Abstract
本发明现提供一种彩色收缩膜,种彩色收缩膜,包括中间的PE层和上下两表层的PP层组成,由以下原料加工制得,各原料重量份数如下:PE?58-88;色母1-5;PP?10-40。所述PE层包括三层,3层的原料均为LLDPE?2045G、LLDPE?4203和LLDPE?OF07,本发明的彩色收缩膜中间采用三层PE层,表面两层PP层,其中PE层为3种PE原料和色母混合制成的薄膜压合而成,表面的PP层材料中包含润滑剂,色彩明亮并且收缩效果优良。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料领域,具体涉及一种彩色收缩膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
收缩膜主要用于多种产品的运输和销售过程中的包装,主要作用使稳固、遮盖和保护产品,收缩膜必须有一定的耐穿刺性、良好的收缩性和一定的收缩应力。但透明的收缩膜不能为产品提供更多的个性展示和区分效果,为此,如果能有一种带有色彩的收缩膜,可以将不同产品按颜色进行不同颜色的包装,将会受到市场的极大欢迎。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是针对现有技术中的问题,现提供一种彩色收缩膜及其制备方法。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种彩色收缩膜,包括中间的PE层和上下两表层的PP层组成,由以下原料加工制得,各原料重量份数如下:
PE58-88;
色母1-5;
PP10-40。
所述PE层包括三层,3层的原料包括LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07,各原料所占的重量比例为:
LLDPE2045G20-50;
LLDPE420320-50
LLDPEOF070.2-5。
所述色母包括桔黄色母E-204和浅黄色母E203,重量份数比为桔黄色母E-204:浅黄色母E203=1.2-2:1。
PP层原料中包括PS6612L、ABP0F0-I和SP0F07,重量份数为:
FS6612L20-40;
ABP0F0-I0.5-2;
SP0F070.2-2。
所述2层PP层的厚度为0.5-5μm,PE层的总厚度为7-10μm。
一种彩色收缩膜的制备方法,步骤为:a、混料,将PE料LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07物料按照比例进行混合,然后和色母进行混匀;将PP料FS6612L、ABP0F0-I和IL2582SC按照比例混合,b、在150℃-200℃的条件下将PE料挤出拉伸制得3层彩色薄膜,然后在150℃-200℃的条件下将PP料挤出拉伸制成2层PP薄膜;c、将2层PP薄膜在外,3层PE彩色薄膜在内通过200℃-300℃的高温热压形成彩色复合薄膜;d将彩色复合薄膜进行电晕处理,冷却,收卷,制得本发明所述的彩色收缩膜。
本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明的彩色收缩膜中间采用三层PE+色母形成的PE彩色层,表面两层PP层,这样包装时彩色薄膜中的色母部分不会接触到包装物,因为有表面的PP层阻挡,提高了彩色收缩膜的质量。
2、表面的PP层材料中包含具有润滑效果的ABP0F0-I,收缩效果最好,表面摩擦系数大幅降低。
3、本发明制备方法中采用分别挤出3层彩色PE薄膜和2层PP薄膜,然后经过热压压合,再经过电晕,制得的彩色收缩膜颜色亮丽并且透明效果好,而且耐应力强。

为了更详细地说明本发明,给出下述制备实例。但本发明的范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
取原料以及重量如下:
LLDPE2045G3300g;
LLDPE42033500g;
LLDPEOF07200g;
FS6612L2960g;
ABP0F0-I20g;
SP0F0750g;
桔黄色母E-20421g;
浅黄色母E20314g;
制备方法为:a、混料,将PE料LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07物料按照比例进行混合,然后和色母进行混匀;将PP料FS6612L、ABP0F0-I和IL2582SC按照比例混合,b、在150℃-200℃的条件下将PE料挤出拉伸制得3层彩色薄膜,然后在150℃-200℃的条件下将PP料挤出拉伸制成2层PP薄膜;c、将2层PP薄膜在外,3层PE彩色薄膜在内通过280℃的高温热压形成彩色复合薄膜;d将彩色复合薄膜进行电晕处理,冷却,收卷,制得实施例1的彩色收缩膜。

