本发明涉及冲天炉的布料机构。
背景技术
冲天炉是岩棉生产中的矿石原料熔融设备,冲天炉内的矿石原料粒径一般不可能都相同,而粒径的大小会影响冲天炉内的助燃风阻力的大小,所以冲天炉投料布料的基本要求是在冲天炉内大小粒径的矿石原料能够均化堆叠。
现有技术中,岩棉生产中的投料布料只是由提升机把矿石提升到冲天炉顶上直接投入到炉子里,因为粒径大些的矿石原料滚动能力大,所以投料后大一些的矿石原料一般堆叠在冲天炉筒体壁周围且偏底层,而小一些粒径矿石物料居于冲天炉中心且偏上部。这使得原料在接近底焦部位熔化速率不一样,影响炉况稳定,出炉熔体流量有较大波动,造成出棉率降低,棉丝粗细不匀,影响岩棉成品质量。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,方便加工、操作,提高布料均匀性的布料机构。
本发明的技术方案是:包括炉体,所述炉体的顶部中间设有进料口,所述进料口的上方设有输送带;所述布料机构设在所述炉体内,所述布料机构包括依次包括呈锥状的漏斗和重锤,所述漏斗的锥尖向上设置,所述漏斗通过一对连杆一连接在所述炉体的顶部底面,所述漏斗的底面边缘接触所述炉体的内壁,所述漏斗上的漏孔直径从中间向外侧逐渐变大;
所述重锤通过连杆二活动连接在所述漏斗的底面中心。

本发明在炉体的内部设置了布料机构,在工作中,输送带将物料输送至进料口,从进料口落至漏斗,小粒径的物料从漏斗中间直接落至炉体的底部,大粒径的物料落至漏斗的边缘,通过重锤摆动对漏斗的撞击,从而将大粒径的物料进行粉碎,便于落下,从而提高物料在炉底的熔化速率的稳定性,提高出棉率,提高岩棉成品的质量。

本发明如图1所示,所述冲天炉包括炉体1,所述炉体1的顶部中间设有进料口2,所述进料口2的上方设有输送带3;所述布料机构设在所述炉体1内,所述布料机构包括依次包括呈锥状的漏斗4和重锤6,所述漏斗4的锥尖向上设置,所述漏斗4通过一对连杆一5连接在所述炉体的顶部底面,所述漏斗4的底面边缘接触所述炉体的内壁,所述漏斗4上的漏孔直径从中间向外侧逐渐变大,使得小粒径物料直接从中间落下,大粒径物料落至漏斗的四周;
所述重锤6通过连杆二7活动连接在所述漏斗4的底面中心,实现重锤的摆动,从而撞击漏斗,将大粒径物料进行粉碎。
所述连杆一5活动连接在所述炉体的顶部底面,由于重锤需要对漏斗进行撞击,通过实现柔性连接,提高漏斗的使用寿命。

1.布料机构,包括炉体,所述炉体的顶部中间设有进料口,所述进料口的上方设有输送带;其特征在于,所述布料机构设在所述炉体内,所述布料机构依次包括呈锥状的漏斗和重锤,所述漏斗的锥尖向上设置,所述漏斗通过一对连杆一连接在所述炉体的顶部底面,所述漏斗的底面边缘接触所述炉体的内壁,所述漏斗上的漏孔直径从中间向外侧逐渐变大,使得小粒径物料直接从中间落下,大粒径物料落至漏斗的四周;
所述重锤通过连杆二活动连接在所述漏斗的底面中心,实现重锤的摆动,从而撞击漏斗,将大粒径物料进行粉碎;
所述连杆一活动连接在所述炉体的顶部底面。
