,并传输检测信号到控制器50。
驱动器30可从控制器50接收各种控制信号以控制车辆的各种电子装置,如空气调节器、导航装置、以及多媒体装置。
存储器40可包括操作控制器50的程序和由控制器50处理的各种数据。此外,存储器40可存储与触摸屏10上显示的一个或多个对象关联的数据。
例如,存储器40可存储用于显示用户界面的一个或多个对象的图形数据、一个或多个对象之间的连接信息以及用户界面的设置信息。
控制器50允许输入15悬浮在触摸屏10上,并基于悬浮输入15的位置在触摸屏10上提供照明效果。这里,控制器50可在触摸屏10上的特定区域提供具有半透明圆形的光照效果。
当悬浮输入15的位置移动时,控制器50可在触摸屏10的移动区域提供光照效果。在移动后,控制器50可提供光照效果,其亮度、色度以及透明度在起始点和终点之间是不同的。
此外,控制器50可根据悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离来改变光照效果的面积。这里,光照效果的面积可与悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离成反比。
当悬浮输入15与一个或多个显示的对象相互作用时,控制器50可根据悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离来改变一个或多个显示的对象的面积。这里,一个或多个显示的对象的面积可与悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离成反比。
控制器50可实施为由预定程序操作的至少一个微处理器,且该预定程序可被编程以便执行根据本发明概念示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的方法的每个步骤。
本文所描述的各种实施例可在记录介质内实施,该记录介质可由计算机或类似装置利用例如软件、硬件或其组合来读取。
根据硬件实施,本文所描述的实施例可利用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理装置(DSPD)、可编程逻辑装置(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、处理器、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、设计用于执行任何其它功能的电子单元中至少一个来实施。
根据软件实施,诸如本实施例中描述的过程和功能的实施例可由独立软件模块实施。每个软件模块可执行本发明描述的一个或多个功能和操作。软件代码可由以适当程序语言编写的软件应用程序来实施。
下面,参考附图具体描述根据本发明示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的方法。
图2是示出根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的方法的流程图。
如图2所示,根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的方法包括:在步骤S100中在触摸屏10上显示包括一个或多个对象的用户界面。
在步骤S100当用户界面显示在触摸屏10上时,在步骤S110传感器20检测输入15的接近。输入15是否接近触摸屏10可由触摸屏10和输入15之间的距离确定。
在步骤S110当输入15接近触摸屏10时,在步骤S120控制器50允许输入15悬浮在触摸屏10上。悬浮识别距离可根据用户操作来改变。例如,在夜间的悬浮识别距离可比在白天的悬浮识别距离长,以便易于在夜间识别输入15的接近。
在步骤S120当输入15悬浮时,在步骤S130控制器50基于悬浮输入15的位置在触摸屏10上的特定区域提供光照效果。
图3是示出根据本发明概念的另一示例性实施例的提供用户界面的方法的流程图。
根据本发明概念的另一示例性实施例的提供用户界面的方法包括车辆的图像显示装置和便携式终端。
在本说明书中,车辆的图像显示装置可包括输出图像如TV的整个显示装置和音频视频导航AVN系统。
此外,在本说明书中,便携式终端可包括能执行连接到图像显示装置的数据通信的整个终端,诸如移动电话、智能电话、个人数字助理(PDA)以及便携式多媒体播放器(PMP)。
图像显示装置通过有线或无线连接到便携式终端并执行交互数据通信。即,图像显示装置和便携式终端配置成传输和接收数据。
用于连接图像显示装置和便携式终端的方法可使用各种技术,如通用串行总线(USB)、无线LAN、无线宽带、蓝牙和红外数据交互。
车辆的图像显示装置可通过数据通信与便携式终端共享屏幕。即,图像显示装置可接收便携式终端的屏幕信息并在其屏幕上输出该信息。因此,用户可从两个装置上看到相同的屏幕。
在两个装置之间共享相同的屏幕被称为镜像。镜像可通过提供屏幕信息的源装置和输出相同屏幕信息的接收装置(sinkdevice)实现。即,镜像可在接收装置显示源装置的屏幕。
如图3所示,根据本发明概念的另一示例性实施例的用于提供用户界面的方法包括:在步骤S200确定是否请求便携式终端的镜像。
在步骤S200当请求便携式终端的镜像时,在步骤S210控制器50输出便携式终端的显示信息到车辆屏幕。
同时,在步骤S220,控制器50接收输入15到便携式终端的位置信息。
在步骤S220当输入15到便携式终端的位置信息被输入时,在步骤S230,控制器50基于输入15到便携式终端的位置信息,在车辆屏幕上的特定区域提供光照效果。
即,控制器50可生成输入15的位置坐标和包括便携式终端的镜像屏幕的大小信息的边界坐标,然后控制器50可在对应于输入15的位置坐标的特定区域提供光照效果。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的基于悬浮输入位置的光照效果的状态。
图4是示出根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的触摸屏上悬浮输入的光照效果的示图。
如图4所示,根据本发明概念的示例性实施例,用户手指在触摸屏10上的悬浮位置和路径可被提供为光照效果,因此改善用户的识别。光照效果可具有半透明圆形。此外,光照效果的色彩可根据触摸屏10上显示的对象的色彩而改变。
图5是示出根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的光照效果的面积改变的示图。
如图5所示,根据本发明概念的示例性实施例,光照效果的面积可根据悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离改变。光照效果的面积可与悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离成反比的方式改变。即,该面积可随着悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离变短而变大。
