Abstract
本发明提供一种抗老化三元催化器,包括催化器主管,所述催化器主管的前端连接进气管,后端连接出气管;所述催化器主管内设有圆柱状的催化剂支架,该催化剂支架内部结构呈蜂窝状,催化剂支架上镀制有三元催化剂;所述催化剂支架的前端设有一个与催化剂主管同轴的汽轮,所述汽轮可在汽车尾气的推动下旋转。该三元催化器可以抑制催化剂支架所处的环境温度,从而抑制其烧结老化,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气处理设备领域,特别地,是一种三元催化器。
背景技术
由于汽车汽油燃烧后,产生大量有害气体,主要包括一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化物;为此,一般都需要采用三元催化器对该种混合有害气体进行处理,使其生成二氧化碳和水,再排放入大气。由于汽车尾气的温度较高,在行驶过程中,催化剂支架长时间处于高温状态下,极易造成高温烧结现象,使催化剂支架内部较多的烧结点,从而快速老化报废。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗老化三元催化器,该三元催化器可以抑制催化剂支架所处的环境温度,从而抑制其烧结老化,延长使用寿命。
本发明实现技术目的所采用的技术方案是:该抗老化三元催化器包括催化器主管,所述催化器主管的前端连接进气管,后端连接出气管;所述催化器主管内设有圆柱状的催化剂支架,该催化剂支架内部结构呈蜂窝状,催化剂支架上镀制有三元催化剂;所述催化剂支架的前端设有一个与催化剂主管同轴的汽轮,所述汽轮可在汽车尾气的推动下旋转。
作为优选,所述催化剂支架固定于所述催化器主管内;所述汽轮轴接于固定在所述催化剂支架的轴线上的转轴上。
作为优选,所述催化器主管外侧、处于所述汽轮外周的位置设有一周沿催化器主管径向方向磁化的磁块,各磁块上分别绕置有感应线圈,所述感应线圈耦合至蓄电或用电设备;所述汽轮上设有沿催化器主管的径向延伸,且沿催化器主管的径向磁化的永磁体;所述永磁体可由径向延伸的磁棒构成,或由汽轮的叶片本身构成。
作为优选,所述汽轮与所述催化剂支架相对固定,结成一体;且汽轮和催化剂支架共同的转轴通过轴承架设于催化器主管内的通风支架上。进一步地,所述通风支架在所述转轴的两端各设一个;所述催化器主管上,处于两个所述通风支架之间的一段管壁由热形变能力大于所述催化剂支架的热形变金属管构成;在600℃以下,所述催化剂支架的周面与所述热形变金属管的内壁相接触,在600℃以上,所述热形变金属管膨胀至其内壁与催化剂支架的周面之间形成间隙。
本发明的有益效果在于:该抗老化三元催化器在工作时,由于尾气气流在进入催化剂支架之前,首先流经所述汽轮,使较大一部分热能转化为汽轮的动能,尾气流经汽轮后,温度得到降低,再进入催化剂支架,可防止催化剂支架中的温度过高,从而抑制烧结现象,使催化器经久耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该抗老化三元催化器包括催化器主管1,所述催化器主管1的前端连接进气管2,后端连接出气管3;所述催化器主管1内设有圆柱状的催化剂支架4,该催化剂支架4内部结构呈蜂窝状,催化剂支架4上镀制有三元催化剂;所述催化剂支架4固定于催化器主管1内部;催化剂支架4的轴线上固定有一根转轴50,该转轴50伸至催化剂支架4的前端,通过该转轴50轴接一个设于催化剂支架4前端的汽轮5,所述汽轮5的结构可与汽轮机的汽轮一致,可在汽车尾气的推动下绕所述转轴50旋转。
本实施例一中,在所述催化器主管1外侧、处于所述汽轮5外周的位置设有一周沿催化器主管径向方向磁化的磁块6,各磁块6上分别绕置有感应线圈,所述感应线圈耦合至蓄电或用电设备;所述汽轮5上设有沿催化器主管1的径向延伸,且沿催化器主管1的径向磁化的永磁体;所述永磁体可由径向延伸的磁棒构成,或由汽轮5的叶片本身构成;则在汽轮5连续旋转过程中,所述永磁体顺次经过各所述磁块6,使各磁块6的磁场周期性波动,以实现各磁块6上的感应线圈中的磁通量的周期性波动,从而产生感应电流。该种感应电流一方面作为电能输出,供汽车蓄电池或各电性附件使用;另一方面,该种电能消耗为所述汽轮5提供了适当的持续性旋转阻力,从而防止汽轮5的转速过快;最终,使原始尾气中的热能持续转化为电能,达到能量平衡与运动稳定。