制备方法为:a、混料,将PE料LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07物料按照比例进行混合,然后和色母进行混匀;将PP料FS6612L、ABP0F0-I和IL2582SC按照比例混合,b、在150℃-200℃的条件下将PE料挤出拉伸制得3层彩色薄膜,然后在150℃-200℃的条件下将PP料挤出拉伸制成2层PP薄膜;c、将2层PP薄膜在外,3层PE彩色薄膜在内通过300℃的高温热压形成彩色复合薄膜;d将彩色复合薄膜进行电晕处理,冷却,收卷,制得实施例2的彩色收缩膜。

制备方法为:a、混料,将PE料LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07物料按照比例进行混合,然后和色母进行混匀;将PP料FS6612L、ABP0F0-I和IL2582SC按照比例混合,b、在150℃-200℃的条件下将PE料挤出拉伸制得3层彩色薄膜,然后在150℃-200℃的条件下将PP料挤出拉伸制成2层PP薄膜;c、将2层PP薄膜在外,3层PE彩色薄膜在内通过230℃的高温热压形成彩色复合薄膜;d将彩色复合薄膜进行电晕处理,冷却,收卷,制得实施例3的彩色收缩膜。

制备方法为:a、混料,将PE料LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07物料按照比例进行混合,然后和色母进行混匀;将PP料FS6612L、ABP0F0-I和IL2582SC按照比例混合,b、在150℃-200℃的条件下将PE料挤出拉伸制得3层彩色薄膜,然后在150℃-200℃的条件下将PP料挤出拉伸制成2层PP薄膜;c、将2层PP薄膜在外,3层PE彩色薄膜在内通过260℃的高温热压形成彩色复合薄膜;d将彩色复合薄膜进行电晕处理,冷却,收卷,制得实施例4的彩色收缩膜。
将实施例1-4制备的彩色收缩膜进行性能测试,结果如下:

通过以上实施例可以得知,本发明与现有技术相比,在拉伸强度和坚韧度不变的前提下,本发明的彩色收缩膜封口强度较强,实施例2和实施例4,其他性能不变的情况下,摩擦系数明显降低,并且拉伸强度和封口强度比现有的收缩膜有明显提高。

1.一种彩色收缩膜,包括中间的PE层和上下两表层的PP层组成,其特征在于:由以下原料加工制得,各原料重量份数如下:
PE58-88;
色母1-5;
PP10-40。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩色收缩膜,其特征在于:所述PE层包括三层,3层的原料包括LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07,各原料所占的重量比例为:
LLDPE2045G20-50;
LLDPE420320-50
LLDPEOF070.2-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的彩色收缩膜,其特征在于:所述色母包括桔黄色母E-204和浅黄色母E203,重量份数比为桔黄色母E-204:浅黄色母E203=1.2-2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的彩色收缩膜,其特征在于:PP层原料中包括PS6612L、ABP0F0-I和SP0F07,重量份数为:

ABP0F0-I0.5-2;
SP0F070.2-2。
5.根据权利要求4所述的彩色收缩膜,其特征在于:所述2层PP层的厚度为0.5-5μm,PE层的总厚度为7-10μm。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一项所述的彩色收缩膜的制备方法,步骤为:a、混料,将PE料LLDPE2045G、LLDPE4203和LLDPEOF07物料按照比例进行混合,然后和色母进行混匀;将PP料FS6612L、ABP0F0-I和IL2582SC按照比例混合,b、在150℃-200℃的条件下将PE料挤出拉伸制得PE彩色薄膜,然后在150℃-200℃的条件下将PP料挤出拉伸制成PP薄膜;c、将2层PP薄膜在外,3层PE彩色薄膜在内通过200℃-300℃的高温热压形成彩色复合薄膜;d将彩色复合薄膜进行电晕处理,冷却,收卷,制得权利要求1-5任一项所述的彩色收缩膜。