图6是示出根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的显示的对象的面积改变的示图。
如图6所示,根据本发明概念的示例性实施例,当悬浮输入15与显示的对象相互作用时,显示的对象的面积可根据悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离改变。显示的对象的面积能以与悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离成反比的方式改变。即,显示的对象的面积可随着悬浮输入15和触摸屏10之间的距离变短而变大。
图7是示出根据本发明概念的示例性实施例的镜像期间的光照效果的示图。
如图7所示,根据本发明概念的示例性实施例,基于输入15到终端的位置信息,光照效果能以镜像状态被提供在车辆的图像显示装置。
如上所述,根据本发明概念的示例性实施例,包括触摸屏的显示器的可识别性和可见性可被改善,使得用户可易于操作显示器的用户界面。此外,通过改善可识别性同时操作便携终端的镜像的显示器,用户可快速并准确地操作显示器的用户界面。
虽然上面结合当前被认为是实用的示例性实施例描述了本发明,但应该理解,本发明不限于所公开的实施例。相反,本发明旨在涵盖包括在所附权利要求的精神和范畴内的各种修改和等价结构。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于提供用户界面的设备,其包括:
触摸屏,其显示一个或多个对象并由传感器检测输入的接近或触摸;以及
控制器,其配置成确定接近所述触摸屏的输入为悬浮在所述触摸屏上,并基于所述悬浮输入的位置在触摸屏上提供光照效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述控制器在所述触摸屏上特定区域提供具有半透明圆形的光照效果。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中当所述悬浮输入的位置移动时,所述控制器在所述触摸屏的移动区域提供光照效果。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述控制器根据所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离来改变光照效果的面积。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中所述控制器以与所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离成反比的方式来改变光照效果的面积。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中当所述悬浮输入与所述一个或多个显示的对象相互作用时,所述控制器根据所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离来改变所述一个或多个显示的对象的面积。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其中所述控制器以与所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离成反比的方式来改变所述一个或多个显示的对象的面积。
8.一种提供用户界面的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
由控制器在触摸屏上显示包括一个或多个对象的用户界面;
由所述控制器确定接近所述触摸屏的输入为悬浮在所述触摸屏上;以及
基于所述悬浮输入的位置,由所述控制器在所述触摸屏上的特定区域提供光照效果。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述光照效果具有半透明圆形。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述提供光照效果的步骤包括:
当所述悬浮输入的位置移动时,在移动的区域提供光照效果。
11.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中提供所述光照效果的步骤包括:
根据所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离来改变所述光照效果的面积。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述光照效果的面积以与所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离成反比的方式改变。
13.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中提供所述光照效果的步骤包括:
确定所述悬浮输入是否与所述一个或多个显示的对象相互作用;以及
当所述悬浮输入与所述一个或多个显示的对象相互作用时,根据所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离,改变所述一个或多个显示的对象的面积。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述一个或多个显示的对象的面积以与所述悬浮输入和触摸屏之间的距离成反比的方式改变。
15.一种提供用户界面的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
当所述终端的镜像被请求时,由控制器将终端的显示信息输出到车辆屏幕;
由控制器将输入的位置信息传输到所述终端;以及
由控制器基于所述终端的位置信息在所述屏幕上的特定区域提供光照效果。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述提供光照效果的步骤包括:
生成所述输入的位置坐标和包括所述终端的镜像屏幕的大小信息的边界坐标;以及
在对应于所述输入的位置坐标的特定区域提供光照效果。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述光照效果具有半透明圆形。
18.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中所述在特定区域提供光照效果的步骤包括:
当所述输入的位置坐标移动时,在移动的区域提供光照效果。