上述抗老化三元催化器在工作时,由于尾气气流在进入催化剂支架4之前,首先流经所述汽轮5,使较大一部分热能转化为汽轮5的动能,尾气流经汽轮5后,温度得到降低,再进入催化剂支架4,可防止催化剂支架4中的温度过高,从而抑制烧结现象,使催化器经久耐用。
实施例二:
对于图2所示的实施例二,与实施例一的不同之处在于:所述汽轮5与所述催化剂支架4相对固定,结成一体;且汽轮5和催化剂支架4共同的转轴50通过轴承架设于催化器主管1内的通风支架7上;所述通风支架7在所述转轴50的两端各设一个;所述催化器主管1上,处于两个所述通风支架7之间的一段管壁由热形变能力大于所述催化剂支架4的热形变金属管11构成;在600℃以下,所述催化剂支架4的周面与所述热形变金属管11的内壁相接触,在600℃以上,所述热形变金属管11膨胀至其内壁与催化剂支架4的周面之间形成间隙。通常地,催化反应的合理工作温度在400℃~600℃,当温度高于600℃时,催化反应效率开始下降,高于800℃则可能损毁催化器,因此,按照实施例二,当催化器主管1内的温度低于600℃时,由于催化剂支架4的周面与热形变金属管11相接触,旋转摩擦巨大,导致汽轮5和催化剂支架4难以转动,仅处于静止或低转速状态,使得汽车尾气的热量无法显著转化为动能,从而为催化反应维持合理的催化温度;而当催化器主管1内的温度高于于600℃,则由于热形变金属管11的膨胀,使催化剂支架4与热形变金属管11之间的摩擦力消除,从而使汽轮5和催化剂支架4可以无约束地快速旋转,以降热能快速转化为动能。
另一方面,对于实施例二,由于催化剂支架4的连续旋转,将使进入催化剂支架4内的尾气相对于催化剂支架具有轴向和周向两个速度分量,使单位体积的尾气在催化剂支架4内部流过的空间体积大幅增加,从而促进了催化反应的充分进行,进一步提高了尾气处理质量。

Claims (3)
1.一种抗老化三元催化器,其特征在于:包括催化器主管(1),所述催化器主管(1)的前端连接进气管(2),后端连接出气管(3);所述催化器主管(1)内设有圆柱状的催化剂支架(4),该催化剂支架(4)内部结构呈蜂窝状,催化剂支架(4)上镀制有三元催化剂;所述催化剂支架(4)的前端设有一个与催化剂主管(1)同轴的汽轮(5),所述汽轮(5)可在汽车尾气的推动下旋转;所述汽轮(5)与所述催化剂支架(4)相对固定,结成一体;且汽轮(5)和催化剂支架(4)共同的转轴(50)通过轴承架设于催化器主管(1)内的通风支架(7)上;所述通风支架(7)在所述转轴(50)的两端各设一个;所述催化器主管(1)上,处于两个所述通风支架(7)之间的一段管壁由热形变能力大于所述催化剂支架(4)的热形变金属管(11)构成;在600℃以下,所述催化剂支架(4)的周面与所述热形变金属管(11)的内壁相接触,在600℃以上,所述热形变金属管(11)膨胀至其内壁与催化剂支架(4)的周面之间形成间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化三元催化器,其特征在于:所述催化剂支架(4)固定于所述催化器主管(1)内;所述汽轮(5)轴接于固定在所述催化剂支架(4)的轴线上的转轴(50)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化三元催化器,其特征在于:所述催化器主管(1)外侧、处于所述汽轮(5)外周的位置设有一周沿催化器主管(1)径向方向磁化的磁块(6),各磁块(6)上分别绕置有感应线圈,所述感应线圈耦合至蓄电或用电设备;所述汽轮(5)上设有沿催化器主管(1)的径向延伸,且沿催化器主管(1)的径向磁化的永磁体;所述永磁体由径向延伸的磁棒构成,或由汽轮(5)的叶片本身构成。
